I have been treated good and bad when car shopping, but this place is nothing but crooks who smell like an ashtray and are very rude. They apparently have drug addicts and felons working there from what I have been told one of them was a guy who had murdered someone rumor maybe but who knows. When I first got out of my car there where 2 walking towards me with cigarettes still in there hand and a crowd of them standing on the harley lot in a big huddle. I did how ever end up buying a car from the other nissan store in Kingsport they were very professional and treated me like I was important even the manager came and said hello. anybody else with this experience at tri cities nissan?

I'd rather crap in my hands and clap than deal with them. I've never bought there and never will.. I think you summed it up pretty well.

I went there a few months ago and some short guy with a northern accent was a complete jerk to me and my family acting like if I didn't buy the car I was making a big mistake well I bought it and 2 weeks later they called me and said I had to bring it back because they couldn't get me approved. I understand I have bad credit but why in the world would you allow me to leave with the car thinking it was mine and do that...

That is illegal. It is called a yo-yo purchase. You have rights. Yes, I am a car dealer also.

The car would also have been brought back if the stipulations in provided didnt align with what a customer stated.. Basically if the customer lied or didnt accurately state income or any other situation they were told to prove then it would be labeled rollback, but I either way I as well have heard that they carry a bad reputation

I bought a car there to chevy. Everyone was very nice and I actually had a problem with my car 2 weeks later but they fixed it for me.

I just bought a car there 2 weeks ago and did not have any problems at all. Every single person in the whole building, that I talked to, was nice & respectful including the "guy who had murdered someone" and "that creepy sales manager from new york". Seems to me like someone needs to read their rights a little more on the weekends so you wont get online trying to bash placing while looking like a complete idiot.

Dumbass Huh? I am sure Tommy Riddle would frown on any of his dealers participating in this. You my friend are a piece of shit. I wish i could get to know you long enough to teach you more than the car business.

I personally dealt with the manager. He came into my place of employment demanding things like it shit don't stink. He's was the most rude & arrogant man I've ever conversed with. I won't ever buy a car there.

That place is full of cut throat criminals. I'm sure there a few good people.... I understand that they need a job too but not with the public especially when dealing with 30000 dollar transaction

I bought a vehicle there and had a ok experience... it wasn't a walk in the park but its fine. The only thing that I would complain about is the employees spitting snuff in trash cans and the would think the finance guy that signed me up would realize he is a professional and cut that mop on his head he looked like cousin it
