NOW, THERE WILL BE THISE WHO WILL PICK THIS POST TO PIECES AND SITE EXAMPLES WHERE THIS WON'T WORK. SOME WILL EVEN SAY, "BUT EVEN TOYOTA IS MADE IN AMERICA"
HYPOTHETICALLY, IF OVERNIGHT WE SIMPLY AGREED AS AMERICANS 100% that WE WILL NOT BUY IT IF IT WASNT BUILT HERE, IN 18 MONTHS ALL OUR ECONOMIC WOES WOULD BE OVER. SURE, THERE WOULD STILL BE THE DEBT, BUT AMERICANS WANT TO WORK. SOME OF YOU WILL POINT AT THE 48 MILLION ON FOOD STAMPS.
FOX NEWS HAS YOUR HEADS TURNED TOWARDS THE POOR, WHILE IT IS THE WEALTHY AND THE CORPORATIONS THAT ARE ROBBING US. TRUST THE FACTS. FOOD STAMPS COST ME A DIME A DAY AND YES SOME PEOPLE ARE RIDING THE FREE WAVE. BELIEVE IT OR NOT, PEOPLE WANT TO WORK. IT'S A PROVEN FACT THAT GENERALLY SPEAKING A PERSON GETS UP EVERY DAY AND WANTS TO GO TO WORK AND DO THE BEST THEY CAN.
THE US CHAMBER OF COMMERCE WORKS IN CONJUNCTION WITH HUGE CORPORATIONS TO SHIP SOME 6 million JOBS OVERSEAS AND THEN FOX NEWS ACTUALLY TRIED TO SAY THAT BUYING AMERICAN WASNT NECESSARILY GOOD FOR THE ECONOMY. THEY ARE IN LEAGUE TOGETHER.
FOX NEWS IS THE PROPAGANDA MACHINE FOR THE WEALTHY. THEY HOOK AMERICANS WITH SOCIAL AND MORAL ISSUES BY ACTING LIKE VOTING REPUBLICAN IS VOTING AGAINST ABORTION AND GAY MARRAIGE AND SO FORTH. THEY GET YOUR VOTE THAT WAY AND THEN IMMEDIATELY START SERVING THE RICH WHO COULDN'T CARE LESS ABOUT ABORTION OR ANYTHING ELSE.
WHAT MOST NORMAL AMERICANS DON'T UNDERSTAND IS GREED. MOST OF US THINK THAT IF WE WON TEN MILLION IN THE LOTTERY, WE WOULD HELP THE NEEDY AND LOVE OUT OUR LOVES IN COMFORT. WHEN YOU ARE BORN WEALTHY, LIKE THE KOCH BROTHERS, YOU HAVE AN ALMOST SOCIOPATHIC PERSONALITY. THEY HAVE $32 BILLION AND ALL THEY WANT IS MORE.
THE OWNERS OF WALMART (six member of the Walton family) HAVE AS MUCH MONEY AS $192 million Americans and all they want is MORE. THEY GET THEIR GOODS FROM SWEAT SHOPS OVERSEAS , JOBS THAT WERE TAKEN FROM HERE, SELL IT TO US AND PAY THEIR 1.2 million employees below the poverty level. THEY LITERALLY SHOW THEIR EMPLOYEES HOW TO GET WELFARE ON TOP OF THEIR PAY.
SO WHEN I GO TO BUY A TV at WALMART, IM SUPPORTING THE FACT THAT ALL THE PEOPLE WHO WORKED AT PHILLIPS IN GREENEVILLE LOST THEIR JOBS AND I PAY THE GIRL AT CHECKOUT WHO MAKES BELOW THE POVERTY LINE. THEN THEY TAX ME, AND MY TAX MONEY GOES TO HELP SUPPORT THAT CHECKOUT GIRL. WHILE THE WALTON'S (never worked an honest day in their miserable lives) GET RICHER AND RICHER.
THE Ipad that I'm writing from was built in China. THEY WORK 15 hours every day. They live in four story dorms. So many employees were jumping to their death from the fourth floor, that they put up a net to catch them. These are human beings. I sit in comfort on my sofa and put money into the ALREADY WEALTHY pockets of those on Wall Street.
I FOND IT HARD TO BELIEVE THAT AMERICANS COULD BE SOLD THAT ITS OK TO ALLOW THE WALTON'S TO FLOURISH AT OUR VERY OWN EXPENSE. IF A NATIONWIDE BOYCOTT AGAINST WALMART TOOK PLACE FOR ONE WEEK, ALL 1.2 million employees could have their salaries doubled and walmart would still show a quarterly profit.
BUT HERE'S THE PROBLEM IT'S NOT AMERICA ANYMORE. REMEMBER THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE? We're it says ONE NARION, INDER GOD " INDIVISIBLE " with liberty and ......... We are divided. FOX NEWS HAS 50% of America thinking that capitalism is great and it is (MONOPOLY IS BAD) and that same half would praise the Walton's for being "job creators" ...... Yeah, job creators in China.
Did you know that ELEMENT is building a small plant in Michigan. When they finish, they will build the ONLY DAMN TELEVISION that is American owned? Do you know how crazy that is?
We have allowed the wealthy to screw us totally. Wanna keep getting screwed? Keep voting republican and keep buying NON AMERICAN PRODUCTS. I love america

