Why is the playground a mile away from town?

I think its racial, because people know that the white parents can drive their kids out to it and that the black kids are not going to walk that far. get the naacp to move it.

No one uses it because of it's location. Not white,black,red,yellow, or purple. Isn't there room somewhere near the parts store or city hall, where they could move it?
