Just putting it out there again. Go and check out Asian Harbor next to Jewel. Good, clean, Asian food including sushi. Support it. Stopped in for a Sapporo today while I waited for my order!!!

Good taste too food but not good customer service.
We missed out on the lunch prices by 4 minutes and would not give it to us. For a new place that wants people to come back should have honored it.

No delivery??

Poor Customer service??

Expensive prices??

Would not honor a discount due to FOUR minutes??

Um, Buh Bye Asian Harbor. it doesn't even matter HOW GOOD your food may be....There are plenty other resteraunts/fast-food joints in Lockport that understand how to get and keep our business.

Thanks for the heads up everyone, now I know not to bother even trying that place ;)

We called them last weekend to place a huge order for delivery. 15 people, would have been over $250. Most of these people live in the Homer-Lockport area and perhaps would have ordered again. They refused. I spoke to owner and asked why not deliver? No one available was the answer. I said why don't you deliver? I owner. I don't deliver. DUMBA$$.

C'mon now. Lets give them a chance. I understand that you wanted delivery but some places just don't offer it. Maybe it would be better for business but not every restaurant offers delivery. We should be happy, no ecstatic, that a restaurant is even in our town. Lets support this place because it really is good food not a fly by night place. With our support and patience this can be a great success. The food is extremely fresh and yes they have a few kinks to work out but the base is solid.

In this economy you do what you have to do to survive. Look at all the competition and recent restaurant closings. I agree with wiseguy. Dumba$$ certainly is who doesn't understand the business climate.

They need some advertising. Other than topix I was not aware that this place existed. Lockport is a 30 pack of Busch and McDonalds town. You first have to have a market for quality before it arrives. Let us be honest, in our current makeup Lockport is not going to draw anything but dollar stores and other lower class targeted business. We are not even a commuter town. We are a drive thru town...and keep going.

We could be that commuter town, there is so much potential with the Metra station right in the downtown area. I work in a city with a Metra stop that took advantage of the stop and a business that took advantage as well. The city has a number of upscale restaurants and restaurants to satisfy the "30 pack of Busch and McDonalds" crowd along with the middle of the road crowd. There is also housing for the commuter as well apartments and condos. What is it going to take to get there? It all comes back to the water situation downtown. Fix that problem first, then address the parking concerns not only for the commuters but for the visitors as well and the area will be on its way.

You give me some hope in your focus on the water system. I hope there are more like you in focusing on that downtown. I think it is the key to lifting all boats in town and giving Lockport a unique identity. If the hate between two sides could be relaxed and focus on issues is practiced maybe, I will see the downtown as I dream.

I've eaten here numerous times. Good food every single time. It is a bit pricey, but the food is better than Pagoda House or Great Wall. Where else can you get good sushi in Lockport (Walmart does not count)?

As for delivery, Great Wall by Berkot's doesn't deliver and Pagoda House just started delivering a year or so ago. In fact, if you want delivery, Pagoda House is the only restaurant that is not a pizza place that delivers in Lockport.

Sure glad they are making such progress on a new restaurant, Culvers, and it looks like they will be up in no time.
