I heard your child has to buy a pass to park at boone. Where is this money going? While they are at it, start writing tickets for all of the illegally parked cars in the handicapped spaces. Also, what about the cars parked on the side walk?

Why don't you ask them? You will not get the correct information on here.

Since they are charging for a pass, does this mean they are liable for any damages to cars in the parking lot?

Looks like someone had an accident in the parking lot in question and is now looking to place blame on the School. You should be more creative when choosing a name when you want it to look like someone else is posting "Another Parent". You may want to post at a different time of the day than your origional post. Get a life... Boone has been charging for parking passes since the eighties.

No, they provide transportation to all students. The choice to allow your child to drive is yours. If your child drives in a reckless manner and as a result a accident with property damage, personal injury or death occurs and it exceeds your personal liability coverage which is typically $50000 you will be held personally responsible. The juvenile driver is not responsible for personal injury law suits the parents are. That's a fact Jack! The school bus does not look so bad huh?
