Sounds like you'll have as much trouble as Keiser. Their Mayor quit an we have a non-working city council. Meaning their split on everything. Keiser still has a police force though.

Lepanto has a good mayor and he's not a quitter even against all the opposition he's come up against. All we really need is a good chief of police like we've never had before. We need a good chief that would be respectable and win the confidence of the people. We haven't had that since Luther.
