Congratulations Jenny Brock in leading the ticket in the Johnson City election for City Commission. She did it in spite of the negative letter sent by the bogus group "Citizens for Sensible Government." I actually think it may have helped her! Also congratulations to David Tomita. I didn't support him and have heard both good and bad about him on the county commission, but wish him well on both. Also, congratulations to school board members especially Kathy Hall who does a great job. Low voter turn out was pathetic and that's just sad.

Since she is keenly aware of mismanagement of the City golf courses,(losses at the City golf courses have cost the taxpayers millions over the years) perhaps she'll be in a position to do something about it now.

Bowler stay in your lane and inside because us golfers are glad we have the oaks and valley for reasonable rates maybe mrs brock will properly fund those courses and you would be pleased with profit return.

Or maybe she'll run the city budget in the ground like she did the school board and then quit halfway through so she doesn't have to be part of the solution. ;)
