So now you're more adept than the Supreme Court to judge what is constitutional and what is not....geez, what a nitwit you are.<quoted text>
I said the Supreme Court (by a 5-4 split) improperly ruled Obamacare constitutional, when it really isnt.

Your twisted and misguided "appeal to authority" fallacy is not truthful nor honest. Remember, the Supreme Court judges were APPOINTED by politicians according to their political affiliation.
They have no divine right to be on the bench. They were not appointed by God to sit on the bench...
Politicians appointed them, and political back door deals were made to grease the way for thier confirmation hearings.
So, dont expect me to bow and scrape to a bunch of political hacks, who have sold thier votes to the party politics, and abandoned thier duties to the nation in so doing.
Honestly, you sound more like ole stupid John McCain every day. He is forever going around with a broomstick up his nether regions talking about respect for the office, and improper this and respect for that. Gagging at gnats and swallowing camels.
When niether he, nor any of the other jerks in Washington have given us much to respect them for lately. A government that runs away with unconstitutional power plays, and acts with zero regards as to the will of the people, or the Constitution, is in itself the most disrespectful of entities. You and John McCain should think of that.
I have no particular respect for a bunch of dishonest party hacks and crooked politicians. I am indeed more adept than they, for I am honest and they are dishonest.
That makes a huge difference, you see.
But if you want to doff your hat to them, and lick thier boots and grovel and whimper before them just because they were given an appointed title by a bunch of crooked politicians, then you go right ahead.
Thats just about your speed, you and all the other liberal geniuses.
Maybe they will throw you a crumb of freedom once in a while? You can talk about it on your Obamaphone (as long as your masters let you keep it?

Obamacare has just cost about 110,000 more people thier healthcare. IBM cant afford it any longer (since Obamacare has driven up the cost of health insurance)...
So now another 110,000 people will have lost thier plan.
Obamacare, a slow motion trainwreck in progress. Brought to us by the starry eyed, naive idiots who voted for Obama and his socialist ideals.
Remember, if you cant get afford health insurance anymore...thank a liberal!
#27 Sep 9, 2013
And just as an added benefit of Obamacare is coming...a new wave of swindlers and rip off artists.
Check out the link to be forewarned of this...
Yep, the slow motion train wreck that is Obamacaere just got worse. Possibly millions of innocent people could potentially fall victim to this latest Obamamess, and be finacially wiped out.
Its rather sad, and frustrating at the same time.
(And it aint the fault of Bush, or Fox News!)
Its the fault of Obama and the democrats that rushed through a disaster of a health care law. But that is what happens when something is written by insurance lobbyist, and rushed through under the slogan...We got to pass it before we can read whats in it"...as the democrats did.
And there you go.The latest Obamacare disaster in the making.
And it was all Obama and the democrats that are the ones to blame. Bush and Fox news had nothing to do with it.
#28 Sep 9, 2013
My goodness, its hard to keep up with the horror stories coming in daily about Obamacare. But here is one just from today...
Yup, a new Obamacare penalty on small businesses, that could cost them fines of $100.00 per day.
(This is just one of the many many multitudes of Obamacare fines and penalties...enforced by the IRS.
Things arent shaping up like we were promised that they would, are they?

keep em coming Faux news talking head

Yet another one-liner insult from the liberal left, in place of an actual well reasoned argument.
Anybody else starting to suspect that the average liberal is about as adept at understanding things as...Beavis and Butthead?
Keep them coming. You are making me look like a genius, and your side look like idiots!

