I can't help but wonder why the mainstream media is avoiding this story, it's certainly news worthy.
If you don't know what I'm talking about you need to look it up.
The federal government is basically waging an armed war against one of Nevada's cattle ranchers.

Yeah basically it is an unconstitutional Land grab using fear and force by the federal pigs the(BLM), and if you look up the definition of terrorism...that's what it is. I wished I could but if anyone can go to Nevada and give this man support that would be great he needs it!!

Oh and the media always reads off a script written by the Feds, wcyb and wjhl both are pathetic excuses of "news outlets" they may reword some stories so the illiterate can understand, as far as local stories, usually useless info, it's called an info war... Matter of fact go to infowars.com for some real news.

Yup, the state -run news media is a travesty. They spin and lie according to the government approved script.

In this case in particular, they are painting the man as some kind of wierdo that refused to pay his grazing fees. But he has paid his grazing fees in full, to the state.

Why did he pay the state and not the feds?

Because it is state owned land, not federal land. It was never federal land,

So, why is the BLM sending its assault troops there, tazing people indiscriminately, beating up elderly women, shoving thier faces down in the gravels, arresting them and taking them away to who knows where?

Will they even get a trial, or is this part of Obamas "indefinite detention" thing, where Americans are detained or arrested, sent to prison, without ever being charged, or ever get a lawyer, or even a trial. Is this what is going on out there?

The government controlled media wont tell us until they get a talking points memo from the White House.

And its all over a supposedly endangered desert tortoise, right?

Except that the Feds themselves have been sending in teams to round up the tortoises by the thousands, and take them to a place to be euthanized because there are so many of them that they cant keep them on thier refuge. So the Feds have been killing these "endagered" turtles for a long time now, just to keep thier numbers down.

Not that Bundys cattle would hurt the things anyway. In fact, the cpws enhance the environment for them.

And we must not forget that this so-called "environmentally sensitive"land was part of a land tract that Sen Harry Reid had some exemptions extended to, and cut out some of the plot, to be sold to a land developer.

One that just happened to be a big democratic money supporter of his.

Hmm. corruption anyone?

And I learned all of this from listening to the Sean Hannity show on the radio.

So, the false story of a guy who just refuses to pay his grazing fees is just another White House induced lie that the government controlled news media is spinning. There really is a good story here, but the media just refuses to cover it.

Thats is why anyone who thinks the news media is reliable is a gullible, naive, asinine idiot.

It would be best if the protestors all just went home and deescalated the situation, and if the news media would do some actual journalism to expose the mountain of plain old corruption going on here.

It seems to be the usual thing, democrat politicians and the corrupt federal judges that they appoint, involved in a crooked land deal.

And, of course, abusing federal power to enforce thier dishonest schemes.

Just like the Clintons were famous for back in the 1990s.

Which is, incidentally, when all of this started, under the corrupt Clinton administration.

The Bundy Ranch continues to spiral with the BLM not backing down, and the militias are beginning to show up. This escalation of the conflict is not good and will result in bloodshed, unless the federal government backs down. For those who are not sure about what rights are being violated, I've broken it down into several sections here:

First Amendment rights.

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

Make no mistake, the entire land in question is public land, managed by the BLM. The BLM violates the rights of the U.S. citizens when it tries to create “no free speech zones” by cordoning off sections of the land for people to express their First Amendment rights. Not only the highway but also the the land itself (managed by the BLM) is public. As stated yesterday, there already exists a zone for people to express their First Amendment rights– it's called the United States of America. It is completely repugnant for the BLM to attempt to restrict those rights, and it suggests that the true intent of their actions and possibly the actions themselves are shameful. Today, we have unconfirmed reports that the cell towers that serve the Bundy's ranch have been shut down, suggesting that the law enforcement are intent on hiding their own actions. We have already seen the near riot that ensued when BLM officers with dogs, drawn tasers and slung AR-15s/M16s were confronted by protestors armed only with wagging fingers and cell phone cameras. The BLM engaged with escalated violence first, and then reported to the mainstream media that their dog was kicked and the protestors had to be tased to be controlled. Watch yesterday's video again and see for yourself if their claims hold true. The dog was clearly released on the person who then kicked it. The officers tased a person who was only armed with a wagging finger. For this reason, they want a communications blackout to perpetuate their skewed and false narrative.

