I got tired of looking at my fat stomach and met a friend who lost weight on this diet. I decided to give it a try. The first 3 days were difficult but after that the hardest part was planning and preparing my meals. I cheated a little and still consistently lost over a pound a day in the beginning and about a pound a day towards the end. I lost total 39 pounds in 40 days. My energy increased dramatically. All my aches and pains disappeared. Also, I suffered from lymphedema in my ankles for 18 years( so bad in the summer that I could barely walk at times) after 3 days my ankles were not swollen anymore. the 700 calories is plenty as your body is burning several thousand calories of fat a day and I was eating only very healthy food high in nutrition, low in calories. It's been 10 months and I have managed to only gain back 5 pounds. It takes commitment and isn't simple but very doable . For me was great.

You "might" be a nurse but you do not know your "stuff". 500-700 calories is not enough to maintain brain function, or to keep your body healthy. You must have been extremely obese to subject yourself to two "fantastic" rounds of this diet. I can guarantee the supplements did not rid you of your pneumonia. The only reason I can think of that you are touting this diet is that you work for the company, or that you have family who work for the company. Absolutely noone can live continously on an extremely low calorie diet. When you start eating a healthy diet with enough calories to fuel your body the weight will come back immediately. It is not an excellent plan, is not worth the cost, is definitely not "fantastic" and is a risk to your health. Read the reviews on this diet. Ridiculous!

You sound so ignorant bashing this program. I feel you must work for weight watchers or Jenny Craig and you feel threatened. Just go to YOU TUBE and type Nutrimost and watch people's testimonials. How can you say this program is bad when people are losing alot of fat, not water...and getting so healthy that they can get off their medications. You are eating protein, vegetables and fruit. The body is genetically able to eat less calories and has no clue how to handle over eating. Hence, why america is so sick. So, Instead of bashing this program because you don't have IQ or your are jeolous. Try to understand there is huge difference between injecting HCG into your vein by a medical doctor verse taking a natural approach. On this program you are taking supplements, homeopathic, minerals, amino acids, herbal supplements and natural pre-cursors to hormones in a perfect combination to get you out of fat storage...slow metabolism and into a narrow fat burning zone where you will burn over 2000 calories per day. I hate to break your bubble but without the formulas nobody could last one week eating 500 calories per day. The technology is genius! Bash drugs, not this program. This program transforms lives!

I completed this weight loss system back last April. I still have not gained the weight back. I have two different kidney diseases that I have struggled with for the past 7 years, as well as the severe renal hypertension that is associated with the diseases. My blood pressure was considered normal if it stayed around 167/94. Because this program isn't as much about weight loss as it is about the total body, the nutrition (resonant frequency drops) that I used with it, and the clean diet my menopausal symptoms disappeared, and my blood pressure at my doctors visit was a beautiful 120/70! I would have paid any amount to have those numbers! And my kidney function improved! I followed the diet to the letter with the exception of one meal. It wasn't a difficult diet and I found that I had to discipline myself to eat the required 700 calories for my body. I am now two months past the diet and the only thing that I haven't added back to my diet is sodas. I've still continued to maintain my weight, but the difference is that now I know what foods make me feel sluggish and tired, so I only do those in moderation. As for the extra items on the diet, I purchased my soap and toothpaste at Walmart, my deodorant and shampoo at Walgreens. Outside of what I paid for the diet, I spent about $30 and it lasted me the duration of the diet. So there isn't a large expense other than the cost of the diet. The nutrition portion of the diet was so effective, that I've asked my doctor to allow me to just take the nutrition. I HIGHLY recommend this program to anyone that is looking to have a healthier body. If you are only in it for the weight loss, you will be surprised at the benefits of health. However if you are just sick and tired of being sick and tired....this is worth every penny! Depending on your doctor, the diet will probably run you $1600 -$1800. But its worth it to spend it now and live healthy than to wait until you are so sick that you can't enjoy any quality of life.

