You said the other posters are 100% correct about all previous Hostess management. So if that is the case then once again, answer the question. If Rayburn received more money the what he was paid per his contract then show the proof. Don't gloss over this... defend your position.
Yes, I said the other posters are 100% correct about all previous management. They still are. Are you dense? The linked articles verify what I and other posters said. Read them fool. Quit trying to talk in circles and make your argument about Rayburn. Rayburn took over in March of 2012. What do you have to say about previous management? I already know the answer, nothing. The Hostess deal isn't even done yet. You and I don't have any idea what Rayburn's final compensation will be. He's not working for free. You can stop being a little twit anytime now and defend your position instead of deflecting and making up new questions for me to answer. I'm calling you out for blaming workers for the demise Hostess when it has been proven that workers repeatedly granted concessions over the years while management increased their own pay. I'm not linking another article. It's all there already. Again, Hostess has been in and out of bankruptcy for over a decade. You can quit pretending this all started under a CEO who took over 8 months ago.

You are the clueless and confused. If you bothered to read the thread you would realize a spoke directly on Rayburn and current union concessions. So once again, quit dancing and answer the questions... Show me where Rayburn made tons of money in this loss as did high ranking officials in the teamsters. Show me where Rayburn went into court and asked for permission to give his management an 80% bonus to their salary. Show me where Rayburn took pay raises while demanding concessions from their workers.

Reference Forbes 11/30 http://www.forbes.com/sites/susanadams/2012/1...

Because there is too many words on that page for your little mind to comprehend I'll give you the short version. "Rayburn, who earns $125,000 a month, is not eligible for a bonus nor did he ask for one."

As for me blaming union workers? No. Blaming union brass? Yes. Rayburn made his position crystal clear. Even if you don't like the package, take the 8% cut and find another job. Reference http://video.foxbusiness.com/v/1971749213001/...

Answer the questions with facts versus opinion and quit saluting your "proud union home" sign.

Rayburn like nearly every CEO has a contract with Hostess. This is a matter of record or check the CNN Money website. If the other posters are 100% correct like you say then show examples that back them up. Even the Huffington Post retracted its allegations. Don't just offer an opinion show some facts.
Hey, how come you're ignoring my role at Hostess? I asked for those raises and bonuses before Rayburn took over. My team and I deserved those raises. We work harder than those union workers. We're smarter too. That's why we demanded concessions from the workers. Sure we skipped on 2 billion dollars of payments to the workers pensions. But so what? Contracts can be broken. Only the ones that benefit executives should be honored. You would agree I'm a great CEO wouldn't you? I got rich by failing. It's the American way. I like the way you think!

Hostess Brands acknowledged for the first time in a news report Monday that the company diverted workers' pension money for other company uses.

The bankrupt baker told The Wall Street Journal that money taken out of workers' paychecks, intended for their retirement funds, was used for company operations instead. Hostess, which was under different management at the time the diversions began in August 2011, said it does not know how much money it took.

"It's not a good situation to have," Hostess CEO Gregory Rayburn told the WSJ.

"Whatever the circumstances were, whatever those decisions were, I wasn't there," Rayburn added. As the founder and owner of Kobi Partners, a restructuring advisory firm, Rayburn was appointed acting CEO in March 2012.

Hostess Brands, which filed for bankruptcy for a second time in January, started liquidating its operations in November after the bakers' union refused to take another pay cut and went on strike. The liquidation will leave about 18,000 workers without jobs.

In November, a judge approved Hostess' plan to pay $1.8 million in bonuses to 19 executives, according to CNBC. Rayburn declined to take a bonus but also avoided a company-wide pay cut that he imposed, Hostess told HuffPost.

Twinkies are unlikely to go extinct, since Hostess is in talks with 110 buyers about its brands. But the snack cake genre may need a revamp, as Americans have become increasingly health- and quality-conscious.

Oh boy, you are taking a page out of Neighbors old playbook. You are posting under the same thread under multiple names. By this post it is obvious that Professor and Young Gun are one and the same. Now its time to reexamine some old threads. Its sad that you feel the need to back your own position using multiple names.
