"That investigation began after David Garland — employed then as a part-time worker for the city’s Parks and Recreation — returned from Buffalo Valley Golf Course with inmates he supervised. Sirois said the female inmates were visibly intoxicated."

(Now what would drunk female inmates be doing out at the city owned property? Hint- there's hotel out there too.)

Glad that this has finally came to light. but the paper says more charges are Pending. Mr Garland was doing lots of illegal things at that jail. He was receiving food from Good Samaritan Ministries in bulk that was designated for the poor in this Community-and using it to feed inmates. The food was donated by Second a Harvest to Good Samaritan. some of the food was USDA commodity food from the Federal Government. Good Samaritan wrote it off their books as though they gave it out to the poor in food boxes. isn't that illegal. maybe a federal charge should be next. if he was getting free food to feed inmates where was the food money going from the state to feed the inmates

You got a problem with a chick turning a trick or two to pay her debt to society? Just need to mine your own bidness and let hos and bitches do their thing. Shouldn't let all that sweetness go to waste in jail when thays money out dere.

I hope your family runs out of food one day. Justice, teabagger. It's food. Go worship the wealthy and suck the snotty end of their wart-riddled FSTICK.

Well, on the bright side, he is a former employee, but most likely remains in the system. A part time city worker isn't exactly a high roller, now is he? Just some ass who managed to get free nookie and some fringe benefits on our dollar. I am not saying it is right, just one of those buddy system deals that went wrong,(he got caught). It happens all the time. He will probably go on with his life and be connected by some of the higher up folk (he probably has some dirt on them too) who will set him up with some more questionable employment.

Probably right. as long as his buds find something that isn't stealing from local charities and taxpayers or taking advantage of imcarcerated women.
