OK, fellers, I give. I admit Obama is one of the worst presidents we have ever had, just as bad as Gerald Ford, Jimmy Carter and Warren Harding. Republican or Democrat, it doesn't matter. Indeed, he has done absolutely nothing for welfare of the majority of the citizens and has set our nation's prestige to an all time low. I've never defended him and I'm not about to now. It's not like we have much to choose from. If we ever get a president who will crawl out from under the thumb of big business we might just return our nation to what it was. That is going to be a near miracle, being that our politicians are owned by big business. Who discovered Obama in the first place, Oprah Winfrey? I reckon he was just another puppet of the powers that be, just another idol made of clay.
We are all in a quandary now..........which crook are we going to elect next? Pull one out of the barrel and he's going to be just like the others. It's a toss up!
Let's be honest: if a world war erupted, no matter who was at fault, would anyone trust the politicians to sacrifice us to fight in it?

The world is exceedingly unstable today, as you say. And when it looks like a good time for a wise leader like Ronald Reagan to come forward with some real leadership, we get Obama doing stuff like this...

http://www.foxnews.com/opinion/2014/07/21/oba...

Yes, Obama pushing his gay agenda and trampling on religious freedom, right when he should probably be doing something instead, to prevent the march to WWIII that we seem to be on.

Talk about a guy who has not eyes to see, or understanding. He seems to be so blinded by his hatred of God and Christianity, that other stuff (like world events) means nothing to him.

But the really scarry question is this...Where are the Republicans?

Where are the voices of opposition that should be speaking out against Obama right now?

Where are the Republicans who would undo the evil that Obama is doing, overturn these wicked acts, and restore our religious freedoms to us?

Jeb Bush, Rubio, Romney,...anybody?

I hear no voices of protest. Nothing but the sound of crickets chirping, while the leftist turn out the last of our freedom and dignity.

It ain't just you hearing it, Shy. I also hear the hum of bullshit! All this homosexual rights crap is designed to knock off the guard of the real facts. I think the majority of America doesn't have one shred of sympathy with the gays. Since Obama can't deal with international pressure, he is focusing on super minority rights. Like I have said, I don't support him one iota, nor do I support any of his adversary's agenda. But this homo rights thing has just about sickened America. We are tired of hearing it. Time for a real agenda to be put in place, that being returning our country to what it was long ago. Amazing how his defense was "Me and Michelle have gay friends..........etc".... ......but did he signify it being constitutional? Hell no, I say! We only have to put up with him for a little longer. God help us on the next one.

I agree with you wholeheartedly, Howzabout. In Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals, Alinsky talks of using all available resources, including the media, to make the minority appear to be the majority. There is no doubt in my mind this tactic is being used by Obama to deflect American's attentions away from his many failures and to fulfill his liberal agenda.

If you look at Obama's opinions on same sex marriage over his political career, you will notice he continually alters his stance according to the political climate at the time. It was as early as 2010 when Obama last politicked for civil unions while denouncing same sex marriage. Just a few years later, as his popularity and confidence ratings have plummeted, he now makes for one of the greatest pushes for same sex marriage in our nation's history.

It is a moral, social, and constitutional travesty that federal judges are using their "powers" in state after state to overturn the will of the people who voted to deny same sex marriage. Despite recent polls by mainstream media outlets touting polls of 55% or better approval for same sex marriage by Americans, the outpouring of support for Chik-fil-A CEO Dan Cathy and the numerous state votes against same sex marriage are indicative of more accurate feelings towards same sex marriage by Americans.

I don't easily fall for conspiracy theories, but there is absolutely no doubt in my mind Obama is hell bent on destroying America. I once thought it was an intentional act on his part, but more and more I am beginning to believe he is just an idiot who has no idea what he is doing. Either way, God help us all!!!!!!!!

Irresponsible is not the word, arrogant is the most descriptive. Obama has done absolutely nothing for our country, other than to drag it down. The fact that he came to power eludes me. Who picked this joker from the deck? How does a wet behind the jug eared rookie senator suddenly become our nation's leader? By pure unadulterated big business, I say. Don't get me wrong, our "seasoned" reps have little to speak of as far as integrity goes, other than that they know how to play the propaganda game better than he does. All of his promises have come to naught. All he is fit for is to play basketball and the cronies let him win. Good Gosh, let's not be taken in again. I'll accept the fact that our politicians are hand picked by the powers that be, but come on..........can't they at least give us a candidate worth voting for, not against? His pro-homo propaganda will be his only remembrance, and we don't give a shit about that, in fact we all oppose it.
I'm seriously considering heading for the hills. History will tell you that's the best way!

Guys like you laughed at Noah too.

For a while, until reality caught up and busted thier bubble.

It will happen to you too.

If only you would have had the sense to see it before it was too late.

So, go ahead and laugh. Its only the future and freedom of America you are throwing away by being a tireless "useful idiot" (to Borrow a term from your ideological master, Lenin).!

Great post! The only good thing Obama's radical liberal ideology has done is show the country what happens when this philosophy is implemented. The world will not sit around a campfire and sing "kumbaya" with us simply because we are Americans. Obama started out his initial campaign by stating he is willing to sit down with our enemies with no pre-conditions to negotiate a beneficial peace. The result is he hasn't sat down with any of our enemies and our enemies have detected his inherent weakness and pounced on it. Now he doesn't know what to do.
Remember, Obama has drawn the line; unfortunately the pee dripping down his leg washed it away when his counterparts ignored it.

Gutless, weak, and obviously not very comfortable being the leader of the most powerful nation in the world. It's like putting a ten year old behind the wheel of a '69 Chevelle SS 454.

