Now Combs blames the employees. Says they were likely doing work "on the side". Again, yea right.

Where are you getting this information? I haven't heard anything about it. I'd like to hear more with some credible support. I'm not doubting your post, just would like to know more. Thanks.

While I realize the JC Press has become a far less "credible" source over the last few years, as has WJHL, but when they both report it's usually accurate. The City says they will fine them $5,000 and the charge is criminal littering. They need to look deeper for more serious charges in my opinion.

The manager seemed to place the blame against his employees suggesting they were moonlighting. In my opinion that is BS. It was a business decision to drop the waste on private property because it saved money. Any investigation should focus on whether it happenes elsewhere.

Prosecutors should throw the book at them becaused dumping toxic materials where children live and play (and of course washing into the creeks) is dangerous. Haven't heard a thing, and don't expect to, since the initial reports. WJHL should change their motto to lapdog not watchdog.

Wjhl reported tonight Combs was fined by the city and state . Roto Rooter also did not have permits to pump septic tanks but has done so anyway.
