Can't wait for the rally, dude!!!!!! Me and a bunch of friends from the 'Ville will be reppin' and preppin'. I already got all my fake ailments down to a science just like they did in California. Alls the people there were smokin' dope as long as they had a back ache, menstrual cramps, migraines, foot fungus, hell it din't matter, whatever you want to make up. Get me a scrip from the dip and I'll be hip.

There is no way that a bill containing the wording found in Section 3.14.D will ever be passed in the state of TN. It is similar wording found in Prop 215 in California that led to massive abuses of the law and resulted in over 250 ailments considered for treatment by marijuana. Some of those 250+ ailments were PMS, ADHD, ADD, vomiting, constipation, dizziness, joint pain, etc., etc., etc.
Scott Imler, one of the major proponents and constructors of Prop 215, ultimately stated that the medical marijuana laws were a failure and were severely abused by politicians, recreational users, lobbying groups, and the entire medical field.
I have the upmost compassion for those suffering from debilitating diseases like cancer, MS, Alzheimer's, HIV, etc., but this law is nothing more than a guise for legal recreational use. Remove subsection "D" and I would have no problem with the law.
