Hey all Pemiscot Dunklin electric members, Randy and I would appreciate your vote at the annual meeting on July 23, 2009. Randy is a retired electrical lineman with 23 years experience. He hopes to be able to bring some of that experience to the board. Hope to see you there.

What is he going to do about getting bill's on the 17th and then have them calling 2 days later threating to disconnect. They either need to generate the bills earlier or at least give us a week. They say they send them the 1st, but if it takes 15 days for mail to get from Hayti to Senath, do they really belive it wont we can get it back in any less time. I know they have hundreds that are late and do not pay every month but some do pay every month also. They need a change in policy, tell us Randy what will you try to do for us?

If you haven't done so, call Pemiscot Dunklin and tell them the problem. I don't know for sure but I am led to believe that all the billing issues date back to the ice storm...I know they are working on the billing issues because when I was there last week the issue was brought up. They are trying to work out any kinks in the system. If elected, I will bring out any issues that are brought to my attention such as this. I will work hard toward helping customers as well as employees.

Well what about the 20.00 charge we get each month for being a customer , the that is taxed as well,and we pay that on top of the outrageous bills we have been getting. That charge isnt on the bill, itemized, you have to call and ask them to itemize it for over the phone. THey are hiding it. Piggot and Kennett's elec didnt skyrocket after the ice storm..we are getting ripped off. I called to complain, and contacted the public service commission, waste of time , they are state regulated. I did talk to someone from pem dunk all he wanted to tell me was to go green and how to save on my elect...my bill usually is about 30 in spring..it was over 60..and we dont want to discuss what it is now since the air has been on! When i called them and asked how they expect people to pay these outrageous bills i got laughed at. What service.

By the way, ,I usually get my bill about 5 or 7 days before its due..gotta mail in that same day or they will hound you like crazy if its a day late

I wonder why they don't send us a reminder or a late notice for people who HAVE the money to pay but just simply forget. If I wasn't here the other week they were going to turn off my electric. Thank God I had the money on hand. On top of that they charged me the late fee plus an extra $25 for keeping me turned on when I payed them on the spot. What a rip off. I know some people who need help through DAEOC to get their bill payed and pemiscot will not even send out a disconnect notice to anyone in order for them to get the help. What do we do?

Again, I suggest if you haven't done so, call PDE and advise them of the delay in receiving your bill and the time frame of which it is due. Perhaps, if enough people have called with concerns they will or perhaps are working on the billing. I don't know anything about the billing as of now, as I am just a customer like you. I wish I knew the answers, but if elected I will be accessable to you in order to present your concerns to the board. As of now, that is all I can tell you as I am not "in" the PDE company.

I don't remember who all is running but if you are a member of PemDunk you will get a letter in the next day or two telling you who is running in your district. Hope this is helpful.

His has been cheating on his with Jan Hoggard for a few years now, his wife is battling cancer and his is out cattin around, we sure do not need a man with these kinds of morals and activities representing us. And if you dont believe it just go check out Cardwells topix and I seen him with her when she ran that store/cafe plenty

Are they still seeing each other now. I heard they broke things off and no his wife is not battling cancer she beat the cancer. Thank God and she is doing better.

either way he is a piece of shit for everything he has done to his family. He needs to clean up his own life before he tries to take care of public issues, such as the pem/dunk board. And I am happy to hear she beat the cancer.

May I ask how you know his wife? I know she is a great person. I agree he has hurt his family in a way that could never put the family back together again. But I must say she did a good job raising her five kids. She is a very remarkable person and she would do anything to help anyone. I have seen it with my own eyes. If you are a friend of hers could you at least give initials?
