By the way, Walgreens pulled out because Borgo made too many demands on them, including wanting a sidewalk past Berkot's. So,Walgreens said no they didn't need the hassle.

I heard he deferred to the demands of a Walsh. Seems like only two people know the truth and neither of them is talking. So it is all speculation then. Especially about a sidewalk. Funny here, you can't question a sidewalk for answers.

Sorry American, you probably voted for Obama so you would NEVER understand basic business principles!
Actually, I am an owner of a very successful business and I would never vote for Obama. I am currently finishing up my masters degree. I have 2 children, 2 dogs, and I am happily married. My spouse is an Accountant. So, I would say I have more of both business and financial experience than the average person.

Don't worry, "Your a JOKE" (nice spelling, by the way). My business doesn't service your kind of "person". You wouldn't be welcome. We remain successful by avoiding people like you.

You are supposed to strike while the iron is hot. I heard that there were a ton of delays. If only a half year sooner the thing would have been built. A lot of the girls around here were looking to work there. You let them down. This is why it is still being discussed nearly five years later. You let them down. A girls with a smile is worth more than three crabby ones.

A company the size of Walgreen's can get financing with any bank out there so if you want to believe the lies being put out their by Borgo Lucas ,and Biscan you are a fool. But when you have Borgo and Gibson running the show NO BUSINESS WILL COME TO Manhattan and that's the truth.

Okay, before the Village board. Possibly, Walgreens thought their stuff don't sting and hey Manhattan, you need me more than I need you. Then board should have been atune to that. Then they all blew it. Too cocky then. Change them all out. And there really is no good reason to bring Doyle back into the picture, he'll just screw things up that much more.
