I could take my sidearm right now, go out and start an altercation with someone. Make them throw the first punch. Lose the fight horribly, yell help a couple of times and then kill somebody. Easy.

I knew betond a shadow of a doubt that Ximmerman would walk. I KNEW IT. I also predict that he is dead in less than 30 days. And I wouldn't be surprised if someone got his dad too.

It was estimated that some 6 million Americans would be willing to kill zimmerman. 1 in 6 million will do it. It's just a numbers thing.

So you think you know more about what happened in this case than the jury? You're an embarrassment to Johnson City. Please quit posting.

I would have hoped that what you took from the Zimmerman verdict is that just because you feel wronged or disrespected, you do not have the right to resort to violence. Our youth have been raised in a society of violence - on TV, video games, society, etc - and they feel that violence is the answer to all perceived wrongs, valid or not.

Trayvon could have walked away, but his culture has taught him he must defend himself with aggression and violence. Instead of being a victim of profiling, HE made himself the aggressor which resulted in his death. While tragic, the system worked the way it was designed to work.

Well said. Despite the media blitz, the justice system has prevailed in the right. Like you say, the modern world glorifies violence, oppression and any other excuse for being a thug. In the end, it has all been exposed as making a mountain of a molehill. Maybe the tide is turning despite the hopes of the haters and racial discrimination parasites. The media is in fact promoting blacks to revolt. I know many black Americans, and I know they don't want any part of this any more than whites or Hispanics. I like to think that this has all enlightened us to how the media is trying to manipulate us. I do have sympathy for Trayvon's family, but ya gotta admit, they jumped on the bandwagon. Don't blame most Americans, we just want to live without a bunch of trouble makers telling us how we OUGHT to act. The news media has taken a beating on this fiasco, and that's a good thing. Time to wake up and ignore the spoon fed horse shit we are being fed.

You said it. Why do the bleeding hearts seem to refuse to accept the fact that Treyvon was the aggressor? Have they even taken the time to listen to the 9-11 call or read the transcript? Do they not read the chain of events that happened in that neighborhood previous to the call for help. How about all the calls to police that were pretty much useless because they couldn't get there soon enough. Previous to this situation a roofing crew saw not once, but twice perpetrators trying to enter a home. After not being able to be found by police the first time, the workers tailed the suspect the second time and reported their whereabouts to police and an arrest was made. Zimmerman was just doing his duties as a neighborhood watchman, the situation that resulted came from the actions of a violent young man. Had he just continued to proceed to his destination, none of this would have happened. Why not just wait on the police and explain your story to them, or go on to wherever you were headed? Have these people seen all the pics of Treyvon online where he's taken pictures of himself glorifying guns and violence? Did they look into his violent past?

As we have become accustomed to in the US for the past several years, the liberal media only reports the facts that will support its agenda while ignoring the ones that don't. The only good that has come from this tragedy is that the media has been exposed for what it really is. I applaud Zimmerman's defense attorney for getting up in front of the media and calling them out on it.

I think one thing the post-verdict calm revealed is that the black community wasn't as caught up in this case as much as the liberal media wanted everyone to believe. I watched HLN and CNN on several occasions during the trials, and it was hilarious to watch them back pedaling as it became more and more obvious that there was no evidence to support Zimmerman's guilt, much less him being charged in the first place. I read somewhere that MSNBC went into full meltdown mode after the verdict and tried to spin the outcome to support their agenda. Love it!

Damn right! I agree. The media is in damage control mode. They imagine we won't remember what they originally said. Well, to be honest, I'm trying to. Now the fed prosecutor has had his say, making it clear he's going to try and bring a civil suit. I don't think he will, just posturing for the media. Old Man River keeps on rollin'!

Who in the world would plan out such a stupid scenario? You are brainwashed and the baby went out with the bathwater. So it is ok to riot in California, bust an innocent truck driver in the head with a brick and get minimal sentencing for it? Like many fools, you have fallen hook line and sinker for the media's slant on it all. Maybe the reason you "just knew" Zimmerman would be declared innocent is that somewhere in the back of your feeble mind, the facts subconsciously kept telling you the media's blitz didn't jibe with the facts. Our president said Trayvon could be his son. Who does he think he is, the Rev. Jesse Jackson, the baby daddy? I think the whole thing has revealed what most Americans, black or white knew all along. That being, these rabble rousing bogus black preachers, bleeding hearts, media liars are full of s*** and trying their damnedest to bring discord!
