nothing like name dropping...real mature...besides he had 1 skull fracture multiple old bruises and a fractured jaw..he was wedged between the bed and floor... get YOUR facts straight. that most definantly could have been from a fall out of bed... and im sorry have you ever even seen DEVIN?

i think you need to get your facts straight. i have seen the autopsy report and much more. devin did not fall out of bed. he had numerous injuries that don't even consist with falling out of bed. he had injuries that support the fact that he was beaten, he had a swollen brain, a fractured jaw, bruised lungs, bruised stomach, and a fractured skull. i have seen the bunk beds and there is no way this happened from a fall. there is so much more evidence that has come back that an accident is out of the question. bryan never missed one of his scheduled times with his children. julie many and many times told bryan that he could not have them for that day or weekend. they never had a court order for visitation, it was just a mutual agreement that they had. devin's death is a tragic event that happened to a lot of people and i hope that we are all starting to heal from this.

ive seen the very same things that you have...in that autopsy repots.. they fail to mention that some of these briuses were old and some of the injuries may have occurd at other times..that is obvious...a few month prior to this he was in the emergency room for an accident i was wittness of.... he had a black eye and possible broken nose...dont get me wrong,, i dont think this was an accident...but there is still so much untold

they both had continuances again today. they will be in court again next month. this will be a long time before the actual trial begins. probably 3 to 6 months before they start with the trials. right now they are going through all the pretrial motions which in a nutshell is going through all of the evidence and waiting for all the evidence to be examined and returned so all parties can examine it.

I can't imagine why our justice system is failing so bad on this case. How is it that the father (if you can even call him a father) is able to still see his kids when clearly he is unstable. Ohhhhhhhhhh I know why, because his daddy is a retarted opps I mean retired Master Sergeant for the ISP ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh ohhhhhhhhhh yeah yeah now I understand how a father (if you can even call him a father) can get custody of his kids even though he recieved and was arrested for a child endangerment for DUI with his kids in the car Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh ohhhhhhhhhh Duhhhhhhh politics once again NOT looking out for the best interest of these poor innocent children GO FIGURE.

You just made all of that up b/c you missed the most important part. i was giving information on the criminal case for those two. i was giving an update for someone on the blog who wanted to know what was going on with the case. the visitation was handed to the judge that is ruling over the divorce case. yes julie does have supervised visits with her and bryan's children and they are supervised by bryan. this isn't the most important thing of all, the most important thing of all is finding the killer and/or killers of devin.
