Any worse, as I mentioned 15,000 more Americans on food stamps, GDP remains under 2%, housing prices falling, poverty rate continues to rise.... jobless claims remaining over 3mm. Yeah that fool is a great president LOL!!!
Correct... now send the Republicans a thank you note for all of the above... They caused it all.

Obama is at least, holding the line, and making some progress.

Republican administrations just tanked the economy.

Republican solution to fixing the economy is to give Tax breaks to big corps and the wealthy.

That is incredibly stupid. They are already sitting on Billions of cash. sending a lot off shore.

Tax breaks do not help the economy. It just make crooks richer....

Obama promised he would fix it in three years, and if he couldn't, he didn't deserve a second term - his words in 2008. Where is the progress? Please elaborate.

A lot of words & probably some facts in your statement. However, all that I can read is that you are a Republican & anybody who thinks anything different politically is wrong. Not attempting to insult, but that is honestly what I hear in your statement. I could throw the whole Bush Jr. mess into any of your statements & then I would get the rebuttal that Obama blames everything on Bush. You are a Republican, & you understand that Bush Jr. name is never mentioned & he is never involved in any Republican issues. They want him to go away & be wiped from the record books. That will be hard, considering that the polls have him & Jimmy Carter back & forth at 1 & 2 as the worst presidents in history. I stated before that I am a Moderate, & do not support Obama & you label me as a Democrat. Well, I will vote Democrat in this election & assume the label that you will attach to me for 4 years. Romney is not a good option, & nothing more. Obama bad & Romney much, much worse.
Asusual I gve you facts and you come back this this hot air.... bring me some facts on how good Obama is running this country. The fact is Mickey Mouse could have beaten John McClain. The sheep believed the magic telepromter who has never had a meaningful job. But plase give me the facts on his accomplishments!

A brainwashed sheep! Still blaming Bush, how funny 46 months into this clown's adminstration. Check out the unemployment rates in 2006...... remember thats when the democrat congress led by the queen beotch Nancy Pelosi brought down the economy. Unemployment was 4.4% then.......before democrat fools took congress.

You seem to forget, or intentionally ignore, the fact that the Democrats held control of both the House and the Senate in Bush's last two years in office. They blocked every attempt he made at stabilizing the economy. Not only did the Democrats create this economic problem, they put a dud into office who has no idea how to fix it.

Again, what has Romney done to prove he is qualified? Your answer was nothing more than blind opinion, and I have included a link for you to review:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Presiden...
Now, I understand that wiki is not 100% accurate & should not always be used. However, I was just attempting to find out the past Presidents occupations & this was a good "grocery list" of the occupations for review. Most of our best Presidents were lawyers & only a few were businessmen & the businessmen rank as the worst presidents in history. Also, while I am not an Obama supporter, he is going to be backed by Bill & Hillary Clinton & in my mind that is enough. Who cares that Bill cheated!? They all do, & it did not hurt our Country. We now live in a Global economy & Bill Clinton was the master of Global relations. I could go on forever about Clinton, but the love for the man around the world speaks enough by itself. Mitt Romney managed to upset our mother country during the Olympics & never even apologized. Come on, Romney is a Demon.
Facts about Bill Clinton- Nafta passed under his administration....the US the lost 700,000 jobs because of it.
The housing crisis is what put the economy in the downslide not caused by Bush but the banks given ability to package and sell mortgage loans thru their brokerage firm subsidiary brokerage firms which was illegal until Clinton repealed Glass-Steagal at the advice of his treasury secreatary Larry Summers..so your beloved Clinton's legislatation had a lot to do with the downturn in the economy in 2006. Thats not what he said and it was in 2009. He said if he couldnt fix it in three years the people would hold him accountable. Now you have to define what a "fix" is. NOBODY could have us back to the good ole days of Bill Clinton, however, the tide is turning and we're heading in a good direction. Is that a fix? I think so. Especially when compared to the alternative of Richy Rich and his minions getting back in office.

Women died for our right to vote. Having a more stable country makes the entire planet more stable, I'm shocked at the people that don't care. They take the right to vote for granted.

I'm also shocked at anyone that would vote for Mitt Romney period! It's more than obvious he doesn't have a clue and doesn't even care about the American people. It was agreed there would be no campaigning on 9-11 and that night sure enough we had Mitt Romney on the news attacking our President for siding with the terrorists when our President didn't even make a statement until the following day ! Sickening. The man's a cheap huckster and a total embarrassment.

