I note that you use the word "tepid", which by definition means lukewarm. By your use of the word, I am a little confused by what you mean here, so I am asking for clarification.

By calling the local voters "tepid", do you wish that they were fired up to enthusiastically support radical politicians to the right, or radical to the left?

Which direction is it that you wish for them to follow in an enthusiastic way?

How about not worrying about these stupid ass political parties and voting "left" or "right" and instead voting for what makes common sense????

Common sense means republican, 99% of the time. The dems are so out in left field anymore with out and out communism agendas, taking away guns, banning the Bible in schools, pushing gay marriage, and so on.

The republicans are getting pretty worthless too, to be truthful. But they arent quite as bad as the dems yet (though they are catching up fast) in the race to the bottom of the morality standards.

If anything, the Christians and the common sense folks in general, dont have a party that supports them or a common sense agenda.

The GOP has all but abandoned conservatism, and is now wanting to be more "inclusive".

That just means "sell outs". They want to be popular with the Hollywood wierdo crowd, and to hell with conservative values.

So, who needs the GOP?

Conservative folks need a new political party.

I agree! I hope this last stunt he pulled about voting against the chance to let voters choose whether to allow wine in grocery stores, has lost him many votes! I wonder how much money the liquor store lobby had to fork over for that one! Who would be against the right of voters to choose? He and his followers are all about less government but only when it's convenient!

Um, your make no sense. Rape is Gods will?

Oh, I get it.

Your just using a dirty debating trick now that is called a "strawman argument".

A strawman argument is where a dishonest debater puts words in their opponents mouths (that the opponent never said). This is building up the strawman.

And then the dishonest debater makes such a fiery and compelling counter argument so as to appear to be tearing down thier opponents argument (I.E. tearing down the strawman.)

It is an old dirty trick among debating clubs in universities. College professors used to flunk students for doing this.

But I see it so regularly from the leftist liberal democrat supporters, that I am starting to wonder if it isnt actually being taught by some of the leftist professors nowadays?

At any rate, the strawman argument is a gamble, because when it is caught and exposed by the savvy opponent, then the debaters who uses it then looses all credibility.

And so does the cause they are arguing for.

Here is a clue to all the young leftist-liberal democrats out there. The truth and reason work much better.

Also, I have noticed that you liberal leftist cant win a debate against the message of reason, or the truth of your opponent. So, you just attack the messengers, right? A typical leftist trick.

The liberal leftist would be more credible if they just used truth and reason, instead of dirty tricks, to bolster their cases. You can only fool some people with dirty tricks, after all. And there is a finite supply of "useful idiots: out there, as Lenin called them.

But then again, they wouldnt be liberal democrats if they employed truth and reason. Catch 22.

On second thought, go ahead and use the dirty tricks ,such as strawmen arguments and attacking the messengers.

Us old fashioned fellows will just stick with truth and logic. And then we shall see how it goes.

and there is always good ole Todd Akin saying "legitimate rape rarely results in pregnancy" i don't see how one would ever need to make a straw-man attack on the GOP as they seem to get more absurd every year. What happened to "love thy neighbor" not fuck everyone who wants the same privileges i have, i deserve them more because im special.

we all need an indepenent party. the extreme partisan view of most on both sides serves the wealthy or the govt and not the people. regardless of which side it is, they have sold our liberties out from under us. the dems are socialists and the gop only care about their wealthy base. they lure us in with things we hold dear and important and then we vote them in and they pursue their bases agenda and not ours. how many conservative christians have voted in a gop rep based on moral issues only to see that rep hand the treasury over to the rich? how many minorities vote for dems because they depend on dems to help them gain fair treatment and then that dem rep votes in oppressive govt regs that trample on the rest of us?? its a vicous cycle. we need leadership that isnt prone to catering to either extreme.

Good ole fashioned logic, that's you? Obama was born in Kenya? Obama is a Muslim? Obama is a Marxist. And how would you know what professors are teaching? Don't even act like you've been to college.

Professors teach the truth. And the REICHT oppose science and the truth. They are like a ball and chain to humanity.

Its much better to be specific. If one guy says one opinion, do you lump every conservative into that same bag?

Or even the one guy? People do change their minds, after all.

And I will go a little further, in saying that sometimes God does allow bad things to happen, so that something better can come later.

But rape is a sin, and it is never Gods will for anyone to sin.

So I would assume that most Christians would understand this issue this way, and do not believe that rape is Gods will.

"People really get seeing your assinine drivel".

Your words, not mine.

What exactly are you trying to say? If people really get my assinine drivel, are you saying that they are "into" it? Getting it denotes that they are understanding.

We can look to the Old English word "angeitan", which means "to understand, or to accept learning". It translates very well to the modern term "get" as you have used it. It is its root word, and has been in this usage in the English lexicon for more than fifteen centuries that we know of.

(You can find it in the Anglo-Saxon Chronicle, I would assume)

Now, if this isnt truly what you meant to criticize (or praise?) my posts, then perhaps it isnt me, but you who is making asinine comments (and mindless attacks, just exactly as I pointed out in the very posts you attempted to criticize).

A helpful hint: Try using complete sentences whenever you criticize someone for making "asinine comments"? And maybe be a little clearer in your attacks?

I do hate to be attacked in such a careless manner. I prefer to be attacked by the best. Its a point of honor thing, you know.

In other words, if you are going to verbally attack me, at least do it correctly?

Its alright, I aint mad at ye :)

A REPUBLICAN HOLLERS "im a pro-lifer" against abortion, gets your vote, does absolutely nothing about abortion, but funnels money to the war machine that kills hundreds of thousands and FUNEELS MONEY TO THE RICH WHO BACKED HIM WITH INLIMITED AND ANONYMOUS FUNDING. Take 30 seconds to read this page christiandemocrats.org this pro-life machine is the biggest murderous group of the planet and they get 58% of the Christian vote . They're killing people ...... I love the abovE post. It's perfectly stated
