Former Windsor principal pleads guilty in domestic violence case

Considering his previous employment and the responsibility he had in keeping abuse and harrassment under control, How ould he perform those responsilities if he was abusive to his familty??? Remember it was the doctors/hospital who reported the assualt, not Ms Englert. But during the investigation she adviced law enforement that he had done it before. His son reportedly said when his dad got angry he was mean (my words).
So the Weld County DA's office agreed to a fifth degree felony. What exactly does that mean, there were more charges than that filed. Where is anger management for this guy? Where is probation in this case, he's done this before according to the victims. I wonder what the DA's office requested?