Prior usage rights.

The southwest states of the United States of America have a long tradition of recognizing “prior usage rights”. There are land grants that trace their history clear back to the 1600s. Water rights are similarly recognized based upon when the water was first used for agricultural usage. Cliven Bundy's family's grazing rights can be traced back 150 years to the formation and recognition of the State of Nevada in 1864. The BLM was formed in 1946. It is clear that the Bundy's have prior usage rights that predate even the formation of the BLM. If you include the predecessor of the BLM– The General Land Office (GLO), which was formed in 1812, their formation could be considered to predate the Bundy's usage, but the fact that the land was continually grazed for over 150 years shows that the GLO and the subsequent BLM not only allowed but agreed to the land usage by the Bundy family. The courts have erred in their rulings over these usage rights and have either set a dangerous precedent or followed in the footsteps of decisions that overstep moral and ethical boundaries regarding eminent domain. This dangerous trend is becoming the powder keg that we see being worked out in this case. The fact that multiple branches of the federal government have ruled against what should be standard law simply shows that they are either colluding or ignorant. The rulings by the judges are a prime example of progressive judges creating law, rather than interpreting law.

Open range laws.

Under open range laws, if you don't want cattle grazing on your land, it is your responsibility to fence them out. By requiring the rancher to fence his own cattle out of the BLM land, they are placing unfair, unprecedented, and unlawful burden on the rancher. It is the responsibility of the BLM to erect fences around property they don't want grazed.

Moral and ethical issues.

Morals are what we do; ethics are what we ought to do. In this case, the Bundy's have chosen to press for their rights rather than knuckle under the heavy-handed tactics of the federal government. No tortoise nor any cow is worth the loss of human life, yet that is where this is headed if the federal government does not back down. There is suspicion that the contractors who have been brought in to remove the cows are killing many of them (whether by accident or design). There is suspicion that some wearing the BLM uniform are not duly sworn law enforcement officers.

Escalation of conflict.

So far, the conflict has been between the Bundy ranch, neighbors, a few friends and the BLM. As this drags on, the conflict will escalate with militia and others from across the country getting involved. The emotions will run higher. The thin line between anger and action will be narrowed, and at some point either a law enforcement officer who feels threatened or a protester who is being unfairly attacked will pull their firearm, and it will escalate into bloodshed. The longer the conflict runs, the greater the chance of this escalation occurring. The governor has already weighed in verbally in support of the Bundy's.
Where is Harry Reid? He is the one who created this land grab for the Communist Chinese companies!

Well Mr. Bundy has won this battle, the BLM is tucking tail and hauling ass (shortly after the Harry Reid involvement came to light). They are returning the cattle already rounded up and leaving the area according to live reports being broadcast from the scene. There were a lot of armed militia and supporters that came to this man's rescue and I tip my hat to them.
Pay attention to what just happened people. Our government just got a big well deserved slap in the face for their jack boot tactics, using the constitution as toilet paper, and acting as absolute rulers instead of being the public servants they are meant to be. This is an opportune moment to keep the ball rolling and retake our once great country and remind elected officials that they answer to us the people, and they aren't the only ones willing to use violence if need be to make sure liberty and freedom are maintained in this country.

So, we see the Feds retreat once the Harry Reid/Obama corruption link and dirty land development scandals starts leaking out from under the lid.

Question though, where were the "Republicans" in all of this?

Isnt there supposed to be an opposition party?

Or, were the Republicans secretly involved in the Las Vegas Mafia style corrupt land scandal, as the Democrats were?

Where was the media?

Where were the Republicans?

Yeah you people need to go fight for this wealthy rancher who thinks he is too good to pay his fair share. The federal government has to protect our lands. Look what happened to the lands in the mid west in the 1920's without regulations. The dust bowl. I
