"we are confident the transition of orders to General Shale will be seamless"

and cost a whole lot more now that General Shale has no local competition. Sorry to see Bolton go.

What kind of deal went down? Did the Bolton drunkard family decide to take the money and run? It's a shame the company has folded just so the former inherited owners can live the high life with the sale. Yep, the prices will escalate!
