In the style of Chicago gangsters, the fleecing operation known as Obamacare is now underway.

Contracts being issued without any bidding whatsoever?

Graft?

Corruption?

Check it out...

But the biggest gangsters involved in fleecing America through Obamacare is the insurance companies.

Insurance companies lobbyist pretty much wrote the Obamacare law.

And then Obama campaigned for Obamacare by acting like he was fighting against the insurance companies by pushing the law...(which the insurance companies wrote).

And the liberal democrat voters were dumb enough to swallow it. It only goes to show that there really is one born every minuet.

When is Congress going to STOP this foll dictator and protect the MiddleClass and American Citizens from Obamacare cost increases.
Taxpayers are going to wound up paying for everyone…AND we can’t afford it.
Congress needs to STOP Obama NOW.
Congress and staffers are able to receive OPM contributions to the plans they purchase in the exchanges but are not eligible for subsidies. The rule is pretty clear that this “double dipping” is not allowed.
While this administration and their lack of integrity to enforce PPACA as it was written they would attempt to push something so blatantly illegal through without an act of Congress.
Labor unions vocal about their objections to certain provisions of the Affordable Care Act. Obamacare will “shatter not only our hard-earned health benefits, but destroy the foundation of the 40 hour work week that is the backbone of the American middle class,” wrote three labor leaders in July. Now, according to a report from InsideHealthPolicy, the Obama administration is considering offering insurance subsidies—intended for the uninsured—to labor union members who already have employer-sponsored coverage.

The Senare is controlled by the democrats. The House is controlled by Republicans (they have voted to repeal Obamacare about, what, three dozen times now?).

We cant get Obamacare repealed untill the Republicans have a majority in the Senate.

And there is another problem, the "Republican" turncoats, the RINOS who usually vote with the democrats, such as McCain (AZ), Corker (TN), Alexander TN), and a few others.

They would betray the people (as per usual) and side with the democrats.

We need to vote them out too.

That means Tea Party candidates. We might get somewhere if we get enough Tea Party guys in there, and flush out the democrats and Rinos.

As Tennesseans, we can vote out two of the Rinos ourselves.

America needs universal health care, but I suppose Obamacare is a start. We should eliminate the middleman. The health care people receive should not be determined by the size of their bank accounts.

Yes, I was asked and even had to sign for a blood test about a month ago. Don't really know why. I got the bill....$1358 and insurance covers only half..... What? But you people want crap like that to continue?

A man in our firm took seven months to die. Fully insured , Fortune 500 company , two sets of twins ages 14 and 9. In perfect health few months ago. They are holding a benefit to pay THE HOSPITAL.

F THE HOSPITAL and F THE INSURANCE. What the hell is wrong with people?

Get the money to the kids and their future, the CEO of the hospital is a GD CROOK. The more he cuts back, the bigger his bonus is. Not one thin dime to the bill. It doesn't cost a million dollars to die and Obamacare is changing that so FU, too. FOX works for that hospital CEO and you puppets eat the shit up. How stupid.

Now 20% have 80% of the money. listen Dumbasses. When the top 20% get their hands on another 15% then there will be 325 million of us PAUPERS swapping 5% of all the wealth in America.... Repiblocans funnel the money and power to the already wealthy and powerful. Any dipshit whose not worth 30 million bucks is an idiot to vote republican. Do you think the rich give two shits about abortion? They want what's left of your money and nothing more. Puppets !!

The American system of for profit health care is the death panel the Teatard Republicans and the right wing should have been screaming about! A least Obamacare sets some restrictions. That's a start!

That collectivism unleashes evil is proven by the history of dictators claiming that the society's well-being depends upon its subjugation.

Corruption abounds and we just sit on our hands and nod our heads like those little dolls in the back window of some cars. Americans have become lazy and dumbed down to the point of farm animals lined up at the slaughter house.

Obamacare is not socialism. It is capitalism. Insurance companies will continue to profit, however they will be forced to spend 80% of our premiums on health care. That's a good thing. Romneycare seems to work pretty well in Mass.

Obamacare is indeed socialism. It is forced on the people against their will, and it is mandatory (and unconstitutional).

(Everybody knows that it is unconstitutional. But the 5 liberal justices on the Supreme Court have ignored the Constitution, and invented some twisted BS logic to save Obamacare)

Obamacare is socialism, where the Big Brother government enforces a policy of the rich insurance companies are robbing the people.

The rich are taking from the poor. And it is MANDATORY!

