IF he's an undercover cop entering peoples apartments under false pretenses he's committing several felonies and civil rights violations. IF your specualtion is correct he deserves to be incarcerated for a few years. IF Mrs Carter knew of his dual employement she deserves to be under arrest and also sued for every penny she has. That's what the law prescribes and you sound like a no nonsense "do the crime do the time" kind of guy so I'm sure you agree.

I doubt if any of the above is accurate it will ever see the light of day or be made public. The more likely scenario is he is an employee of the pest control firm, and an informant, and a user, and a thief.

You're exactly right. The guy is behind bars and nobody got physically harmed. No, I swear I'm not an employee. But I'm in the business. I know that SAFEWAY is reputable. I know who's not. I know that the "troubled individual" would probably still be on the loose had it not been for the owner. I think there's more than one owner. Everybody has to work somewhere. This guys record had to be spotless when they hired him. The state does that. And then he developed a problem. The BTK Killer worked for ADT Home Security for crying out loud.

Now, if a person develops a drug problem and gets caught stealing in someone's house and you think it will make you feel better about things, then by all means you have every right to allow termites and other pests to eat your home to the ground. My last question would be this : Do I want my house treated by the firm that they just busted a thief at, or do I want my house treated by a firm that busts the NEXT thief ?

I know for a fact that they treat to the label and I know for a fact hardly anyone else does. The owners put the guy behind bars. Like Happy Dad said "what else do you want ? The death penalty?

Sigh..... You made my point for me. Your theory is just as ridiculous as mine. We don't even know that he's a thief or a user or an informant. Maybe he works for a terrorist organization and is looking close to see if you are CIA in disguise.

Your biggest and most stupid problem is our stupid lawmakers. First they got in bed with the pill makers, if think pharmaceutical companies don't own Tenns Lawmakers, then you were born yesterday and that was after surviving a third trimester abortion and a body-slam in the parking lot.

They let their pals make $677 billion selling pain pills in this state alone. Now those who get hooked.(For whatever reason, who gives a rats butt). But now, there is a very Cheap sublingual strip that you put under your tongue once per day, and you have absolutely NO DESIRE for a pain pill for 24 hours. It's thing costs about 25 cents.

That way you don't come home from work to find your wife and child's head bashed in with a baseball bat and the jewelry is missing. Your family isn't with a quarter to Tennessee lawmakers. The stuff is called suboxone.

No, they should sell this suff in the grocery store for a quarter, but then their pals wouldn't make much money. They would triple their money at a quarter, but tripling your money isn't enough for a drug company. So they sell that same pill for almost $40 ......after seeing the doctor, paying cash for the doctor (even though insurance would be willing to pay for the drs visit? The drs want cash). S they end up making another $13 billion selling these 50 cent strips and people's heads keep getting bashed in.

Your family's life isn't worth 25 cents ? Then you don't have those family values.

Well, my point is this. Not all crime is done OFF THE CLOCK. I mean 93% of everybody has to work somewhere. Like I said, The BTK killer worked for a Home Security Company ADT. He was the service manager at one location. Does that make ADT a bad company? Lets put it this way. I have their security at my house.

This guy had a problem. Problem solved.

Granted. He didn't kill any of his customers, nor did he really even use any of his security "know how". To do the stuff he did. But BTK s employers didn't wave the RED FLAG on him either.

Hey, it's this simple. If you own a home go to Orkin, you're absolutely STUPID if you don't. They are THE ONLY ones who can get rid of them and keep them away for a lifetime. Or you can try these mom and pops and then pay , on average ,$6800 worth of damage, and then go to Orkin ....

You people ask for it....geez

And how exactly do they keep them away for a lifetime? Thats impossible. Orkin, just like terminix, are nothing but greedy and more interested in ripping you off for as long as they can than actually helping people.

We thought we made the right choice using Safeway. After all they have a 12 month warranty. None of the pests listed went away completely and the ants came back just as bad as before - after 2 months. They quoted us more than other companies but had 12 month warranty so we thought it would be a less risky often. When we reported that the pest returned they did not come back to spray/look or anything. We contacted them for weeks and got excuses but never any further action/work. Very disappointed. I know a real estate owner who uses them and they honour the big clients work but not the small private clients.

Safeway had the contract on my home when we purchased it.
We tried them for a year...
Five 'no shows' for an inspection that we paid $90 for. Asked for a refund of the money and to cancel the contract - they asked for two weeks to get a check to us. This is week three and no check. These guys do NOT value the customer nor will they do what is right. Do yourself a favor and avoid Safeway pest at all cost!!!!

Folks, face the facts. Termites exist and there is a way to make money off them. All the big name exterminators are out to give you the business with "free inspections" and half ass guarantees against a re infestation, all with a monthly bill that doesn't really cover anything. All that "guarantee" provides is an annual inspection that tells you that you have a re infestation. It's all a big crap shoot, from the little bogus termite traps they set in your yard to the shady guarantee against them showing back up. Ever notice the bigger the company, the more lies they tell you? For example Terminex..........they charge you a repetitive bill as a supposedly free service if the termites reappear..........yeah, let them reappear and you are in for more money for their service, and that's the truth! Actually you would be better off doing a yearly application of Creosote under your house. Sure, it stinks, but it works!

If I have to reveal who I am, I will. But no, I'm not an employee but I've been in the business for almost 20 years. Safeway is an OUTSTANDING company that had one employee develop a dependence. I know EVERYTHING about this business. EVERYTHING. There are four companies in this area that do the job right and Safeway is one of them. I'd be happy to tell the other three, but it doesn't matter. If you don't have the right company doing your termite agreement, you are in for a rude awakening one day.

Wanna see what a crook looks like? And you voted for the clown. Believe me, he rips off more than $4700 off of people. This crook beats people out of money every day. Get your head out your butts.

A Safe Way driver just passed me on Boone Station Road. We had just gone through the red light @ Boones Creek Rd.and he passed me just after. He sped out of sight. Just as I approached sight of the railroad crossing I saw him cross the tracks. I came upon two other cars that he must have passed also because he was far ahead of them by the time I spotted him again going up a long hill and there was no place for them to have come from otherwise. The speed limit on this curvy, hilly and well used two-lane road is 35. This driver was driving dangerously fast. He speedily disapeared. Hopefully he made it to where he was going safely and didn't run over anyone. Please advise your workers of driving a safe speed.
