Obamacare is already shoving everyone onto Medicaid. No young payers are joining the system and paying for all us older folks. This isn't going to work. Read this article. It explains it all in detail. Karl Denninger. market-ticker.org

From the article;

Obama and the Democrats cannot blame this one on the Republicans -- or George Bush. They own this crapfest; it is now apparent that a classmate of Michelle Obama is an executive at the company given the no-bid $675 million contract to build the non-working federal exchange that is largely responsible for this cluster****.

How's this for the Chicago way? hold on? Four More? How do you respond to this? As an American, how can you endorse this behavior? There is a rat in the White House. He's getting all the cheese!

The Republicans are terrified that it will be a success. Glitches in the sign-up process will be fixed. They hated Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid when they started and hate this too. Many people who once could not get coverage are now getting affordable health care!

Manhattan... Define success.... What is the success the DEms are seeking? Think about it... They claimed "everyone should have health care that can't afford it" right? Well, medicade is exactly for those who can't afford insurance, it's free or totally low cost based upon income. So that's not the Obamacare reason. So what is success in your eyes? Wait, you'll say many folks are uninsurable & no place to go. Right? Well, that's not true either...http://www.ncsl.org/r esearch/health/high-risk-pools -for-health-coverage.aspx
So what is success in your eyes? Please explain....
I don't think republicans or anybody is afraid of success of Obamacare, it's failure that scares people on both sides. By now you realize 90% of what Obama stated about Obamacare is now not true. So has he then failed us? We are getting something entirely different than what Obama promised. Right? So what is the success your referring to? Please explain.
Now, have a great day, and go do something nice for someone.

Do you remember the the post where you claimed George Zimmerman didn't have a gun when he assaulted his father in law and estranged wife? You got your info from Karl Denninger. You attempted to spread a lie. You and Karl are a great pair. Lots of bluster but no facts.
The old system wasn't working. Progressives wanted single payer like the rest of the developed world enjoys. That wasn't going to fly thanks to Health Insurance companies owning quite a few politicians. So we have Obamacare...a Republican idea from the 70's. Now get on board and at least try and make this work. Maybe you and Karl can come up with a better plan.

Those programs are all failed government programs! Obamacare is going to be a failure as well. Just ask all the Democrats up for re-election in 2014! LOL!

I think I also owned my mistake. I posted what I felt was a reliable source as I'm doing now. The fact Mrs O got her friend a no bid contract to the tune of almost a billion dollars was reported by other outlets as well. If I'm wrong I try to own up to it. This is a new level of the Chicago way. A billion, think of all the pockets lined! Do you refute the story? Can you come up with a rebuttal? Can you deny this with sources? I would welcome it.

<quoted text>Well I dont think I even have to answer, but I will. I have said all along, much like you that both parties politicians are in this to line the pockets of their friends, family and of course their own. I dont care if you are talking federal, state, county, local whatever. Sooner or later the temptation becomes too great, and they look and say well everyone else is getting theirs I might as well get mine. Its been happening for so long that I dont think the cycle could ever be broken. Very few people are in politics except at a very low level because they feel its a civic duty. Please I think we all know better. Look even most of the local trustees first get in for one particular reason or another. Maybe its a pet project, maybe its something they felt they were wronged on what have you. So your story if true, does not surprise me one bit.
wow I totally agree with you here

Simply those who could not get it due to pre-existing conditions primarily. The State exchanges (ones that have enacted them) are having many people sign up!

You cannot simply dismiss the high risk pools as an adequate solution. Those high risk pools are exactly the reason why insurance was screaming for reform. You can deny it all you want, but there are parts of Obamacare that most reasonable people agree with no matter what their political persuasion. These drowning people really don't care how much you hate Obama.

These people have been given only two choices.....take the bad with the good or get nothing at all. What do you think they will choose? My guess is that it will succeed because too many people NEED it to.

A rebuttal to what? You posted a link to a blog with no sources which then linked an article with no sources making some claim about Michelle Obama having a friend who received some benefit. When your lazy ass starts posting some credible sources then you can demand some links. Make an effort sometime and you might get some "traction" here. Hold On owned Neighbor by doing some research and making a little effort. I owned you and Karl Denninger on your stupid George Zimmerman post. Quit being so lazy or just go away. You have nothing to offer but B.S..

There you go again...lol Raging & accusing. Go look, and tell us all "where I stated I dismiss or it should dismiss high risk pools". That was your imaginative assumption. My point was on a different set of tracks entirely, in that whe you listen to all the reasons they claim we need Obamacare, we already really have vehicles in place. Are they effective or perfect? That's another discussion entirely. I have a daughter with pre-existing heart conditions...I understand the deal there. It cost me lots more. I get it. But that not the track I was pointing out.

You shoot, ready, aim way too much Appalled. Try rephrasing your attacks such as "Are you dismissing XYZ" rather than assuming the poster is.... <Just say'n Now my Queen, you van deny this critique all you want, but it's worth assessing...

It is only another discussion to you because it is a valid point that you are unable to argue. The "vehicles in place ARE the problem therefore you cannot use them to support your rage and accusations.

There you go again, assessing the whole situation by your own circumstances. You can afford it, therefore all others should just accept this as a solution. Try stepping outside your own shoes and into the shoes of someone else. Your narcissistic view is not the only one.

I don't need to rephrase anything. I know who I am talking to.

Unfortunately the majority of ACA subscribers "generally speaking" have not taken care of themselves, by choice have an unhealthy lifestyle or have pre-existing conditions. Do you realize the incremental strain that is going to put on this program from a funding perspective? Its going to be the anchor that further sinks this once great country. Liberal entitlement at its best, "generally speaking".
