Sheriff's police report Scott W. Mulac, 30, of Joliet was riding a motorcycle "at a high rate of speed" when he struck the back of another cycle being ridden by James Labeau, 50, of Manhattan.

I feel bad for the families. The use of just a little common sense comes into play of knowing where you can go fast.
Normally it's at a race track. Their are far too many factors in play on the street.

I agree. If you wanna race take it to the track at least it is a controlled environment. Test and tune at Chicagoland speedway. No reason not to be responsible.
