Oct. 2, 2013: Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid of Nev., right, accompanied by Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., speaks on Capitol Hill.AP
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is blaming Republicans for the National Institutes of Health turning away cancer patients. But when asked why the Senate wouldn't try to help "one child who has cancer" by approving a mini-spending bill, he shot back: "Why would we want to do that?"
Republicans continue to hurt our nation don't they?

The Constitution doesn't grant a president to change laws passed by Congress. You uneducated sheep.

Obamacare Bad For Your Marriage?

Here’s a criticism of Obamacare you probably haven’t heard before: It could be bad for your marriage... It’s been impossible to nail down how much health insurance is going to cost the average person under Obamacare because there are so many variables. But Hans Bader of the Competitive Enterprise Institute discovered a loophole that might hit a lot of married couples. According to the Kaiser Family Foundation’s calculator – and they’re pro-Obamacare – a typical middle class family with two 40-year-old working parents could pay $7200 more a year for health coverage than if they got divorced. Worse, a 60-year-old couple with no kids could end up paying $11,000 more if they get married or stay married. Maybe Congress will actually fix this, or maybe it’s like the medical device tax that Harry Reid agrees is “stupid,” but fights to keep it anyway. But one thing America doesn’t need is one more incentive for people to avoid marriage.

Really, I'm not lying. Why would you say that? I filled out the fields on the calculator and it looks really good! We are at 123% of the poverty level. Subsidies are provided to anyone up to 400% of the poverty level. Are you unable to understand that? I know most right wingers are thick, but I thought you might be different. You know what they say. If you vote Republican you are either rich or stupid!

Did you know......
“Obamacare was fully implemented January 1st, even though the regulations had not been written yet? And we’ve got 33,000 pages of regulations that they’ve already written? If we stacked it up here, it would be seven feet tall.”

— Rep. Richard Hudson (R-N.C.), speaking on “Fox and Friends,” May 13, 2013

“Implementation has also become a bureaucratic nightmare, with some 159 new government agencies, boards and programs busily enforcing the roughly 20,000 pages of rules and regulations already associated with this law.”
Did you know that liar?

Did you know......as fact.....fact check it all........

So you agree it is perfectly OK for owebama and the other demoncraps to change law and omit, change and make exemptions for who they choose without congress approval? Really?????

and I bet you think like your masters that it is NOT OK for the republicans to do the same? as they are asking as of right now for FAIRNESS FOR ALL AMERICANS NOT JUST THE CHOSEN FEW?????

DO YOU REALLY THINK THAT THIS POTUS AND ADMINISTRATION HAS NOT VIOLATED THE CONSTITUTION AND BECOME A DICTATOR IN CHARGE? REALLY??? and why and how not??? think think think about it???

I do not believe they read this monstrosity before it was brought up for a vote. We all know this right??? I may be mistaken,(not likely) but I believed it was purely crammed down everyone's throat.
Remember Nancy prancy piglosi saying pass it, we can find out (and or change) what is in it later? This is what you support and voted for!

Obamascare was passed by a rubber stamp congress w/o reading it. It wouldn't pass now. Another costly demo vote buying plan.

Thank GOD for the tea party! God does answer some prayers.

Why doesn't Reid allow the senate to put up the bill the republicans offered to vote? Is he afraid that a lot of them will vote to accept it, making him and the president look stupid? I think the bill that the republicans offered is fair. Why does Obama think that giving special exemptions to big businesses, that lobbied for him, fair across the board for all US citizens? Take away all exemptions that does not apply equally to all and therefore it would end the shut down. Or allow the ones who want Obama Care to have it and the ones that don't want it not be forced to pay into it.

ACA is a law just like an annual budget is a law. We haven't had an annual budget since Obama came into office. If they don't care about the law, why do they expect us (the people) to care about the law! Plus, if Obamacare is law, then why doesn't it apply to ALL people? The GOP is simply trying to remove the exemptions and offer it to ALL people. What is Obama's big problem with that?????????

Obama and his minions could end it now if they simply threw the GOP a samll bone, why not extend a year for individuals like Obama unilaterally did for big business. People could still sign up in the meantime if they wanted. And they could work out the kinks. Seems a win for the Lip Dems, but then again you know how the devil works.

To the tea party who the people elected:
Don't give in. Don't let Democrats tell you what to do, which is the entire basis of Obamacare. They want the government to tell us what to do with the most intimate of choices - those concerning our health. The government can stay shut down until the President recognizes that this is still a Federation of States.

