The reason that Republocan Thugs just love the military is because their pals make zillions in their GD war machine.($600 chairs, etc) and these military contractors give HUGE amounts to republican thugs to protect their interests. That's why the thugs got us into two unfunded and unfounded wars. They MUST FEED THE WAR MACHINE and they need your vote to do it. How do they get it?

They continue to piss off other nations and make them hostile towards us, use fear to get the scared votes, and BAMM. The War Machine is Fed. This is Haliburton, Lockheed Martin, Boeing.....these are your tax dollars......hiw do they get the focus off of the zillions that are going to the already wealthy? By pointing at GD food stamps...hiw stupid is the republican voter.

If you idiots vote Romney into office, you will NEVER see America again....

Its not too be blamed on simple politics though. It is the world bank firms that truly run this entire globe, on point on lots of things minus the political siding.

Once again the Federal Reserve are the largest crooks in the entire nation and globe, of course along with the world banks and private trillionaires of the world. I mean shit, the Rothchilds are damn near worth 500 trillion alone, while also owning the largest private "firms" on the globe, who are part of the "hidden" agendas of the government.

Yeah, let's cut the military budget and give the billions saved to the green industries so they can go bankrupt in a year. Let's then give billions more for government assistance to the former employees of these mentioned defense and green companies. Let's then sit back and let China and Russia and their allies make the US their bitch. And after we become their bitch, we can go to work making missiles, aircraft, and other weapons for those superpowers. And hopefully we can make 18 cents an hour in doing so and hopefully we won't have to wait in line for more than a few hours to buy toilet paper, if any is even available.

Instead of being a narrow-minded, non-educated dumb ass, educate yourself and research the livelihoods of the citizens of the countries who will be taking over ours when we become unable to defend ourselves. When you want to protect your home from a burglar, most people buy a fence, an alarm system, some double cylinder dead bolt locks, a couple of pit bulls, motion sensing lights, surveillance cameras, and a 12 gauge shotgun. With your logic, I guess you think it would be better to go buy a bunch of expensive TVs, jewelry, antiques, and rare paintings and then leave your front door open.

I fully agree with Booker Phillips. I guess we should have allowed the Japanese to take Hawaii and tell them we didn't like those islands anyway.

You speak as if , we are not already their bitch. China owns us, no matter how you look at it. We have pimped out our dollar so badly, that basically ANY country could buy us out at any moment. I would advise you to look and see what China and Russia are already doing, they know our dollar is worth nothing. We have nothing to back up our debt, regardless of how you look at it.

Yes we should pay high dollar for EVERYTHING or not even pay at all, considering our DOLLAR is worth absolutely nothing at all, and us being trillions in debt.

Our Fed Reserve has spent of 9 trillion since last September, and that is only on what they can account for. There is no way out of this bankruptcy, even worse the majority of the population, thinks things will work themselves our, or trust their "government" to fix the issues at hand. Its as "silly" as believing your vote truly matters, even worse maybe "knowing" it does matter and casting a vote on a electric machine, which is OK by the majority also. That is beyond absurd.

The Federal Reserve robs you blind and politics does the literal blinding, and congress gives you an object or person(s) to blame it on.

Its time to face the "music" so to speak, we either need to declare bankruptcy or just start headbutting a brick wall and hope for an easy death, especially if you are not prepared for what is coming.

Sure we can point blames and wars all day, but do you really believe that our country has EVER in the history of our "history", went to war for something legit? The answer is simply no, every war and every misled event(s), has been started by simple greed and corruption. I mean of course you can twist it around all day long, but that is not going to change the price of tea in china, its going to change the prices here in the US, drastically.

Political affairs have no business in anything honestly, they will always lead to split opinions and unnecessary debates, that will revolve in circles, all day long.

For example, while extreme events, world hunger, collapse of many economies, fake wars, dictatorships, terrorism which is mostly the UN and US, and many other aspects of horrid actions, are going on. The mass media only likes to provide insight to politics and telling you not even close to half of the truth, in related topics, when they actually do speak of them.

I do admire your passion Sir Unknown. I may not agree with a lot of what you say, but I will have to commend any individual who has the energy, passion and initiative to believe in something and willing to stand behind that belief. I fully agree our nation's debt is a huge concern. Unfortunately, the reality is that politics is our biggest means of fixing this along with the improvement of the global economy. We aren't going to do away with politics and most people are going to evoke their constitutional right to vote. I don't think you are going to change that or sway anyone. However, might I suggest tackling smaller objectives instead of larger ones. If we slowly take care of the smaller things, they will eventually lead to bigger things. Just my two cents.

I do appreciate the notion highly and we are on at least the same plain, far as fixing the obvious wrong.

Personally after lots of basic obsession, guess hard to not for my sake, but each persons interest vary regardless.

In my opinion though, especially after learning about how much "lobbying" happens within all parties and all levels of politics, I see no general way of collapsing the corruption, unless simply devouring their current setup. No matter which side basically is in the "lead", the same people behind the scenes are pulling the strings and all fates are already decided so to speak. I do admire the passion in politics also, just not what I believe to be absolute "nazi" stakes running them, along with greed.

I will differ that Ron Paul seemed completely awesome in the aspect of modern politics though, I have never seen such a candidate with great values regarding humanity and this country. Sadly though since his "proposals" and ideas was anti corporation, he was not followed by media nor given a chance basically. Also with congress giving the Federal Reserve its current powers and stature, without ever truly "asking" what people thought, and all the other issues of corruption, I cannot help but to draw the conclusions I have.

