Today's news Obarry gives billions to his money backers again. Remember Solantra? They get more this time. More Cheecago style mafia corruption. We have a prez who can commit crimes everyday of the year and still getting away with it.

We won't be able to stand 1.5 more years of Obama -- he will finish us off and take us down the drain. This Hollywood wannabe is the most arrogant, self-righteous president we have ever had. He can't or won't be presidential.

PLEASE impeach this joker or pay the price!!

Well, there is some truth in what you say. Just as it was pretty easy for Hitler to take over Germany from the weak and corrupt politicians that had run it into the ground during the Viemar days of the 1920s.

The mainstream GOP is full of weak and corrupt politicians, such as Lamar Alexander, Bob Corker, Phil Roe,McCain. John Boehner, etc. The mainstream GOP politicians seem to be either blackmailed or otherwise too bound by sheer stupidity and corruption, to mount any meaningful opposition to Obama and his communist maniacs.

You make a really good case for the Tea Party. Fresh choices for Conservatives, instead of the run of the mill, big business lobbyist owned, corrupt and weak mainstream GOP "Rinos" like have let Obama run rough shod over us so far.

Here are just a few snippets depicting Obama's "dream" for Americans. Please feel free to add to this "virtuous" list of Obama's accomplishments since taking office:
• From 2009-2013, Obama has spent 800 billion on NASA, education, and transportation. During this same period, he has spent 3.7 trillion on means-tested Welfare programs (free programs NOT paid into by the recipient). These same means-tested welfare programs cost more than the Afghanistan and Iraq wars combined.
• During Obama’s time in the White House, deficit spending has averaged 8.4% of the GDP. At no other time in the history of the US has deficit spending exceeded 6.0% of the GDP – not during the Great Depression. Not during the Civil War. Not during WWI. Not during WWII. Not during the height of the Cold War defense build-up. Not even under Bush. NEVER…until Obama.
• In 2010, Obama unveiled an ambitious plan to end homelessness within ten years. Last year, a study by the US Conference of Mayors revealed that homelessness has increased in 21 of the 25 major cities surveyed. Of the other four, the homeless rate stayed the same.
• In 2008, presidential candidate Obama pledged to end child hunger by 2015. Today, child hunger has risen to 17 million according to the Dept. of Agriculture.
• Despite Obama’s campaign promises to strengthen the middle class, during his presidency, the middle class has shrunk while those living in poverty has significantly increased by over 2.1 million people.
• During Obama’s presidency, grocery costs have risen 15.7% while the median income level has fallen.
• Under Obama’s administration, a US Census Bureau report shows that homeownership has declined to an 18 year low of 65%. Foreclosures have increased 31%, a number not seen since 2010.
• To date in 2013, employers have announced 296,633 job cuts. At the current pace, layoffs for 2013 could exceed 2012′s total of 523,362, which represented the harshest level since 1997.
Knowing that the middle class began shrinking and the gap/disparity began growing during RR's "trickle down" policies----knowing that world power would be shifting to China, India, other growing industrial giants---knowing that the housing bubble would have to burst at some point----all this knowledge and power was so tempting---no wonder GB wanted to start a good war that would send billions into the pockets of his oil/Enron/Halliburton pals and the insurance, financial, healthcare executives---in short, the upper 2 % that the Republican party exists to protect!

You Republicans are so sad and in such a state. You will not agree how to go around the mud puddle and you will end up falling in it.

I agree most Republicans in Washington are as corrupt as their Progressive pals, although if you look at the States that are the most successful they have Conservative leadership. The best example of progressivism and it's failures is Detroit. America will end up the same way if people don't wake up.

Progressive, conservative, Democrat, Republican.........what ever you want to call it, it is all caused by greed. Gone are the days of national companies. Everything now is multinational, more or less no loyalty to a particular nation or standard of behavior. America is moving away more and more from capitalism while other countries are embracing it. Capitalism is a good thing, but out of control capitalism is what's killing us. It's not really capitalism any more. Nowadays it is corporate control. That is not capitalism. It more feudal than ever now. Class warfare and disparity, rich folk setting on their asses playing poker with our lives is the new capitalism. Somewhere along the lines our nation is losing a system of checks and balances to control the bastardization of the practice of real capitalism. Too late to try and fix it now.

