I am truly very, very sad to hear this news. I am visiting from Kalamazoo Michigan, and my name is Doug Corwin, Jr. My great uncle, Mr. Franklin Corwin, opened this business in 1956, he worked his tail off going to pharmacy school, raising a family with my great aunt, and working full time concurrently with the Texaco Refinery in Joliet. I had the privilege of being able to visit the store as a child in the late 70's and early 80's, and Uncle Frank showed me his pride and joy of being a responsible, respected businessman in the community of Lock port . I believe that he has turned over many times in his grave smoking his pipe over this terrible news.

Sad the crook kept the Corwin name. It was always a highly respected business under the family name.
