Looks like WJHL is on the hunt for a good feel good story again, right in time for October! Keep that feel good, community promoting news going.

I can't wait to go to a judgment house so that I can get scared into being a Christian! Do you think that they will pretend that a school shooting happens..or maybe a train runs into a high school prom...or perhaps a gas line will blow. Be sure to use a lot of that fake blood..it will really scare the folks into Christianity....oh and be sure to get someone that can actually connect to us instead of those old man preachers that are out of touch with the MTV generation.

For you to feel that way about a judgement house is childish and you obviously misunderstand the whole point of the drama.

Yo mama!! Thanks for the goog ideas! I have worked judgement houses before and we need some fresh new ideas for next year. Its so true what you said about using people that are in touch with the mtv generation. And in OUR judgement house WE dont try at all to scare anyone into becoming a christian, we just everyday stories that really happen in everyday life. The person or persons in the story die and are not saved so they go and live eternity in hell. The only way you get scared is if you are afraid of hell.

Hows this:

Two kids, one saved and one not, fall into a meat grinder. Due to some terrible clerical accident the saved kid is sent to hell and the unsaved kid vice versa. It could be a wacky comedy set in the vain of "That 70s Show". Sounds good to me.

I just wish this generation of kids would take to heart the lessons taught by the Judgement Houses. You're not indestructible - someday you will be judged whether you are ready or not. I know, I used to say "I have plenty of time to get saved". I got saved when I was 24 years old and I wish I had done it sooner. The Judgement Houses are not to scare you into being saved but only serve as a warning of "the real thing" if you don't get saved.
Go, enjoy them, remember the lesson. No one is twisting your arm.

Hey, this is my 5th year doing Judgement House it's a great thing! It's not to scare you into being a Christian, and if that's how you look at it, then so be it. You need to actually COME and watch it. The stories aren't that cheesy, so I don't know what you've been looking at. Of course it's DRAMA but you won't believe how many lives it has actually changed!