Where were the liberal cries of obstructionism when the Dems held full control of the House and Senate in Bush's last year-and-a-half of office? My, how we have such short memories that we forget that the very practice being perpetrated by the conservatives today was perfected by the Dems just a few short years back.

Where were the liberal cries of obstructionism when Obama, with full control of the House and Senate, hurriedly passed the most massive and costly bill in our country's history without ANY input from the Republicans? Have you forgotten the strong-arming by Pelosi and the "sweetheart" deals offered to members of Obama's own party just to garner enough votes to narrowly get the ACA passed despite cries of "foul" by the Republicans?

No, it appears you liberals have short memories and it is probably good that you do so. You might not want to remember that you and your president's progressive "dream" has resulted in a drastic increase in homelessness, an increase in home foreclosures not seen since Jimmy Carter's presidency, an increase in the costs of groceries, fuel, and utilities, a record-breaking number of people currently on food stamps, a tripling of our national debt, a drastic increase in child hunger, and one of the highest numbers in modern history of Americans leaving the workforce.

You forget that the progressive "dream" has resulted in a drastic decline in home ownership, a decline of the middle class while those in poverty has increased, that employees' wages have remained stagnant while corporate profits have risen nearly 200%, and a drastic decline in the confidence people have in the president's ability to lead this country.

One of these days you will look back and be sorrowful that the Republicans weren't more successful in their obstructionism. One day soon you will look back and realize that the progressive "dream" was actually a nightmare.

As I have argued many times before, if the Republican party is so intent on protecting the wealthy and their "insurance, financial, and healthcare executives" as you so blindly state, then why have corporate profits increased by 200% since Obama took office? If the liberals are so concerned and protective of the working man and against the corporate machine, why have employee wages remained unchanged since Obama took office, despite the massive increases in profits by their employers? Why does Obama cater to the insurance industry and offer bailouts to the financial industry if it is the Republicans who protect the wealthy? Why is it that Obama has offered more corporate subsidies than any other president in our nation's history? Why have basic standard-of-living costs increased while the median income level has decreased since Obama took office? Why is it that the number of people owning homes is at its lowest point since Jimmy Carter's days while foreclosures have increased by 31%? Why is it that there are fewer people in the workforce than there have been in decades? I could go on and on, but I hope you see that the numbers that truly matter, yet rarely reported, are the true indicators of a president's stance on who he protects and who he chooses to ignore.

Are you and your kind so ignorant of the facts that you will continue with the rhetoric that even the most liberal of news outlets have abandoned because they can no longer support the lies they have been spoon fed for the past six years? At what point do you rely on common sense and objectively look at our country and realize that it is the poor and middle class who are suffering and we have a leader who either does not care or has no idea how to fix it...or both?

It is not the Republicans who the 2 per centers are applauding, it is your president!

Uh...."bailouts'?...GWB first proposed them, remember?

So what you are saying is that the only way Obama can raise the average wage for employees is to raise the minimum wage? Uh, that's not the way it works, What you are suggesting is artificial stimulation of employee earnings, not reliance on sound economic policies that raise employee wages systematically. Obama has had six years and a two year super majority to increase employee wages through fiscal responsibility, yet whatever profits are being realized are going to the employers. You're not blind, you just need to open your eyes.

And your argument concerning bailouts is that you are okay with Obama continuing with the same economic strategies implemented by Bush because they were so successful for him and our country when he tried them (note the sarcasm)? Monkey see, monkey do, huh? Is it not true that the definition of idiocy is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results? Enter Obama.....

As for the recession, yeah, I've heard of it. I also heard that it ended in 2009; that's five years ago. I also know that after previous recessions, The Great Depression included, all the standard-of-living indicators that I have mentioned that Obama has failed so miserably to correct, showed drastic IMPROVEMENTS with returns to pre-depression figures within 6 months to three years after their ending. Obama is the only president in our history that has shown DECREASES in those standard-of-living indicators after a recession...and he has had five years for God's sake!