Of the negative responses, I want to know who has actually been on this program. I am seriously thinking of trying it but don't want to harm myself. I have tried so many things in the past and always gain the weight back. So the saying that " You need to lose it slowly or you will just gain it back" is not true in my case. I am not sure how much more unhealthy it could be than what I am currently on the path of living. At least there is supervision.
After 31-days on the program I am THRILLED about my weight loss and increased energy using NutirMost! This is the only program that has worked for me and I've tried many: Isagenix, AvoCare, SlimFast, and exercise - running 6-miles 4x per week and mountain biking. I am a mother of 2 who struggled with low energy and I couldn't lose the final 15-20 pounds since having children. I started the program at 154.5 lbs and after 31-days on the program I weigh 134.0 lbs and my energy level is what it was 15-years ago. I'm not exaggerating. The first 3-days of the diet are challenging by cutting out sugar and oil from your diet, but after the initial hump it is easy - as long as you follow the plan. I look forward to reintroducing healthy fat into my diet and continuing eating clean (no refined sugar).
Think about all the diets and money you have invested in the past that failed... the NutriMost program is worth every penny in my opinion.
Have faith, don't cheat and you will be thrilled with the results!

There was a full page ad in the Johnson City Press this week touting NutriMost, It advertises no drugs, etc., etc. and alleges a weight loss of between 20-40 pounds in 40 days. I researched this diet online, and you are limited to 500 calories per day, and you take supplements sold by the company. From testimonials I read this plan is very expensive. One man alleged he spent $1,800.00 on the diet. It reminds me of the HCG diet, 500 calories per day, etc. 500 calories is not enough to maintain brain function, and you are ravenous, and unable to do much of anything. The desperate may fall for this, but will not be able to stay on this low calorie diet and the weight will come back very quickly. Weight Watchers is still the best diet around, healthy, not starvation, and your food choices are not limited.
I agree. Weight Watchers is the most sensible and it works.....

I tried to make an appointment online, and one of the options is a phone consultation....lmao. How do you do a body scan over the internet? How are you going to scan someones hand remotely?

Those of you saying this diet is a scam or doesn't work are clearly misinformed. I am on day 8 of this program and I have already lost 9 pounds. According to my OWN body composition scale in my bathroom (not one owned by the doctors office), it is all fat I have lost and not muscle or water weight. If you are too skeptical to try it, you are really missing out on something great. I have tried all of the other weight loss programs out there (weight watchers, Jenny Craig, etc.) and the weight has ALWAYS come back after I finished working with it and I have never seen results this quickly. I am very much looking forward to see how much this program can do for my overall health and weight loss goals. So far so good! I haven't been hungry at all either! The supplements, btw, are vitamin/mineral and detox supplements that your body needs while on the low calorie diet. It is all natural and there is nothing bad about it, so take a look again before scoffing at it.

I researched this program and it is not approved by the Better Business Bureau. There have been many complaints against this company. It is a scam, period.
I work for the BBB and you're wrong. We haven't labeled NutriMost a scam. We may have taken complaints, but people complain about anything and if they use something improperly then the tend to blame the company. Look it up at www.bbb.org

I tried weight watchers and working out. I felt terrible. I actually did this program and I was successful and I lost 39 lbs and was not hungry and I had great energy. I also was able to sleep for the first time in a while. It has been 3 Months and I still have weight off.
I too am doing the program and I have not been hungry from day 1. I am doing great on it and even gave up Diet Coke (of which I was addicted to)!! 22 lbs down and loving it!