Obama claimed,“If you like your plan, you can keep it,” unless you’re an average working American citizen, As costs rise, healthcare options dwindle, medicare options will be limited and businesses take preventative measures to minimize the negative impact of ObamaCare, more and more of the well-connected and elites have taken it opon themselves to excuse themselves from the burdens the law brings. Obama’s promise of healthcare for all never happened and has quickly become healthcare that no one wants. The republicans have called them out ob this in the shutdown and yes we all know owebama and company do not want to talk about fairness for all now or forever. We the people are screwed!

When ObamaCare was introduced, Congressman Chuck Grassley inserted an amendment that required all of Congress to buy into this form of healthcare. But since then democrats, unions, government staff workers grumbled and complained on Capitol Hill over the prospect of losing their top-notch, taxpayer-funded plans to a relatively burdensome alternative. All the griping begs the question; if ObamaCare isn’t good enough for the lawmakers who voted for it, why should our families have to be stuck with this healthcare?
owebama, the democraps nor the sheep worshipers can or will answer these questions. It is all about them, their wants as usual and not the American families or what is fair and equal for all. They have not listen to we the people or the majority and never will because that is what liberals do.
Instead of attempting to actually fix (or repeal) ObamaCare, members of Congress dodged the issue and gave themselves an exemption from the law. Your representatives no longer have to deal with the same ObamaCare problems that you and your family will face. Exempt us "we the people" too.

Everybody, everybody, everybody should get the same exemption from Obamascare! We the people are all created with equal rights!

If a law doesn’t apply to all, is it really a law?
If yes, than we are a country of laws, if not, we are a country of men/women who dictate who will be held accountable under such law while others will not be.
Kings and dictators pass laws that do not apply to all, but they only apply to those of their choosing.(democrats are the kings of selective laws)

I hope that you grow up one day and learn THE very most basic thing about the nation you live in.

For when you do grow up and learn this most basic lesson, then you will understand why Obamacare and all the other mandatory, forced, totalitarian socialist rules and orders and edits are morally wrong in every way, despite all of your brainwashing and gullible acceptance of leftist talking points and empty promises of rainbows and golden sunshine.

Mayhaps one day you will learn the most basic lesson about America that you obviously dont now seem to understand. And that lesson is this...

People Should Be Free.

We 'elected' these UNexperienced, educated fools to protect us and keep us safe; we've given them that power. What message have they sent to young, aspiring future leaders -- that hard-headedness prevails? A president who acts like he is a hollywood star rather than a leader and has been a divider from the start and the worse president in history for the country. He has the country headed toward civil war. Is that what he wants?
A two-party system in this country has lost its significance. The existing problems affect all citizens and party affiliation should be stamped out. Our 'representatives' today, should, together, rally, brain-storm and help each other come to sane resolutions for the benefit of the American people, first.

100 MILLION PLUS MARCH ON WASHINGTON IS NEEDED ASAP AND DEMAND THEY ALL RESIGN FROM THE HOUSE AND SENATE AND THE POTUS AND VP. CLEAN HOUSE AND START OVER WITH COMMON SENSE PEOPLE, NOT BIG MONEY LOBBYIST.

This is stunning!
The Truth About the Health Care Bills - Michael Connelly, Ret. Constitutional Attorney
Well, I have done it! I have read the entire text of proposed House Bill 3200: The Affordable Health Care Choices Act of 2009. I studied it with particular emphasis from my area of expertise, constitutional law. I was frankly concerned that parts of the proposed law that were being discussed might be unconstitutional.
What I found was far worse than what I had heard or expected.
To begin with, much of what has been said about the law and its implications is in fact true, despite what the Democrats and the media are saying. The law does provide for rationing of health care, particularly where senior citizens and other classes of citizens are involved, free health care for illegal immigrants, free abortion services, and probably forced participation in abortions by members of the medical profession.
The Bill will also eventually force private insurance companies out of business, and put everyone into a government run system. All decisions about personal health care will ultimately be made by federal bureaucrats, and most of them will not be health care professionals. Hospital admissions, payments to physicians, and allocations of necessary medical devices will be strictly controlled by the government.
However, as scary as all of that is, it just scratches the surface. In fact, I have concluded that this legislation really has no intention of providing affordable health care choices. Instead it is a convenient cover for the most massive transfer of power to the Executive Branch of government that has ever occurred,or even been contemplated. If this law or a similar one is adopted, major portions of the Constitution of the United States will effectively have been destroyed.
The first thing to go will be the masterfully crafted balance of power between the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of the U.S. Government. The Congress will be transferring to the Obama Administration authority in a number of different areas over the lives of the American people, and the businesses they own.
The irony is that the Congress doesn't have any authority to legislate in most of those areas to begin with! I defy anyone to read the text of the U.S. Constitution and find any authority granted to the members of Congress to regulate health care.
America is hopelessly lost because there is no shame in outright lies like the one above. There's not an ounce of truth in it. Not one.

Each time a person passes something like this around, America get weaker.
