(Here is a clue...its Pork)
Read the link
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2013/09/03/wi...
And as far as Obamas ego and the democrats supporting the Obamawar over not wanting Obama to be taken down a notch (and forced to live in the real world a minute)...they understand what this is really all about, the democrats get it and understand it.
Like this one...
http://newsbusters.org/blogs/noel-sheppard/20...
Even Chris Matthews (ultra liberal commentator) gets it...
http://www.mediaite.com/tv/chris-matthews-dem...
As to exactly who is pushing for the war the most?
Its Obama...
http://news.yahoo.com/obama-lobbying-lawmaker...
So, its Obamas war.
BTW, where is Hillary on all of this?
Hillary (Democrat) supports the war all the way...
http://firstread.nbcnews.com/_news/2013/09/03...
While Rand Paul (Tea Party) opposes the war...
http://www.kentucky.com/2013/09/03/2802575/am...
So, there it is: If you like war, and never ending wars to feed the war lobby, then vote Democrat..or Republican (it really dont matter).
If you are opposed to war unless it is truly necessary, then vote Tea Party, or Libertarian.
Are you a war mongering democrat, like Obama and Hillary are?

You sound so incredibly stupid, yet you probably think yourself clever. Most idiots do.

You picked your screen name very well.

Besides, we all know how you liberal trolls work. One of the first thing that trolls in training learn, is to never concede the other guys point.

That is how some of the atheist extremist websites teach little atheist trolls to debate Christians on evolution ( which the Christians usually win, BTW)

And you are doing the same thing. You will never concede an opponents points...because you are just a troll.

And nobody really listens to trolls.

I didnt use any Fox news links in the post you are responding to.

(You would know that if you even bothered to look)

So, since you have a closed mind, have nothing intelligent to add to the thread, and dont even bother to read the posts that you reply ignorantly to...

Why then should anybody listen to you liberal trolls?

Russia is behind this latest "Peace" deal (not Obama). It was Putins initiative to trap Obama in John Kerrys own stupid and under thought words (as per usual) that came from his usual running of the mouth without thinking.

The Russians are involved (running things) now, and the "Peace deal" is an all Russian show.

Its not too hard to guess how it really will go.

Assad will nominally (on paper) place his chemical weapons under the control (on paper, at least) of Russian technicians in Syria.

(The weapons will never leave Syria, or ever really not be under Assads control)

Um...who do you think gave Assad those chemical weapons to start with?

And besides, what if (rather...when) chemical weapons are used again in Syria, Assad can play his trump card now (that Obama just gave him) and say..."Hey, look, it wasnt me! Ive already placed all my chemical weapons under UN (Russian) controll. It was the rebels that did it".

So the world will blame the rebels, if/when Assad uses chemical weapons again.

What will Obama do then? Bomb the rebels?

See how Obama is not in control of the situation?

See how nothing is really solved?

See how the future use of chemical weapons in Syria is virtually assured now?

But, it dont matter. Obama and the libs have a way out to protect Obamas image. And that is all that this was ever about anyway.

And if anybody doubts that the above post is correct in that Vladimir Putin is leading around a weak and desperate Obama, check this out...

http://www.smh.com.au/world/vladimir-putin-th...

Yup, Vladimir Putin is hreatening to not let Obama have his door of escape to save face, unless he abandons the vote in Congress on using force in Syria.

So now, the leader of Russia is telling Obama when he can even communicate with Congress, and about what.

Doesnt Obama look "Presidential"?

We are hearing all kinds of crazy half truths and flat out lies from politicians in every country, including our own. With the stance of "humanity" on the agenda, why not focus on the inhumanity levied against our own citizens by corporate control? I can't for the life of me see why we should sacrifice ourselves for a Muslim country that hates our guts any way we treat them. Syria is one of Russia's pet countries, let them keep it. It will eventually become just another thorn in their side. Personally, I don't care if those Syrians destroy each other. Have you ever run up on a timber rattlesnake in the woods? Isn't it better to just let it go its way, or should you start poking at it with a stick?
Absolutely right with one exception. With little effort, we could find out WHO lobbed the chemical bomb and NOT START A WAR. Just declare war on THAT PERSON and then go get them. We won't do that because of our by laws. They want to feed the military contractors who make HUGE contributions.

