The only way that happens is if they keep telling lies and fools like you vote for them.Tom Biscan nice video now how about telling the truth. You cant change the administrator salary she has a contract plus when you had a chance to say no to her raises you said YES.You want to lower the utility taxes but you had a chance to vote NO when you were on the board but once again you voted YES.YOU want to elimate the 2% gasoline tax but again when you were on the board you voted YES.Do you want me to go on Tom.Be a man and tell the people of Manhattan the truth for a change. How you voted how ever your close friend[Bill Borgo] told you to vote. You were a yes man then and would be a yes man again, you would not stand up for the people of MANHATTAN then when you had a chance.Signs in open fields and 4 signs per lot where there not even wanted wont get you elected just like last time.

Anyone can go to the village website Tom and look up the meeting minutes going back to 2008. We can see how you voted and it was YES to all the tax hikes and salary increases. We are not fools! I found your video insulting.

So Biscan will likely lose, but what then after that? How about you present your forecast as to the makeup of the Board - who will survive in the election/ And then outline how measures are taken to eliminate the taxations Biscan and Lucas said YES to, and whom it may be as the Administrator. I'm kinda thinking Doyle will get his wishes fulfilled as to the makeup of the Board but Borgo is going to be retained as the Mayor. If that is the case Doyle wins, but really he doesn't win. How do you unwind things if Borgo stays in? And let me tell you, it is pretty clear that the wannabe spoiler is Doyle. It looks to me that Borgo can be defeated, but not will Doyle is trying to do it. Everytime Doyle runs for mayor, every line of defense comes out against him. Every line - all the time. What Doyle should do, if he really wants a better Manhattan, is to simply walk away and leave it for someone else to defeat Borgo. Passions are strong around here and it feels to me like the passion to defend ourselves from Doyle is the greatest passion of all. Biscan is merely a nuisance.

Well lets hope your wrong because if Borgo wins the people of Manhattan will still be stuck with with a 144,000 dollar salary for the village administrator higher utility taxes, higher water bill, higher gasoline tax. I dont think anything else needs to be said .Borgo has to go period.

You are going to be stuck no matter who wins, the town is screwed from the last 16 years if crappy mayors and trustees . We need like Detroit, to have someone come in and get us back into shape. Or we will be the next Detroit.

Ok big election here in Manhattan. While it is important to vote it is more important to make an educated vote. There are a lot of signs around town for Borgo and Biscan so before you run to polls think twice.
You dont like the salary the village administrator makes,$142,000, well dont vote for Borgo, he stays she stays and so does that salary. Mayor determines administrator. Board cannot adjust her salary, it is written in contract.
You dont like the extra tax the village puts on your gasoline, gas, phone, and electric? Well dont vote for Biscan. Lets see who voted yes to all of these when he was on the board? oh thats right BISCAN. Biscan will do whatever Borgo says as always. Lets see who else voted yes to all these hikes thats running? oh thats right Lucas. Another Borgo supporter. Dont believe everything that they are shoving down your throat. Do some research, this is all public record. Call them out on people. There are 3 spots open for Trustee, Biscan and Lucas should not be 2 that are on after April 9th. Unless you like paying extra for all your utilities. Borgo should be kickied to the curb along with Gibson,$142,000 salary people!!!!!! Get educated then vote!!!!

Don't forget Pahnke. A holdover from the Doyle years. But the operation is so steeped in politics and quid-pro-quo that is is nearly impossible to correct every thing with this one election. I would vote for Mike A. but I do not believe that he stands apart from Doyle. Something tells me he is in it to be the spoiler and dilute down the Borgo vote so Doyle wins by default, so to speak. Since, I believe that this is quite a possibility, I will not vote for the mayor spot and it can hashed out by the Hatfields and the McCoys. I will not stake a claim between Borgo or Doyle because they have both jinxed Manhattan.

I was left a Tom Biscan flyer on my door after reading it i thought this looks good. Then my neighbor told to check out his 4 years on the board and his voting record while on it.After looking at the meeting minutes i was shocked. Tom Biscan you at no time in your flyer did you tell us that you VOTE YES for the village administrator salary to be raised [and now you want to cut it].You VOTED YES to all the utility taxes [electric, natural gas, phone].You also by VOTING YES TO THE BUDGET YOU SAID YES to the 5% WATER RATE EVERY YEAR. Voted Yes for the 2% gas tax [now you want to end it]. Sorry Tom Biscan you will not be getting my vote and your sign is in the garbage. And i will be letting my neighbors , friends and family know the truth about you.Hope you enjoyed your 2 years out of office because that is where you will be staying.

Tom, Tom, Tom. You broke the one thing so precious in politics, TRUST. Not all people watch the goings-on, but enough do and when the whispering starts, sometimes it can't be stopped.
