Well, look at the quality and pithiness of #44. Duh....

If it's all so ridiculous, why hit your keyboard?

No, no, no. It's most assuredly NOT a complaint about lack of serious crime. Rather, it's the connection about some people feeling there are too many coppers employed who don't have much to do other than write traffic tickets.
When some see that the NLPD has arrested a really bad egg through solid policing techniques, diligence and bravery, it makes the citizenry appreciate their efforts.
Conversely, when there are radar guns and parked cop cars seemingly every time one seems to turn a corner, that's what irritates folks.
One place where I'd disagree with you, "hold on", is when you state the town hardly makes any money on tickets. If it's only eight bucks somebody's screwing up and it's not just the motorists.
And if there's little money made, why not punish people by having them pick up litter along the road or such? Seems to me that'd save some dollars and make the town look better.
Well believe it or not that is what the towns make. Its not up to them that is set by the courts. I am just letting you know that ticket writing is not some great source of revenue. And its also funny but you would not believe the number of traffic complaints that are still called in everyday, so I guess many people are still not happy with the traffic enforcement.
And honestly do you really believe that the always on the go and constantly busy citizens of this town would stand for being sentenced to doing community service work for traffic violations. Please think about or ask around I think you might be stetching a bit on that one. Ask someone if they got caught speeding if they would pay a fine or pick up trash along the road for 8 hours. I think we both know the answer.
As for people being bothered by cops being everywhere. If you know this is the case then obey the law. Its not that hard. I mean I know I have only been stopped one time in the last 15 years. And I am a fellow officer who may or may not get some professional courtesy. But its still a matter of being a polite member of society, I dont want you flying down my street with the kids out front and I expect the same from you. If obeying the law were that difficult we would need 10 times the officers that we have. Really I cant even believe that too many cops is a complaint. It sounds ludicrous. If thats peoples big complaint in this town then life is pretty damn easy. So lets just leave it at that, because I am floored by that logic.

What the hell is intrapment anyway? What a dipshit to start with. English must be a second language for this gal.