Damn people, are we going to let the wealthy and the corporations take completely over??????

Yep.

Lets review the Obama policy on Syria...

A...talk self into corner during a Presidential election year in effort to look "Presidential".

B...Panic when one realizes that events dictate he now move out of the corner and do something.

C..Vacillate and wring hands, while blaming Bush.

D...Blame every one else.

E...Pass the Buck on to Congress, and then ask (beg) for permission to attack, when it isnt even needed.

F...Promise the attack will be "incredibly small and short lived".

G...Reverse course when The Russians and Assad (the ones responsible for Assad having a chemical weapons stockpile to start with) cook up a (transparently insincere) plan to diffuse the situation.

H...Grasp at thier straw, and then claim victory by spinning the story so that it was Obamas steadfast "credible threat of force" that strong armed the Syrians to capitulate (even though no deal has been set that would outline exactly what that means).

I...Bring in the liberal news media to spin things so as to make Obama look clever and in charge (Presidential).

But...nothing is really resolved, is it?

What is Obamas Syria plan? We wont know until the Russians and Syrians tell us what it is.

And then the news media will come out to admire Obama on how clever he was all along.

It strikes me as odd. Horrifying atrocities are being committed all over the world by the big powers. Nobody wants to call China on it,or Russia,or even the good old USA. The big dogs want to pick and choose which minor country they want to make an example of, but are afraid to take on the other big dogs that are killing and maiming daily. Don't piss on my leg and tell me you thought it was a water hydrant! I say to hell with "saving" these satellite countries, it has no future value. They will be in a mess 5 years from now anyhow, regardless of which super power they are being controlled/used by. Obama is losing this hand of poker since he can't play the "race card" off the bottom of the deck as he does here in America. Putin is a'puttin' him under the table as far as strategy goes. No wild cards in this game. When all is said and done, both Obama and Putin will be called heroes in their respective countries.

The U.S. Military Killed Hundreds of Thousands of Japanese Civilians with Napalm from 1944 - 1945

Napalm is a sticky and highly flammable gel which has been used as a weapon of terror by the U.S. military. In 1980, the UN declared the use of napalm on swaths of civilian population a war crime. That's exactly what the U.S. military did in World War II, dropping enough napalm in one bombing raid on Tokyo to burn 100,000 people to death, injure a million more, and leave a million without homes in the single deadliest air raid of World War II.

Same thing used again in Korea and Vietnam killing millions in these conflicts not called wars by democrat warmongers in charge at time.

The U.S. Government Dropped Nuclear Bombs on Two Japanese Cities in 1945

Although nuclear bombs may not be considered chemical weapons, I believe we can agree they belong to the same category. They certainly disperse an awful lot of deadly radioactive chemicals. They are every bit as horrifying as chemical weapons if not more, and by their very nature, suitable for only one purpose: wiping out an entire city full of civilians. It seems odd that the only regime to ever use one of these weapons of terror on other human beings has busied itself with the pretense of keeping the world safe from dangerous weapons in the hands of dangerous governments.

Odd doesn't describe this speech, deceptive does. This is simply more of the same from Obama and his assumption that there are not a vast majority of people that disagree with him.. I took little away from this other than in Obama's mind, this is all about him. I hold no illusion that those killed in Syria mean anything at all to Obama, they mean less to him than our citizens who were murdered in Benghazi. Obama has made such a freaking mess out of the stinking Middle East that it boggles the mind. Whatever "strategy" he chooses, mark my words, it will favor the Muslim Brotherhood/Al Qaeda/Jihad. Smoke and mirrors define Obama.

