Group Busted for Celebrating Bears Victory with Gunfire: Police

By Karen Sorensen Three people who celebrated the Bears' season-opener with a few cocktails and few gun rounds shot at a nearby berm were arrested on gun charges Sunday, Joliet police said.

On one hand you have the responsible law abiding firearm owner that understands there are proper places to go when you'd like to shoot your firearm. Then their are those individuals that shouldn't even be allowed to look at one let alone hold one.