I know throwing all these facts at you is very confusing, especially when they refute all the sunshine you have had pumped up your ass over the last six years from the liberal media. Let me try to explain the state of our country these past six years so someone like yourself can understand:

When Bush left office, he left a big 'ol pile of shit in the toilet. No one can deny that. So what does Obama do? He keeps on shitting in that same toilet. He made a couple of half-hearted attempts to find the handle so he could flush that toilet, but he was too preoccupied with other things to put any real effort into finding it. So, as the years have gone on, the stench from that ever growing pile of shit has started to raise the eyebrows of many people who really never paid any attention to it before, but now they can't ignore it. So Obama goes out and he spends massive amounts of monies to buy air freshener so he can mask that awful smell with the hopes that people will forget about that pile of shit. But guess what? As Obama has proven time and time again, you can't hide shit!

What planet are you on?

Come out of your little self induced bubble. Maybe you would like to go ask Eric Cantor if the Tea Party is dead?

(Um, he just lost his "safe" seat to them)

The conservative base just wont support weak liberal mainstream Republican wishy washies anymore. Either they grow some back bone and actually stand up for conservative values, or we just wont vote for them any more.

As it is, the conservatives in America (majority of Americans) are fighting a political tug of war between our own supposed party (GOP), and left wing communist radicals (liberal Democrats), and pulling for our real representation (true conservatives) such as the Libertarians and the Tea Party.

And this three way tug of war isnt doing the country any good.

Maybe if enough of the GOP Rinos (wishy washies) loose thier seats so the GOP sort of collapses, and enough of the "moderates" (read "wishy washy") Republicans loose thier seats and go home, then there will only be a two way tug of war.

That is what must happen for the conservatives to get any political traction, the GOP wishy washies have to be gotten out of the way. And even if that means letting the Democrats win some elections, then thats just the price we will have to pay.

Thats what we get for just blindly voting for Rino establishment Republicans like Lamar Alexander, Phil Roe, John Boehner, McCain, Lindsey Graham, Mitch McConnel, Bob Corker, and so many others.

The conservative momentum to take back the nation cant get anywhere until such as these establishment GOP Rinos get thrown out of office.

Go ask Eric Cantor if the Tea Party is dead.

Well said, HB! As the Republican Party cleanses itself, the Dems are getting ready to realize a little identity crisis of their own as liberal Senators up for reelection will soon be held accountable for their support of Obama's ineptness. It's going to be fun to watch them try to distance themselves from Obama while still having to defend their support of his failed policies. That little corner they painted themselves into is getting smaller and smaller.

Indeed so, Shyster.

But the liberals will just do what they always do, lie about it all.

They will spin things beyond any recognition of reality and play the division card again and again.

In every poll, its clear that every demographic supports greater border control and deportation for illegals.

But the democrats spin it into dividing us by race. And then they divide by sex, and by religion, and by social class, etc etc etc.

(They always spin it that they are fighting for "fairness", even though it isnt a fairness issue at all)

So there we go.

The democrats will spin a fictional divisional segment of the population, and go on a crusade of "fairness". Never mind that there is no real division, and all segments want the same thing.

In this, the democrats are just spinning and lying what thier true aim is, to flood an already devastated working class of American citizens, to have to compete for jobs with an influx of illegals.

That helps thier masters...big business.

This is the same goal as the "Rino" Republicans like Lamaar Alexander et al, who voted with the democrats for "Amnesty".

The democrats just sort of wink to each other and say its "for compassion sake".. And behind closed doors no doubt they toast to the gullible people, and drink a lobbyist funded toast and smugly laugh about it all.

One day, a few of the democrats may break themselves from a sitcom long enough to realize that the BS that the leftist "Lamestream" media news is shovelling them is a bunch of PC crap.

And then they might do some house cleaning of thier own. But, there are two types of division issues, and one that the democrats always work...emotion.

In a thinking issue, the democrats always loose. So they turn everything on emotion.

Thats why they seek to confuse every issue by dividing the people on almost every issue, and also that they misuse emotion.

In every ridiculous deed they do, its always "for the children", or "for compassion", blah blah blah.

Only when the democrats liberal supporters finally grow up and see the BS for what it is, only then will the democrats clean out thier own house.

The fact that us republicans are doing it first, just shows that we are smarter and more mature than democrats.