Obama is a NARCISSIST. He has NEVER been able to have a normal empathy for other people. Obama has been made a complete fool of, and Putin isn't a dithering FOOL. Putin is a bad dude, but a CAPABLE BAD DUDE. Putin didn't get where he is at by being HALF BLACK and by promising FREE STUFF.

Maybe they can give Putin the peace prize they gave Obummer just for getting elected. Really does anyone think Obummer is a Peace guy? Expanded the wars in two theaters, drone strikes anywhere, bombed more countries that Bush ever thought about and wants a whole new war in support of his ego in Syria. Nobel has to be rolling in his grave.

To those who have studied the history of military/political contention, it is blindingly clear that Obama has lost the initiative to Putin, who now controls both what Obama does publicly, and behind the scenes as well.

All Putin and the Syrians have to do in the "Peace talks", is play for a little time, and let the negotiations drag out. Whatever little support Obama had in Congress for the strike on Syria will have completely evaporated pretty soon.

(The force resolution wasnt going to pass in Congress anyway)

Three weeks from now, no one in Congress (except John McCain and the 16 Republicrat "Rinos") would even consider voting for a Syria strike. Or even having a serious Congressional vote on it.

So, Putin just yanks Obama along for a while in the negotiations, lets things get ridiculous on mickey mouse sticking points, and allows the talks to stall.

What does Obama do then?

With no public support for a war from the American people, none in Congress, and some in Congress even threatening to impeach him if he attacks Syria even after Congress has said no...then Obama doesnt have any cards to play with.

And the UN will be riding the Obama administration to keep on with the stalled and useless talks.

Putin has a stacked deck, with all five aces and marked cards.

End result?

Obama will have to play along with the "Peace talks" and make it appear that they are going somewhere, when they will really be going nowhere.

(Of course, the liberal mainstream media will spin and lie to thier utmost, to make simple minded people think otherwise)

Before its over, Obama will be giving billions in aid to Syria (and who knows what else) just to keep the talks going. Just to keep from looking like what he is, a guy that has been had nine ways from Sunday.

So he will have to give away whatever Putin demands of him in the Peace talks, just to avoid them publicly falling apart.

And all to save Obamas image.

But that is all that this was ever about anyway.

Heres an interesting article on the Syria situation...

http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/wonkblog/...

I wonder of Obama and the liberal brain trust have figured out where Putin is going with all of this?

(Its a master stroke. Lemme break it down for ye)

The task of destroying Syrias chemical weapons stockpiles, in the middle of a civil war, has never been done before. There isnt any blue print for it.

I think Putin will insist that the UN will send in "peace keeping" troops so that the situation can be stabilized so that the disarmament process can take place. Sounds sensible enough, right?

(It means that the UN will send troops to essentially, prop up the Assad regime, and make sure that the rebels cannot effectively wage war on him.)

Nice, huh?

Obama cant threaten to bomb Syria then, can he? So, this will neutralize Obama completely, wont it?

Obama might be required under the UN charter, to send troops (boots on the ground) and money, to prop up the Assad regime.

And the disarmament program will be a slow one, to be sure.

And the oldest, most corroded, useless, expired and degraded by time cases and shells of chemical weapons, will be the ones that get destroyed the first few years of the process.

But Assad was going to have to destroy them anyway.

This way, Assad is spared the expense of destroying his decades old chemical weapons that were too old to be used anyway. So now, the UN (mostly the US through the UN) will pay to destroy Assads old chemical weapons.

Another nice trick by Putin, right?

Obama will be long retired from office decades before the UN program ever gets any where near Assads actual usable weapons. And future Presidents arent going to look too hard at what is going on in Syria. It would be a political tar baby that would be a no win situation for future politicians.

They will just send the extra money to the UN every year, and hope that the whole thing stays quiet.

So there will be zero political will to ensure that the process dont become a sham operation.

So, Putin bamboozled Obama about as bad as any American President has ever been bamboozled.
