Dempseys is your best bet but Sandys Jewel box is first class also. Both places make you feel welcome. Never had any dealins with Isbell but Bowmans can be known to not show respect foe customers. Dempseys is quality minded and you always feel welcome in his store.

There are several other great jewelers in the area you might want to check out. Dempseys is great to work with during the sale, but after the sale, watch out... he has been known to go back on his word on occasion. Of the four listed, Isbell has my vote. If I were you, I would talk to my real life friends and visit all the local jewelry stores (not just the 4 listed above). An engagement ring is too important (something you'll have to deal with the rest of your lives) for an anonymous forum where people can vote over and over again and post under different names pretending to be multiple people. It can and will lead to VERY misleading results.