In my opinion, there is a reason for these political agendas, and personally I believe it is for a simple illusion. I do not think in any shape, form or fashion may the people have a chance to do "anything" in regards of truly changing outcomes. Unless everyone comes together and drops these given agendas and "cuts the strings" then we will be able to make real changes.

Right now our government has allowed to slip under the radar in basics :

Spying on its own people - NSA,DHS,CIA,FBI,Fusion Centers, and many more.

Lobbying for candidates

World Banks and private equity firms, that run our regulations, rules, and trade policies.

Allowed for Martial Law to be attained at any given time and allows military officials to be the "leaders" of the "overtaken" city. This bill was passed this year at the beginning of January.

Rules,Regulations,Bills, etc etc - too take our civil liberties away from us and destroy any kind of real freedoms our country was built upon.

The death of habeas corpus, from being called any form of domestic terrorist threat (which so happens to be ME) for example. I shit you not, I am considered a domestic terrorist threat, for following that No.1 amendment in our bill of rights, I know this through "close" friends in certain positions in "groups". Now the government can hold any will against their will, while never providing any kind of charge.

So many more, that lets me know in politics there is NO more liberty in our own country. Sadly to say this country is not the land of the free, no matter how you look at it. So many more countries have way more freedoms than ours now.

Many other issues of course also, I do enjoy these topics I must say and can relate to them highly, for I simply LOVE freedom, not the idea of it, that many has came to compromise with.

Just a few words of advice - smoke the crack AFTER you post so people can understand what the hell you're saying. Secondly, if you want to go around cowering down to people your whole life, then don't get offended when others call you a little bitch. Thirdly, sometimes you take the first punch to the face so you have a good defense when you beat the crap out of the other person. Fourthly, quit being a little bitch.

Its quite obvious, that regardless of matters, people will only relate to what they feel comfortable with and grow up with. CNN/Foxnews/MSN, all the US mass media stations, NEVER tell the whole truth or even half of it. They only report biased remarks towards the others party. Also their "news" is absolutely blank and never answers any real concerns of the nation or world.

Everyone feeds into drama(not saying just you or making your post standout) no matter what.

The US is not #1 in anything positive anymore, yes you could say military, but look at the foul and dirty shit politics has done to the military. People who want to go defend or fight for the honor of their country, just simply end up doing dirty deeds for some real expensive dirt. Our "foreign" anything should not be operational, much less our troops in another country other than our own right now.

I love the excuses politics gives for never bringing people back, sadly though the nation accepts it, and has no problem with what our armed forces are forcing on other countries. Its sickening that we support such a shit cause, and no one truly ever explains why we cant afford to even ship 5 people overseas right now. Much less anything else of matter.

Plus our military, especially our "leaders" have no business in the first place, in another country, no matter what. Even if another country threatens the US under legit terms, we should act like REAL humans and discuss issues not simply plan our next overtake.

You have shown real naivety in your remarks and your understanding of our military isn't much better. Whether you think its acceptable or not, we have interests throughout the world. Whether that interest be a commodity we don't have and need or we have partnerships with countries who provide us strategic location to those who threaten us. So, to say we just need to pull troops and worry about ourselves tells me you have no understanding of trade, military, strategy, our pledge to defend those in want of democracy, logistics, nor anything remotely related to international politics.

You have become jaded in your utopian beliefs and your ability to think rationally has obviously been effected. You search for a perfect society yet ignore the fact that we suffer from severe immigration problems because of others desire to be a part of our country. Maybe you should forego the philosophy books and invest in a few history books.

What history books would you prefer me to read?

Umm could you name a war we have "went" to that hasnt been fraudulent or over greed?

How would you like it if a country simply came onto your land, and demanded when and where you will be places, and puts curfews on people? Or takes away your "freedoms" in an overnight blitz and DEMANDS that you follow them?

Could you name just ONE trade that "helps" our country and its citizens, and not those who already on the elite rich level, or the ones trying to help the ultimate rich.

Maybe you could read something that hasnt been proofread by congress or government and see the REAL things happening in this nation..

Maybe you could tell me why we do not help our the starving people of the world, but instead go wherever there are "resources" that profits can be made on. WE would rather FORCE "democracy" on other countries than help out a direly stranded country, than HELP even our OWN damn people, much less any other country that needs it.

Maybe we do have interests all over the globe, but could you speak upon what we do that actually BENEFITS our citizens?

Hell could you actually name ONE thing our government has done to EVER help our PEOPLE out, and not claim to be the "well being" of our nation, which means its lining someones pockets, even more.

Maybe you could explain why martial law bill was passed this year, that will forcefully allow military to take over each and every state?

MAYBE....

this is turning into nothing but name calling but the OP is right...we have the biggest military in the world 3 times over...i think we can afford to stop spending $700 billion a year on it...i come from a military family and i understand how important the military is to our national security...but i also understand that we are not hurting when it comes to our national defense...i am in no way saying to cut military spending completely, but we will never lower our deficit if we dont slow down for a few years and stop spending $700 billion a year...im sorry if you disagree but I believe my sons education is alot more important that having the latest state-of-the-art billion dollar plane when we already have hundreds if not thousands of them