Nutrimost works well and gets people to eat a paleo diet of lean chicken, fish, meat, vegetables and fruit. It is the NRF technology that helps make perfect homeopathic formulas in conjunction with the weight loss drops that gets you into an exact fat burning zone where you burn over 2000 calories of fat per day. That is why people on the program are not hungry. And why You lose 1/2 pound to 1 pound per day for 40 days. It's a healthy ketogenic diet, unlike atkins which tells you to eat fats and protein. There are no fats allowed on nutrimost for the first 40 days. Then they lock in your new starting weight point and reset your metabolism at a very high calorie intake of healthy foods and fats so you don't gain the weight back. No other weight loss program does that. And they increase minerals so you don't lose water. In a nut shell, you eat perfect foodsl for 65 days. Any one who bashes this program is either ignorant or works for other weight loss businesses. Also there is no HCG in Nutrimost!

Ann,
Did you ever go on this diet yourself or are you making these comments based on what others say and what you have read. I respect someone's opinion if it has the experience behind it but I do not think much of someone who makes their opinion based on hearsay. Please let me know that you experienced all these horrible problems like low brain function and you actually spent $1800. it sounds like your opinions are based on others experience and not your own.

The system works. For all those who are complaining, answer this question: How commited are you to making the plan work? The issue is not how tough the plan is, but how tough are you?. Even nutrisystem has things you cannot eat and a set amount of what you can consume. Why is it that everyone wants to lose without employing any will power? For the person who said she is always hungry, what are you eating? Is it an oral fixaton or are you really hungry. I lost over 30 lbs in the first phase. I was determined to stick with it and it paid off. What is the reason you are on his plan? Why did you decide to join up? Is it because someone you know said it was good? If so, arn't their results a testimonial to how it works if you do what you are supposed to do. No one can hold your hand and make you take the formulas, portion your food correctly, make you get a good nights sleep. It s up to you. I weighed 257 when I started. I am now 227and still losing. If your complaint is the recipe, make your own. I did. Babys whine. Adults do something about it. Which one are you?

I did the Nutrimost Weight Loss System twice. I went from 189 lbs to 140 lbs. I've kept the weight off for almost 6 months now. My sleep is better, my energy is great, I don't feel all achy in the morning and I do NOT have any food cravings. By the way: I haven't weighed 140 lbs since I was 16 years old (I'm 43). The program really does work.
What's more expensive? A) The cost of of the program OR B) the ride in the ambulance to take to you to the hospital to have your chest cracked open to have your heart massaged because it stopped beating. In addition to the stay in the hospital, medical attention, physically therapy and medicine you'll need for recovery.
As with everything in life, it's your choice.

I was on NutriMost system and they sell it as a technology system. Didn' t buy it. Just remove fats, sweets, and carbs and go on 500 calories and you start losing weight. This is not about technology this is about learning how to eat right .Are you still willing to pay money for this?

I was on NutriMost Fat-Loss program and feel like I was scammed. Just remove fats, sweets, carbs from your diet and you will start losing weight. My husband was losing weight with me even he was not on the program though just eating the same food I ate. That's because of how our body works. Go on 500 calories intake and your body gets desperate and will go after your body fat. Did anyone do blood wok and hormone balance test and go thru ZYTO report after the program? You will feel the same way I feel ... cheated.

Hello Michelle. Of course you are losing weight. That is how our body works when you remove fats, sweets, carbs from your diet. Do blood work, hormone balance test after this program and you will feel scammed ...

What is interesting about human nature when people are told, that if they want to get rid of such symptoms like overweight, high blood pressure, high level of blood sugar, bad cholesterol ... they have to make life style changes and remove bad fats, sweets processed food, most of carbs from their diet, people won't do this. But if they hear: "Here is advanced Fat-Loss system that guarantees at least 20 lb weight loss in 40 days. No diet, no drugs, no exercise..." people will go for it. They will go on harsh 500 calories intake diet, will make life style changes and remove fats, sweets processed food, most of carbs from their diet and even pay money for this. Isn't it interesting?...

My wife is on the diet and is committed to it. One thing about it that drives me crazy is she absolutely believes if ANY type of oil touches her skin it will stop the weight loss. Can anyone prove or disprove this? It sounds so ridiculous.
