Yes I do I had a friend that had appliances delivered by this company. They had over $7.000.00 damage to their house and lowes did nothing about it. Floors in 2 rooms completely destroyed and the home owners had to fix it. i would not recommend them to anyone. I saw the damage myself. Finally clw offered to pay half and also took 15 years off their house. What a ripoff

This company steals almost all the haul back appliances from Lowes. The appliances they get for free from the customer who buys a new one. I had contacted them with photos to rove it. They sell them out the back door to JC appliance store. This company will rip you off no question about it. Lowes will catch up soon , I wish I had set them the photos instead of CLW.

Actually, they do not "sale" appliances to a JC appliance store. Lowe's has a contract with the store- they are paid to come collect old units and recycle them.

Do not sign until you have inspected everything you ordered, The driver and helper are paid a salary which comes around 7 to 10 dollars an hour. Your appliance's may be damaged and you don't know it until after they are gone and you signed the paper work especially check the cords on the range and dryer's for the clamps the hold them from rubbing the metal that could be cut and short out this could be a fire hazard, ( they are thrown away) Call the Manager at the Lowes Store where you made your purchase. No supervisor has never came back behind and checked their work.

Unfortunately, they also deliver for Sears. Please be very cautious if you choose to use CLW Delivery because they will not take responsibility for any damage caused to your home as a result of their negligence. They delivered and installed a new refrigerator to my home and failed to tape or strap the ice maker water line out of the way. They pinched the line when they pushed the refrigerator back into its enclosure causing a huge water leak that ruined my laminate floor. They deny responsibility for their negligence and refuse to take responsibility. They have several unresolved complaints with the Better Business Bureau of this same nature. They were hired by Sears to deliver the refrigerator so they may be delivering your appliances and you would not even know it was CLW Delivery. I simply thought it was Sears Home Delivery until I experienced all the issues. Now it looks like my only recourse is legal action.

Clw is just a name. Their company gets contracted from lowes and sears and then turn around and hire 3rd party delivery "contractors" for pennies on the dollar. This takes all liability from clw and puts it on the 3rd party contractor who 9 times out of 10 is the guy driving the truck and doing the work. I had the unfortunate experience working threw clw in Greenville sc. They are a crap organization at best.