Obamacare taxes coming....
1. Individual mandate
Obamacare may have been upheld as constitutional by the Supreme Court, but Chief Justice John Roberts’ extraordinary opinion clearly labeled the law’s individual mandate a tax. Every American will have to purchase health insurance and those who don’t will face an IRS-enforced tax that totals 2.5 percent of adjusted growth income.
2. Employer mandate
At a time when America needs jobs more than anything else, along comes Obamacare and its tax on businesses that don’t offer healthcare benefits. Companies with more than 50 employees will have to pay a tax of $3,000 per employee, a sure-fire way to keep companies from hiring new workers. Perversely, this measure will also encourage some employers to drop their health coverage and pay a fine that costs less.
3. Investment income surtax
If you make more than $200,000 ($250,000 if married), then you are rich and will be paying for the healthcare of the less fortunate. Obamacare will levy a new 3.8 percent surtax on investment income on those earners. If the Bush tax cuts are not rescinded, another added tax will be added to the same people on the same income and the top rate on dividend income from will hit 43.4 percent— a good reason to invest elsewhere.
4. Limit raised on medical tax deductions
Currently people who have high medical expenses can get a tax break on the amount over 7.5 percent of their adjusted gross income when they itemize deductions. Obamacare will raise the threshold to 10 percent, socking those with medical emergencies with an extra cost just when they are least prepared to handle it.
5. Tax on charitable hospitals
Obamacare levies a $50,000 excise tax on charitable hospitals that fail to meet an array of Health and Human Services regulations, including new standards in assessing community health needs and financial assistance requirements. In what universe does this make sense? Here we have the federal government heaping new rules under threat of financial penalty onto entities that function to help others.
6. Capping Flexible Spending Accounts
By capping the amount of money that can be used in a flexible spending account, Obamacare essentially levies a tax on families with ‘special -needs children.’ The new annual cap of $2,500 doesn’t come close to cover the amount that it costs for families to care and educate society’s most vulnerable members.
7. Tax on Cadillac plans
In Obamaland, one size fits all when it comes to healthcare. Under Obamacare, people who have “Cadillac” health plans will be hit with a new excise tax. People paying $10,200 ($27,500 for families) a year in insurance premiums will get hit with a 40 percent tax hike, which will, over time, will reduce the number of top-end plans.
8. Medical device tax
Obamacare adds a 2.3 percent excise tax on manufacturers of medical-devices. One doesn’t need to be an economist to figure out the outcome of this measure: Companies will either stop hiring or will pass on the cost of the life-saving products on to consumers—adding to the burden of those already saddled with high medical costs.
9. Medicare payroll tax
The “rich” will get hit with yet another tax hike—a Medicare payroll tax increase of 0.9 percent of income above $200,000 ($250,000 if married). Even Nancy Pelosi has called out President Obama on taxing those income levels repeatedly, saying that the threshold should be $1 million in income before taxes on the super-rich kick in.
10. Over-the-counter tax
Obamacare will no longer allow money from health savings or flexible spending accounts to purchase non-prescription, over-the counter drugs—a $5 billion tax on people trying to treat their own medical problems. That is just a prescription to steer people to the doctor’s office instead of the pharmacy counter.

Excellent Post, O say...
Obamacare is possibly the absolute worst government program that this country has ever had to endure.
I think that if Columbus could have forseen all of this coming back in 1492, he would have turned around and sailed back to Spain and told King Ferdinand..."Never mind, they aint nothin' out there but empty water!".
#35 Sep 12, 2013
I'm not sure what coverage you people have, but Obamacare is not in effect yet. What is in effect thus far are the following.
1. Ins. Companies have to spend 80% of premium on actual health care.
2. Ins. Companies have to offer preventive care as part of their plans.
3. Children can stay on their parents plans until age 26.
4. Small business actually get a tax break on up to 35% of their health cover expenditures! A break not an increase.
Many of us need coverage we can afford. Do not buy into the fear tactics! As a country lets make this work!
#36 Sep 12, 2013
You keep rehashing the promises that were made when Obamacare was sold to the American people. The actual package that is being wrapped around our neck is the exact opposite of what we were promised.
You keep talking about the tax break for the small businesses that was promised. What they are actually getting is increased cost that are skyrocketting, fines, increased taxes, increased expense of everything, and the usual PC mandatory Tsunami of stupid and assanine regulation and, of course, stupid blizzard of required, mandatory paper work.
(The PC Liberals just love to make stuff "Mandatory".)
Here are some of the taxes increases that all businesses will have to pay...
That is just a few.
And as for the 35% tax credit the small businesses are supposed to get, here is an excerpt on that...
"The problem is, the credit was written in such a Byzantine and confusing way that no small employers are actually taking advantage of it. In a recent cost re-estimate of Obamacare, the non-partisan Congressional Budget Office reduced the expected aggregate claims from the credit to be $21 billion, rather than the $41 billion that was estimated at the time of Obamacare's passage. The IRS has laughably started a full-court public relations press begging employers to try to claim this complicated credit.
Expect the actual utilization of this credit, which Obamacare supporters will tout heavily today and Friday, to be very close to zero in the final analysis."

