It must be nice to spend 10 million dollars on waste treatment but can't spend a few thousand to fix the drainage problem on 9th street after a light rain. The standing water problem east of Hamilton street.

he didn't say that the two had anything to do with the other, other than the fact that no moneys have been earmarked to fix the drainage problem on 9th street, which by the way is atrocious.

Apparently you don't know much of Lockport boundaries ... 9 th st also known as route 7 is the state property and maintained by the state not Lockport. Lockport has passed the information several times. Also state street is State. Learn your boundaries then bitch.

You might want to learn English, paying special attention to proper punctuation usage. You might not of received the response you did had you either:

A.) Placed a comma between "boundaries" and "then".
In your statement, it appears as though you are making a statement, then ending it by calling someone a profanity, for example:

Learn your streets then dickhead.

I'm thinking you meant to say:

"Learn your boundaries, then bitch."

B.) Used the word "complain" instead of the word "bitch".

~OR~

C.) At least know WTF you are spewing on about. What, exactly is Route 7/AKA 9th St./AKA 159th St./AKA Renwick a boundary OF???
