Rudest people ive seen in awhile. Yeah they have good prices but not sure its worth it. DON'T ever try to do an exchange......the owner acts like uve commited a crime....looks the receipt and the item ur returning over like three times.........and then if u buy more stuff than the value of ur return.....then u CANNOT exchange any of the new stuff.......weirdest exchange policy ive ever seen. She better rethink her customer service attitude......because without the customers........shes out of business. RUDE RUDE RUDE.

Well if they don't take care of their customer's they will not have a business. In today's economy you better do what you can to retain your customer. Word of mouth is a great marketing tool, but it can also kill you.. Not sure what they are thinking, don't ruin a good thing..

Have you tried Hut no.8? I have sold/traded several items there and was happy with the offers they made me.

What's the deal with the fat girl that runs the used clothing store, "Curves", next to the consignment store?

It's an expression. Example- What's the "deal" with Say WhaT. Doesn't seem too bright.

I used to shop at Clothesline all the time because they do help with Humane Society. Over the years there prices have increased and yes they are not very friendly. I started going to Hut 8 in Johnson City.
There super nice, great prices, very well organized, plenty of space.
The best part is they will exchange an item as long as you have a receipt & tag still on it.
Great Service, Great Prices.
I would like to continue to shop at Clothesline, but really they have been outpricing themselves.

I dont like Platos either. Too cramped. Not very organized either

I have been to this store many times.. Every time they are complete and total jerks. At platos you walk in a feel welcomed.. At clothesline it's more of like ugh I have to ring someone up instead of stand around and talk about stupid stuff. I seen a pair of Victoria secrets pants today I wanted that had white stuff all over the crotch.. I asked the lady at check out if she thought it might come out her response was I don't know if it doesn't you can't return them. No need to be so rude. Your supposed to inspect your stuff so well but you missed that? I work in retail, it's not a bad job. They are all just lousy rude employees and I'm honestly considering reporting them to someone higher than the manager. Yeah I like that they support the humane society but no need to be bitches. If you can't fake a smile, find a different job. I would much rather give my business to platos closet because they have wonderful customer service.

Hut #8 is the best of all of them. Plus it's organized so much better. I never leave empty handed.

Platos has way too much Hollister and Areopostale. Hut 8 has better brands and appeals to more then teens.

I sold to clothesline before and actually I found it a better experience than Plato's.
