Yes we have waited 10-15 years so what does it matter at this point?

The company will prevail!! If anyone is interested in buying Goeken stock I need to liquidate some and will beat the lowest price. That is based on reasonable volume of course and willingness to move quickly. Serious inquiries only please.

Ive been regretting this since the day I got in. The big shots in this company dont look like their hurting for not having made any money in the past 15 years. There kind of like store front preachers who say " Dont you think God should have a Cadillac? Well so do I and he said he wants me to drive it!" All con men, and woman.

I'm working through a school project regarding Goeken and Polybrite. They are being very shady about the information they choose to give us, and the transparency they are claiming. Is there anyone that may be able to show me some numbers from their financials or is knowledgeable enough about the company to discuss their current and future state?

this is for HELP US in Elmhurst
only time and future will tell ,either they will weather the storm or will vanish like most led start up companies. Numbers are real ; go to office and ask for 2012 financials

I am thinking it will be like most start up companies and we will all be out money. If nothing has happened so far then I am pretty doubtful.

This was all hype from the beginning! As long as this company does not IPO, they are not under the eye of the big dogs and can continually F*CK it's investors with no recourse on them!

What specifically have they done to upset their investors? Has it been lack of repayments? Added debt loads? Lack of communication? Would going public mend their investor relations a little, a lot, or not at all?

it's not what they have done to upset their investors...it's what they have not done! They treat their investors like mushrooms...keep them in the dark and feed them a lot of bull shit!

I think everything will be fine. Because I know I wouldn't take a bunch of money from people in my community, buy a jaguar or Mercedes , live the good life, and when everything comes out in the open have to look over my shoulder the rest of my life. I've got some money in it but I've heard of people with their life savings in it. That's pretty dangerous.

I would like to know how they are going to go public with Revolution Lighting involved in this now. Been waiting 13 years and they always try to hype this up and nothing happens. Plus they hold a meeting like once a year. I wonder how their employees seem to get paid.

Those are all very good questions and we never seem to get any answers. That is why everyone is so upset. No answers after 13 years!

Let's get a bunch of investors and show up on the same day and demand answers. Maybe hire a private investigator to shed some light on anything shady. If one hundred investors kicked in twenty dollars a piece I think we could get some answers. The squeaky wheel gets the oil.