I can also assure you I won't be playing golf in Martha's Vineyard, hosting doped up musical stars at my house, or travel around the country charging people $10,000 a plate to hear me speak.

No, hmmm, that's a tough question to answer when you're nothing more than a simple working man with nary an idea of what I would have at my disposal to combat such a problem. Obamas mis-leadership with the Ukraine situation is allowing the situation to get out of hand, as per usual.

And another freedom seeking nation looked to us, and Obama let them down, as per usual.

Obamas latest round of "sanctions" against Russia was prety much just three companies that make guns.

The guns the democrats have been wanting to ban for years, but couldnt get it passed through Congress.

So, the Obama regime just called it "sanctions" instead of "gun bans".

Of course, this did absolutely nothing to restrain Putin, or make things better in Ukraine.

It sent a signal to Putin that Obama isnt serious about supporting Ukraine. Putin has gone to even more drastic actions in Ukraine because he dont take Obama serious...

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2014/07/24/ob...

Apparently it sent the same signal to Ukraine, and thier PM resigned.

Um, does anybody see any of this as signs of Obama being competent or effective in foreign policy?

Anyone, that is, except the bought off news media and the young self deluded liberal trolls who havent outgrown the hero worship stage yet?

Wouldn't it make more sense to inflict real sanctions against Russia? Freeze all Russian assets in our country, forbid US based companies to deal with Russia or countries with third party supply status (resale), offer our friendly allies favorable trade status, consider it as you are with us or you are against us, and let Russia go ahead and annex the Ukraine? We could get into another "arm the people" fiascoes just like Afghanistan, but this time remember to give them aid after Russia gives up on it. It's all a matter of what do we need that the Ukraine has and how much do we have to deny Russia our trade for the stuff they need. Our country has the resources to take charge and provide for ourselves and our allies.

After WW2 started, our country went into overdrive, providing jobs aimed toward our defense. Why not do the same beforehand? Reinvigorate the Star Wars program and stop the war on coal companies. Use our resources. Reign in the big oil companies with federal price regulations, etc. I know, you might say "that's communism", but since we can't trust big business to stop taking advantage of us, it may be time to regulate them. It worked before. It is time to make big business show their loyalty and stop trying to make a fortune off countries that hate us. That's just part of my take on the situation. Deny Russia Big Macs and Pepsi!

Im afraid the corruption is down too deep, and the damage is done.

The ultra rich elitist have pushed taxpayer funded job export programs (like NAFTA), and inflicted blatant encouragement of mass illegal immigration into this country. The result is

A...we cannot produce our own defense items here any longer..

B...our job situation is flooded with unskilled (often non-English speaking) workers

The economy is shot, as it has not the legs to stand on any longer. The government just lies about how bad it is by manipulating the numbers, spinning them, twisting them, etc.

The economy now is hanging by a very tenuous thread of bloated government spending, and we are headed towards collapse of the currency due to the national debt.

The entire global GDP would take about 700 years to pay off the US national debt.

Once the government jobs pay, and retirement and disability checks stop for a hiccup, then the whole house of cards collapses. Government health care programs are all that is keeping health care workers paid.

Our entire economy (what is still working of it) is tied to bloated and out of control government spending, which has to stop pretty soon, one way or another.

But, the ultra rich make money from NAFTA.

The big retailers buy cheap made junk from Mexican sweat shops and Chinese concentration camps full of Christian prisoners and freedom seekers, and the stupid sheeple in America rush down to "Big Mart" to buy it when thier government checks come it.

And they either dont bother to vote at all, or they just go with name association and sound bites when they vote. And a continuous line of corrupt politicians get continually elected. who will keep on with more programs such as the ones that got us in this mess to start with.

I think its too late to fix. The end result is probably mathematical at this point.

Sad to say, but I agree, the rotten apple refuses to fall off the tree. If an honest man became president, he'd be snuffed by the big dogs, but realistically an honest man wouldn't get beyond being supported by the puppet masters anyhow . As for me, I have adopted the old fend for myself in spite of it all way of thinking. It's a shame it has come to that. Obama is just a hand puppet the satanic occultic /secret societies use to distract us with. Same as the republican hand puppets and the mainstream news media types. All just a sham.

How many Americans go into the voting booth and vote by name association or party (Hey, Ive heard of him, and hes the right party too. Ill vote for him... durp!)

How many Americans just stupidly and unquestioningly accept the lies that the mainstream media shovels out without looking into the matter on thier own?

(Unfortunately, most Americans do)

How many Americans wont even bother to vote at all?

Americas people would have been out in the streets protesting a few years ago about the ridiculously unfair and corrupt Federal judges who strike down gay marriage bans in state after state.

Hundreds of millions of voters enacted gay marriage bans, a single corrupt bought off federal judge comes along and strikes it down as "unconstitutional".

And the people dont say a word.

Americans are loosing the freedoms thier ancestors paid for, and they dont seem to care as long as there is a sports show or filthy sitcom on TV.

Americans are dumbed down, pathetic, Politically Correct brainwashed loosers. Thier kids aren't even being taught how to write in cursive anymore.

And the American people wont say anything about that either.

You know, now that I look at how rotten the American people have become, and how comfortable in our own filth we have become as a nation, I think Obama is the perfect President for todays America.

America deserves Obama.

Oh, I forgot to add, it doesnt have to be like this.

If the American people would tune out of the sitcoms and ballgames for just a day, and educate themselves on the truth of the issues by researching all the links and stories

(instead of just taking a media sound bite as the final word).

.and then if they would just go out and vote, then things would get better.

But things definitely wont get better if we just keep electing the same lunatic leftist extremist (liberal democrats), or the GOP "do-nothing" republican rinos to office.

America can make a change in how the government is going, but they have to make a change in themselves first.