Enforced by armed IRS swat troops.

By that logic, so are driving laws, including requiring car insurance, requiring hunting/fishing licenses, and thousands of other laws in place to benefit society as a whole. Just because you don't personally believe in it doesn't mean it didn't go through the legislative process like all other laws did and ended up being approved. You can say what you want but it DID go through the process put in place by the constitution.

Go to the ER and look at all the people coming through with a cold or bronchitis and have no way to pay for it. They stiff the hospital with the bill and those of us with insurance end up paying for it already. My appendix burst in 2008 and the hospital bill was $89,000 at the time my insurance was 167.00 per month with a max out of pocket of $2000.00. Over the next year before anyone ever heard of Obamacare my premium went to over $400/per month finally I had to drop it because in 2012 it ended up at $900/month with a 5,000 deductible and 10,000 out of pocket. I switched ot BCBS for $210.00/month

. Look up socialism and get back to me. In this case it would be socialism if government controlled the insurance companies. They will not. You are wrong and we cannot pick and chose whether the Supreme Court is correct in their rulings. If that we're so then we would have anarchy.

As per usual, you are wrong in all that you say.

The democrats knew that a recent Senate seat had just been filled by a special election of Scot Brown, who had run, and won, election based solely on his vow to vote no to Obamacare.

So the democrats hurriedly used a procedural trick (not part of the original Constitution) to rush the vote through before the new Senator could be sworn in.

And so, the democrats skirted the color and tone of the Constitution, as envisioned by the founding fathers.

Obamacare is also unconstitutional because all taxes are supposed to originate in the House of Representatives.

The version of Obamacare that was crammed through originated in the Senate.

Which is unconstitutional.

In other words, everything about Obamacare is unconstitutional, as well as opposed to the original founding fathers intent of Constitutional law.

While the 5 ultra liberal maniacs on the Supreme Court may have willingly ignored all of this, out of party line loyalty to Obama...we the American people know that Obamacare is unconstitutional.

We know it is illegal and immoral, even if the democrats have gained a temporary majority which enables them to use dirty tricks and crooked politics to support it...for now.

We all know it is invalid, and not really legal.

As to comparing driving licenses or hunting licences to Obamacare, it is an apples to oranges comparison. And that is because...

You dont have to drive a car, nor do you have to hunt. You can just opt out of these activities, and then the licence issue is resolved. They are not required, nor mandatory.

With Obamacare, it is mandatory of everyone.

(Which is to say that the government owns everyone)

And to add to the unconstitutionality of Obamacare, the never ending delays and waivers of Obamacare is also unconstitutional. Not that Obama cares. He is the most unconstitutional President in American history.

As to how good of an idea the ultra-socialist Obamacare program is...well, its collapsing into defeat and failure, as all socialist programs always do.

Here is the latest (just one of many) episodes of people having wages and hours cut due to the Obamacare fiasco...

http://video.foxnews.com/v/2652316709001/250-...

So, there we go. Stupid people wont read the entire post, nor open up the links. Obama and the democrats and the liberal trolls dont want people to read the long post, nor open the links. They dont want for the truth to come out.

But smart people will. And it is to them that I took the time to write it and gather the links.

Through some great synaptic misfire, you actually proved my point in your diatribe of ignorance. You stated the Supreme Court upheld Obamacare as being constitutional so if you still think it is unconstitutional it means you don't believe in the Supreme Court either. What other basic tenets of our sacred Constitution don't you believe in that might be inconvenient for you?

You are not as clever as you think yourself to be.

I said the Supreme Court (by a 5-4 split) improperly ruled Obamacare constitutional, when it really isnt. I went on to explain how the 5 liberal maniacs on the bench vacated thier sworn duty, and voted party line politics, instead of actually upholding the Constitution.

(Crooked political tricks does not equal Constitutionality)

And everybody knows it.

You must also keep things in perspective. The High Court of Nazi Germany also went this way, and voted along party politics lines, and approved the Holocaust policies of Hitler.

(But that didnt make them right either)

And I also pointed out that ALL taxes must originate n the House of Representatives, but the version of Obamacare that was actually passed, originated in the Senate.

Which is also unconstitutional.

(Funny that you lack the honesty to mention that)

So, you havent caught anybody in a trap, except to reveal to all and sundry, that you are a dishonest liberal.

So, go now, slither into a dark corner, and chant Obama slogans to yourself and be content.

Honest persons arent fooled by you.
