I know this much for a fact the headlights on both cars in the middle of the street were OFF! So for the newspaper article stating that the driver of the Nissan was blinded by them is total B.S.
I can't say much more because this will go to court and is under investigation,but I can say this,I am truely sadened by witnissing a death of one man and the horrific accident of another,this is a non win situation for everyone.

I feel sad at how few of you all knew the truth. The man who died had a HUGE file full of prior road rage incidents.
and it was AGE that determined death, not actions. 25 year olds are simply more physically agile.