Look at Mitt Romney's plan to create jobs, more tax cuts for the rich! More? Are you joking? mitt Romney only paid 13.9% income tax last year and most of his money he was hiding. If tax cuts for the rich created jobs, we would be rolling in jobs, where are they, the tax credit that Bush gave to the rich never expired, where are the jobs. We only started gaining jobs when Obama was elected and thanks to him 1.1 million jobs in the car industry were saved. Mitt Romney is a complete and total joke

But people are still gonna vote for him even though he's being very open and upfront about his non plans and his foolishness. He's letting Americans know that he's just repeating what he's told to say by his staff, clueless!

I am a democrat and am voting for Obama whole heartedly, I also consider myself a realist and I will say that Nafta was certainly part of what happened to our economy.

Yes MORE tax breaks for the rich will help nothing! It will put our country deeper in debt and the middle class will lose yet more money because their taxes will go up to pick up the slack. Simple ! The more expendable income the more the middle class will buy which creates demand. That is what will make the economy grow! If a middle class person gets an extra $300, they have to spend it to live, they might perhaps buy a dishwasher which creates demand! If Mitt Romney gets an extra $300, he'll send it over to the Cayman Islands and let them add it to his pile to collect dust, which scenario do you think will help the economy grow and create jobs?

When you get into stuff like this is when you can tell that people are not being objective and they're not relying on facts, there is something else going on here. And what's so funny is you see all these people that say they had a problem with Barack Obama because they say he's not a Christian (which he of course is) but then they like Mitt Romney who admits he's not a Christian! I think there is a lot of male jealousy going on or something but it's certainly not factual.

What do you ignorant Republicans not understand when somebody states that they are moderate independent? Honestly, does it make you feel good to only vote for the party & not the best individual? There are absolutely no facts in your statements, I don't need to check them. I am a freaking Mortgage Loan Originator who has an NMLS License#, has passed the 20HR SAFE course & blah, blah, blah. The Housing Crisis of 2008 was caused by the Bush Administration as a smoke & mirror cover up to how bad he had f*&%ed our economy. If not correct, then call up HUD & ask them why they make requirement for Lending Associates today & while them as a Government organization makes these statements against ole' "W". NAFTA was started by Reagan, negotiated by Bush Sr, pushed by the Clintons, & signed by Bush Jr. as Clintons term had expired.

Look it up & educate yourself: http://useconomy.about.com/od/tradepolicy/p/N...

You were actually somewhat close on the Glass-Steagall Act, but I think that you meant to state the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act which repealled the Glass-Steagall Act. I do think that this definitely needs to be overturned.

Hmmmmm Johnny Ringo, how many wars were we involved in under Clintons watch? How good was the economy? Where did the U.S.A. rank on the global economy? What was the cost of higher education? Most importantly, how was the morale of the average American? I am not defending Obama, so you can take your Us versus Them approach somewhere else. However, Mitt Romney had said enough in his campaign for everybody to actually know what he is about. Pancake Mitt, the ole' flip flopper (always has been & always will be). Mitt Romney will keep talking and win this election for Obama. If Obama had not been such a Pansy in dealing with the Middle East & Muslim extremeist, I believe Romney would already be done in this election. I am on his good side of the 53%, so maybe he will inspire me yet huh?

You need to listen to the rest of his comments to Matt Lauer where he states that if the economy is not fixed in three years that he should be a "one-term proposition." And what tide are you watching? Unemployment has increased under Obama, fuel costs have risen under Obama, utilities costs are up, haphazard-provided stimulus funds have been used to increase jobs in foreign countries, foreign faith in the US is at an all-time low, etc, etc, etc. I think what you are watching is a tsunami named Obama and it is getting ready to crash on our heads .

And what is different about Bill Clinton as compared to Obama? Clinton was smart enough to realize that if he was going to accomplish anything in his presidency, he had to concede in some areas and move his politics closer to the middle. Republicans responded in kind and life was good. Idiot Obama refuses to concede strategies that are blatantly inept and this country and its citizens are going to suffer because of it.

Definition of proposition is to take something under consideration. What he was saying is let the people judge if he did a well enough job or not, which they will anyway. And again, what you and Fox news fail to realize is the job market was quickly going into the toilet under Bush when he took office. His job was to try to turn the tide on this and the economic crisis he was left with all at the same time. Probably one of the most difficult tasks a new President has had to face in a very long time. The President doesn't control fuel prices but everytime he tries to invest in alternative energy sources he is jumped on. What we need to do is stop the govt giveaway to oil companies and legislate it to where they cant screw us.
