How about the Obama administrations abuse of power in taking private property without any trial or due process for the victims?

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2014/05/09/po...

Yep, private property is being confiscated by the govt, which is not required to prove any crimes were done by the citizens who are being robbed.

And if a short time later, the property just happens to be sold by the govt to some political croney of a Democrat politician, well, we arent supposed to mention that part, are we?

The leftist mainstream news media sure wont!

If you are talkiking about imminent domain, that was not the President, it was the conservative Roberts Court. If you're talking about confiscation over drugs that was the right wing.

I just read that article. The forfeiture act was signed by Reagan. All the states mentioned are controlled by Republicans. What are you talking about!?!

Using government agencies to silence their political opponents. I really hoped president Obama would be a centrist when he was elected, sadly I was wrong. Why couldn't he be more like JFK or even Clinton. It's sad. As Lincoln stated " Any man can stand adversity but to truly test his character give him power".

How is he doing that? It seems to me his political opponents are far from silent. Have you watched Fox News or listened to Rush Limbaugh lately. I contend you are wrong.

There is a difference between abuse, and use. Note how the act has increased dramatically under Obamas term...abuse.

Use isnt the same as abuse.

How dishonest of you liberals to attempt to hide that fact, and not mention it, as well as twist and turn away from straightforward reporting.

Discussing truth in a straightforward conversation with liberals, is like handling a squirming snake. They just cant be straight.

Stop making things up. give a concrete example, or shift your "blame game" to Ron Reagan who signed the bill into law. President Obama did not make the bill law REAGAN DID!!!

I am a man who came from absolute poverty. I lived in a barn for two years when I was a child. My mother was a hard working lady who never was unemployed. Her employment only provided minimum wage. My father was an alcoholic who only worked a few weeks out of the year to go bar hopping. When I graduated high school and went to college I worked until 1:00 am every night and as a result my studies were neglected. I was faced with an overwhelming student loan or to go to work. Unfortunately I chose to work and 20 years later I have a child and can barely provide the necessities. I have seen time after time friends of mine choose to go on disability and be able to provide a better life for their families. I want to continue working and would pray for some overtime but my employer never offers it. I am required to be on call 24 hours a day. Due to this I cannot hold a part time position. My family lives paycheck to paycheck and we are falling behind further every week. If this is the American dream I want to wake up from the nightmare.

This doesn't add up. You have worked for 20 years and still can't make ends meet? Your employer isn't required to provide overtime. Why do you think this is unfair? If you are on call 24 hours a day, and in a job where you can't make ends meet, sounds like you have a spending problem. The American Dream requires responsibility and accountability from you. You get the opportunity to excel. What you do with that opportunity is up to you. I am not buying the sob story.

I don’t think that asbestos pants on President Barack Obama could resist spontaneous combustion.
Over the past three years, our president has said,“If you like your health care plan, you can keep your health care plan, period. If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor, period.” Is there a single Obamacare apologist who can deny that fact?
This is not some edited selection taken out of context to discredit the president. These are his own words, used to silence his health care law critics and to emphasize that those critics were simply spreading lies and fear about his plan. He repeated this for three years.
In the past 10 days, our president has stated that what he actually meant was that you could keep your health care plan if your plan was not substandard. On Monday, our president stated that what he actually meant was that you could keep your health care plan if it did not change.
Our president rarely made his infamous “If you like your health care plan, you can keep your health care plan” remark without the obligatory addition that you can keep your doctor if you like him, too. Why no recent clarifications on what was actually said about keeping your doctor? You can keep him if he is not substandard? You can keep him as long as he doesn’t change in some way?
The Wall Street Journal reported that policy advisers in the White House tried to get the president to back off the false promise he was making concerning the new law because of what it actually required and how regulations would force policy cancellations. But the president’s political advisers argued against that suggestion, and he forged ahead with statements that were patently false. Sadly, our president knowingly lied.
Makes you wonder did he lie about Fast and Furious scandal and the Benghazi murders and that he did not know about the NSA spying until he seen it on tv with the rest of us or the GSA scandals about spending and blowing millions of taxpayers money on parties or the secret service spending taxpayers money on prostitutes or him having a personal drone kill list like a mafia king pin or the IRS scandal having parties on the taxpayers dime and targeted Tea Party conservatives or religious organizations or the many other scandals that have happened on his watch but he expects a free pass on everything.
Why is that?
Well of course he's a liar! He's a politician, what more do you expect? He didn't get where he is by being a good old boy and standing up to Wall Street. Everybody wants to whine about broken promises, fake possible futures, and being let down in the end. Is it anything new? Like most of us, I vote against, not for a president. Kinda like which skunk do you want under your outhouse. In the end, we are getting the shaft anyhow, no matter which liar gets in the White House. The last few years have been the doldrums, more or less, for the citizens. It's nothing new, just business as usual. No matter which high roller is in office we are going to be let down in the end. It's not just the president, it is the naturally born liars who become politicians that are dragging our country down.

Jesus' ministry was about helping the poor. Satan's domain is the world and worldly things. Republicans are more in line with the latter because they oppose programs that help the poor. They go by the adage, "I got mine, you get yours". You are a sad specimen of a human being. You follow Satan more than I in your beliefs.

Is slothfulness not a sin in the eyes of the Lord? You are so skewed with liberal rhetoric and slothfulness yourself that you don't take the time to read these bills proposed by the Democrats that are opposed by the Republicans. They are filled with programs that go against conservative philosophies like using tax funds to pay for abortions or providing benefits to homosexuals. Of course the Republicans are going to vote against those policies.

Of all the posters on here, you are the walking, talking poster child for liberal rhetoric and propaganda. Why don't you put a little effort into educating yourself to the truth? Are you afraid the truth might dispel this image that you have had emblazoned in your brain by the mainstream media? Maybe in doing so you will find the Democrats are just as evil as the Republicans and neither party gives a rat's ass about people like you and me.

I think you need some education. The Hyde Act prohibits any Federal funds to be used for abortion. There are millions of working poor in the US. They are not lazy as you contend.