If you want something "Made in America" these days, your probably either going to have to go to an antique store, or just make it yourself.

That is because crooked politicians have funded (with our money) and subsidized overseas companies, gave money and tax breaks, and "Bailouts"...all to help remove American jobs and send them overseas.

While at the same time, taxing and over-regulating, and sending a paperwork blizzard and armies of IRS, EPA, and every other sort of government terrorist to punish, harrass, and destroy American companies.

Like Bill Clinton and his NAFTA law that he pushed so hard night and day.

You know, he even went as faras to say that those of us that disagreed with his definition of "globalism" was an extremist!

What a liar!

But, Clinton wasnt alone. Chrysler took Obamas "Bailout" money, closed truck plants in America and built a new one in Mexico. And that was the end of those American jobs.

Thank You Obama and Chrysler.

Made in America? Not anymore. Our people became complacent, and the politicians sold us out.

So, were seeing an ever slowing economy. The only economic activity we have now is what stems from government spending in some form or another.

And with the govt is so much debt that the entire global GDP couldnt pay it off in 600 years...just how long will the illusion keep going?

How long can it?

But then, all too many Americans only want to keep on drawing thier retirement checks a little while longer... until they can die and go in eternal burning Hell.

They dont want to even think about an economic collapse comming before they have got everything for themselves that they possible can.

Greed.

Some plan, isnt it?

Some food points made, and one useless trolling insult from LOL. He won't be laughing while we're in the soup lines.

Hillbilly called the obvious. Our people became complacent and allowed our jobs to be sent overseas, but truly, ill Clonton and NAFTA was only part of it. Please don't underestimate the US CHamber of Commerce. They have shipped nearly 6 million overseas. We are the buyers, the sweat shops are the makers and the wealthy 1% are the takers.

One of the KOCH Brothers has set up shop in Oklahoma and they are pouring money into STATE republican campaigns to protect their interests, not ours.

They are killing us and we are allowing it.

And by the posts shown here. It seems hopeless

Just to note; more republicans voted for NAFTA than democrats. 34 of the 61 votes for in the senate were republicans. And 68 percent of republicans in the house voted for the bill, as opposed to 35 percent of the dems. So, by vote, the republicans passed the North American Free Trade Agreement.

How's the left-wing, ivory-tower, we-know-best elitist Obamanomics working for you? Not so well for most Americans. Here's the news.
First-quarter gross domestic product numbers for 2013 were recently revised -- downward from 1.8 percent to 1.1 percent. For perspective, four years into the recovery from the last deep recession in '81-'82, the economy grew at 4.1 percent.

