Being a Rotarian and very observant; why can't you drum him out of the Lockport Rotary. I am sure your feelings about this individual are felt by others. How do other female
Rotarians feel in his presence? What about the spouses of the members, when they are present at your functions? He is very "Slimy" along with his fellow majority council members!

I guess this is why Tom Kelly wasn't at the State of the City today. He doesn't want to answer questions about his history of harrassment against women.

Yes, Tom Kelly is partially demented. He really is losing touch with reality and is now a lonely, perverse old man. Years ago he had a great sense of humor and had some ability to hold a rational conversation.

Not anymore and he went bad when he started listening to Turner.

Tom Kelly is vile and I hope he gets out in public alot before the election. The more people see him, the more he will remind him of Old Mr. Potter.

Deskin is getting stronger and stronger every day and Kelly will lose in April.

If you want to see "dopey", observe how Tom Kelly dresses in public. He compares to the average homeless person that walks along State street. Is this the image of a public servant! Why would anyone in the 3rd ward want this person to represent them for the next 4 years?

Well, did you see the old man overalls that Kelly t. was wearing at the last meeting. He does not know how to dress at all. They all belong in an old folks home. Tom has been out of it for years. His screaming spells should be shown to the people in his ward and he would not get a vote. He has no respect for people other than the lappys he is associated with. He dresses like a homeless man and is gruff. Speaking of lappys how about froggy Dick? They all need to go away, far away, like to another town and another place. We don't need their kind at all! They have ruined this town little by little and have not accomplished anything that is good. Being at Berkots today as I was leaving I noticed a huge Pasch sign on his fence facing Berkots. Is this allowed to self promote your business on your property? Oh well, they fly foreign flags on the parkway so I guess anything goes. Wait until Election and you will see they really close their eyes to the signs! No accountability! None!

A Lockport alderman admits making vulgar remarks in a conversation with the deputy city clerk but accuses his political opponents of pressuring her to complain to police.
Ald. Tom Kelly's admission is sure to fuel an already heated political feud among the city's 3rd Ward aldermen and Mayor Tim Murphy's political faction.
Deputy Clerk Donna Tadey told police that Kelly (3rd) referred to another city clerk's office employee as a "black-widow-spider bitch," according to a Dec. 7 police report leaked to local newspapers.
Kelly also told Tadey that a city resident active in a Wal-Mart opposition group had "a nice ass, but, man, does she have a rotten personality." And he also called departing city administrator John McIntyre a "(screw)-up," according to the police report.
Tadey told police that Kelly's comments made her feel harassed, uncomfortable and fearful for her job.
Kelly said he has known Tadey for 15 years, and the two often traded off-color remarks, even faxing lewd jokes to each other.
"I thought I was talking to a friend," he said. "To me, being loud and vulgar and lurid is not harassment. I guess I offended her. I really feel like a fool."
Tadey could not be reached Friday for comment on her compThelaint. Messages left for Lockport police were not returned Friday.
The clerk's office employee of whom Kelly spoke disparagingly said she was "upset and very offended," adding that Kelly's version of events was ridiculous.
"I don't think Donna considers him a friend," she said. "I've known her for eight months, and I've never heard her use a swear word."
Mayor Tim Murphy said it was "outrageous" for Kelly to claim that Tadey was pressured into making a police complaint.
"He's making the remarks and then accusing her of being a liar," Murphy said. "I am confused by the whole thing. I don't know where his animus comes from."
I wonder if he will show at tomorrow's Rotary meeting. He is offensive to many of his fellow Rotarians. Why would they not be offended? These are people who want to serve. He chooses to offend!

This is the Biography that Tom Kelly can run on in getting the woman's vote. It shows him to be very sympathetic in what he thinks of them and how he would treat them. He blames women for his own "impotency".

"To me, being loud and vulgar and lurid is not harrassment". The words of a Fool! He is now running for alderman in the 3rd ward. He says he needs the womens' vote. Samantha Neitzke and "4th ward Mary" support this man. What does that say about them?

We need to keep this story alive for the "women's vote" in the third ward. This man is supported by Neitzke, Turner, Van Dyke, and 4th ward Mary. What an example of a public servant of "ill repute". The 2005 Southtown story tells it all!

Just a reminder that this article was written on Christmas Day 2005. Since then he has won at least one election. Nothing has changed on how he treats people. Why do the people in the 3rd ward keep electing such a person. The people in the 3rd ward need to gather their wits and elect someone that respects others, especially a person that has respect for women.
