Ill copy and paste my response to the wok and hibachi forum here...

I agree....when Janet owned it it was packed 24/7 especially on Sunday. Im not sure who the new lady is but, it is going down hill quick. The servers there are great. Especially the two guys who work lunch everyday. Ive eaten there for years and it also seems that a lot of employees have quit in the short time this new lady has owned it. I hear she is unhappy bout everything and ive seen her complain about literally everything when Ive been in there. On two occasions I was eating there and she was giving one of the waiters down the road and on another time one of the hibachi cooks whom I havent seen cooking since. The servers are the saving grace to this place. The food is still good but even it has taken a dive while the prices have climbed. And use to you could eat three times from one meal, now your lucky to get full from one. Ill probably find a new place to eat. She is very unprofessional in the running of the place and to addressemployees in front of customers like that is just rude and un called for. It must be a nightmare to work for her.

I would not eat at any two of them... I have a frien that is a health insp and they told me they both are dirty. One of the cooks at Moto's has sores all over him.... Next time ou go to Moto's just think about sucking on an egg roll full of puss.
you should try..

Well i have been a patron at both for years. Wok and Hibachi has taken a turn for the worst when this new lady Agnes took it over. Janet was always kind to the customers, knew who they were and would correct anything without hesitation. I have been in there since the new owner has taken it over. She is very rude, and not customer friendly. Ive been in several times and heard other customers say to her "wheres Janet? the old owner, who are you? Janet would have never let this happen to a paying customer." Its like she can never admit that the mistake was her fault and correct it. You wonder why it is NEVER busy now since this lady Agnes has taken it over? When Janet owned it, it was packed 24/7. Janet respects America and its people, this new lady Agnes doesnt. Its ashame. How do you buy a biz that has been in biz for almost two decades, and is well established already, ane make it decline so badly? take a biz man. course or something. She is going to put that place out of biz.

I like Yamato's better than either one. The food is better and the prices are lower. You usually get enough to have lunch the next day as well. I use to like Moto's but after finding what appeared to be chewed up gum in my entrée one day I've never been back.

I don't know why you guys are ragging on the new owner of Wok and Hibachi. She's always nice and generous and in my experience never been rude to anyone while I have been there. I've also seen a very good change in employee attitudes and general cleanliness of the restaraunt.

I love Wok and Hibachi! That place has the best fried rice and their hibachi food is soooo good. The owner is really nice and friendly and all of the employees are extremely attractive. It's like getting eye candy free with your meal! Go to the Wok for amazing, authentic Asian food, great service and good prices.

P.S. Moto's gave my ex boyfriend food poisoning.
