He lives near my girlfriends house. Must be nice that his wife just takes him on vacation everywhere. I havent seen him in awhile besides sometimes around his house must really have secluded himself. Wife doesn't come by anymore either. Maybe they got divorced she has a black car. wait for court and well see.

Hopefully he still at least does a few years for killing that girl. I can attest he did not learn any lessons or change his ways, maybe a few years on the block will bring him back down to reality.

Picture this...

-you're involved in a horrible accident...
-one year passes by, two, three...how long before you can on and enjoy life again.

-truth is one life is gone...but there's no need to ruin another. Anyone who personally knows Tom knows he's a good, genuine person. He does not party to bring insult to this tragedy, but simply trying to live life again. It's unfair people base their opinions on a picture taken years after that fateful day.

This was no accident. He made a concious decision to put the pedal to the metal, and a life was taken, a family changed forever. What ever he gets, he deserves. She did'nt get that choice.

Ohh Geee 3 years go by and we still get these idiotic comments. How wasn't this an accident?... He woke up in the morning, got dressed for work and treated it like a regular day... Ohh wait he hit the pedal to the medal, wooptie fucken doo! I do that 10 times a day every day, and I will continue doing so because it's nothing more then a speeding violation, and I'm almost 100% sure you drove over the speed limit more then once in your life...He's not a criminal! Get that straight! The only way a situation like this can be described as "not an accident" would be if he woke up that morning thinking of killing someone and consciously doing so... But that did not happen, he didn't know she was going blow/roll a stop sign (as evidence showed) into his right of way...You should be thankful nothing like this has happened to you or anyone you know. It's a tragic accident and theres nothing anyone can do to change the outcome of it... But there's something that can be done to save another young life.