So, the much touted 35% tax credit for small business is a joke. And, it wouldnt have been enough to offset the multitudes of new taxes and cost increases anyway, even if anybody could figure out what million and one rings they would have to jump through to use it.
Overall, the liberal promises regarding Obamacare are not coming true. Cost, expenses, taxes and mandatory fines are all going up through the roof. So the small businesses are having to dump employees, or go out of business.
Obamacare is a huge job killer.
Even the big Unions such as the AFL-CIO is in open revolt against Obamacare now, as they say it will make thier health insurance coverage so expensive they will have to abandon them. Here is the story...
So, repeating and rehashing the same old broken promises wont make them come true. Obamacare is collapsing, and doing the exact opposite of everything it was promised.
It will never work, because socialism never works.
In places like the old Soviet Union or China, the socialist regime owned news media comes out and shows/invents the examples of what a success story thier medical system is.
(The other 99%...the ones that dont like it, get silenced, or disappeared. No media statements for them).
Americans are starting to wake up and see the lies.
Socialism sucks, and it will never, ever work.
#37 Sep 12, 2013
The provisions I listed are already in place Hillbillyboy. That means people and businesses are already benefitting from these provisions of the law. Do you concede that? Do you agree with these provisions or would you do away with them?
#38 Sep 12, 2013
These provisions (tax incentives) that you keep talking about are a sham.
Here is yet another source that explains why only about 1% of small businesses can make any use of it...
"For Obamacare to succeed, its state-run health insurance exchanges must enroll small businesses. But one of the main incentives aimed at encouraging enrollment, a health-care tax credit that reduces the cost of providing insurance for the country’s smallest employers, is still woefully underutilized, two years after it became available.
Providence (R.I.) accountant Pat Thompson says only about 1 percent of the 2012 returns she is preparing will claim the small business tax credit.“The IRS is doing a good job with the marketing, but the qualifications for the tax credit are just too narrow and it is very limited,” says Thompson, tax partner at Piccerelli, Gilstein & Co., and former chair of the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants’ tax executive committee.“Most of our clients are still not taking advantage of it.”...
That came from here...
Obamacares tax incentives are a sham, that only about 1% of small businesses can qualify for.
It might be a nice talking point, but it isnt real.
#39 Sep 12, 2013
The article you cite expresses that the tax credit is underutilized. Instead of trying to get rid of Obamacare it would be nice if Republicans helped by making it easier to get these breaks. It also states that many small businesses do not offer coverage at all, hence the need for Obamacare. Thanks you for making my case.
#40 Sep 12, 2013
Nice try, but your spinning a falsehood here.
The article(s) state that the Obamacare tax credit is underutilized because...the wording is so narrow and restrictive that practically no one can qualify for it.
(You left that part out)
How about the latest news today, of labor union workers (and only union workers) being given more money than you or I, for Obamacare.
Congress already exempted itself from Obamacare, so they wouldnt have to have thier employees (staffers) suffer from Obamacare.
Now the unions are getting special privileges just for being Obama supporters.
While Christians and conservatives get burried under a paper blizzard of audits and harrassment from the IRS, labeled as "extremist" by the government, spied on by the NSA, and who knows what they will do next.
But certain people are getting exemptions and extra money for Obamacare thanthe rest of American citizens.
This Obama administration is the most unfair socialist regime in American history. And Obamacare (besides being a train wreck national disaster and a job killer) is just another tool in the democrats arsenal to abuse thier power with.
#41 Sep 14, 2013
And now, a Tea Party Republican in under fire from the democrats, but mostly the GOP elitist in Congress.
He wants to do away with thier special privileges and exemptions under Obamacare, and make them suffer the same treatment as the rest of us...
All a good case in point as to how rotten Obamacare is, and how arrogant both parties in Congress are in forcing us to suffer from the same ridiculous law that they passed down our unwilling throats.
Congress should have to abide by its own laws.
#43 Sep 15, 2013
Is Obamascare secure?
This will be another source of data for identity thieves harvest for pigeons. In addition to NSA and Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, which is now proving to be as big a spying source on individuals as NSA is and the IRS is in control of it. Can you say Hiltlerism?
Barry Hussein Obama is the biggest problem, the biggest fraud and the worst mistake in American history. What did you expect from an unqualified, radical community agitator with no business, military or medical experience? BHO is an affirmative action failure on the U.S.presidential seal.
“We have to pass the bill so you can find out what’s in it.”

. More fear from a dull right wing bulb. What health care coverage do you enjoy? Do you believe they would drop you if something major happened?
#45 Sep 15, 2013
. That is my point. Why not work to make it better? Anything the President is for Republicans are against. Even if its good for the country.