What about the declining "labor force participation rate"?

This counts the percentage of civilians 16 years and older working or actively looking for work. When President Barack Obama took office, the labor force participation rate was 65.7. Today it is 63.4, up 0.1 from April's 34-year low. Frustrated, many able-bodied and able-minded would-be workers have simply given up looking for jobs.

The number of people receiving federally subsidized food assistance today exceeds the number of full-time, private-sector working Americans. The number of Americans receiving foods stamps (now called SNAP) has reached 47.5 million, increasing an average of 13 percent a year from 2008 to 2012. Almost 9 million disabled American workers currently collect federal Social Security benefits -- double the number of disabled in the late '90s -- many admitting that they could work, but choose not to look.

Just to break even -- to keep pace with new entrants into the market -- the economy must produce 150,000 jobs per month. To date, Obama's four years of recovery have produced 4,657,000 jobs -- an average of 97,020 per month. At this juncture in the '80s, following the last big recession, the economy had produced 11.2 million new jobs, or 233,333 per month.

Even left-wing media outlets and The Washington Post cannot pretend that this is normal.

I commend you. You have learned to expand your usual one liners into,,,well,,,one really long, disjointed, and rather jeuvenile one liner. But at least you are consistent in that your usual spewing of an attack on me, and as always, Fox news, is still intact.

But you are still missing the standard of any debate, which is to win peoples opinions to your side. One liners, insults, and attacks on Fox News just wont cut it.

Now go back to your seat and think up something better this time. And here is a hint...why dont you present us with a FACT instead of an insult.

And...perhaps you can insert a link to support your fact?

(This is how the grown ups do it)

And another little pointer...I know that the atheist troll sites,(and those allied to them) tell young trolls to never concede the opponents points and all of that.

But...that is only if you want to be a troll. Nobody listens to trolls, except other troll wannabees.

If you want to be taken seriously, you will have to change things in your delivery, and step it up a bit and concede the points of others.

Otherwise,no onw will take you seriously.

Now, go back and think up a valid point, provide us with some supporting link, and come back to us with a grown up reply. Show us what you can do?

So...
Whose fault was it this time?
Who is responsible for Barack blabbing about a sealed indictment?
I know -- Blame Bush!

You can't compromise with Obama. If you give anything, he takes it and then expects you to give more.

And....we don't have to make stuff up to blame Obama for, we see the reality of the affects of his actions.....and how much he has screwed up.. Unlike the koolaid induced fairy tale land you choose to exist in.

Bush did more for the lower and middle class than Obama has even DREAMED of doing.

Gas prices are higher, food is higher, utilities are higher, insurance is higher, health costs are up, houses are harder to qualify for, foreclosure rate remains at all time highs.... rent is WAY up, while they claim that they haven't raised taxes.....fees for almost EVERYTHING are higher. Unemployment has consistently been 50% higher than Bush's 2 term average FOR 5 YEARS RUNNING.

Name one thing......ONE THING...that we are better off with under Obama.

The ONLY reason the market is up is because the fed is artificially propping it up by printing massive amounts of money - which is debasing our dollar and causing inflation and it's the ONLY economic indicator that's anything close to positive.

Businesses are making money - and they're terrified to spend it. They won't hire, they won't expand, because of ht massive new regulatory burden and taxes coming down the pike, and the uncertainty Obama is causing.
Obama haters are so busy keeping up with Obama's bloopers and crimes that they don't have to make stuff up.
Truth is sicker than fiction with this group of bonehead traitors.

Yep, you are right about that. But, Clinton was opening up the candy store to buy votes for Nafta that would not have been there without it.

But, we must remember what NAFTA actually was all about...it was class warfare. The haves and the have nots.

So, the poor and middle class were sold out by heavily bribed and corrupt rich guys.

You see anything new in all of this? I dont.
