I have had horrible experience. The rep name Phil will call you with horrible vulgar language if your payment is late at all. I don't see how it I legal to use foul language to customers

J have bought 2 cars from them and they were as nice as could be and I did my payments on time.Bottom line.....Make your paymments on time.

I have heard unpleasant things about their customer service. So far I have always made all of my payments for anything on time, but I'm surprised at the commenters that think being late on a payment justifies foul treatment. How sad. :(

That's not true. Any time I've had to be late on my payment, they are always understanding and willing to work with me. I've dealt with several of them there and I have to say I've always gotten treated with respect by any that I did deal with.

They are not friendly at all they don't keep thier word when you keep yours we owed $900 left on loan they sent out letter to contact them within 10 days or account would be sent to collections on day 7 and day 9 they sent out repo truck REALLY! Collections not repossesion We had to pay $1500 for them to drop the vehicle on the tow truck, all I can say is were getting our money back thier computer is different from what your paper work file says thier computer shows more owed then your papers they need to be turned in and office closed down

I have dealt with Sam. Very strange actions there. but also, they sent someone to my home as a "service call." they weren't there to repo it, just to check on me. but normally when I have called, they have been nice. However, when scrutinizing loan, I found several penalties and fees I was never told about. I am pretty sure that several laws have been broken in regards to collection practices. and sure, you should be on time with your payrments. but if you aren't, it does not give a business the right to be rude, break laws, or harrass you or your references. Does anyone know if it is legal for them to send someone to your home for a "courtesy call?" It made me feel very unsafe and vulnerable.

Same as Simone. Incredibly rude. The mailman lost my check, they called and told me I was late on payment and sent me a text message and called leaving obscenely rude messages. I called to pay by card as they do not har a way to pay online, but still their customer service is horrible. They also need to catch up with the times and allow people to pay online with cc or debit card. I never pay by check except through them.

I have had nothing but great service with them for 4 years. If someone owes you money and you miss a payment, would you not be asking for it? Everyone thinks that it's ok to miss a payment, be late, get behind and everything be hunky dory-BUT what if it was your money??? Why do you think interest rates are so high? and why they are so apt to collect their money? And if you are late-just call them-no big deal-it's when you don't call your bill collectors that they call you. So if you don't like being called or text-call them first. Be part of the solution and not the problem- I do agree an online bill pay would be helpful.
