The owner of this business, Dewayne Hoilman, asked for cash up front, then NEVER COMPLETED THE WORK!

SCAMMED!!!!! Dwayne Hoilman showed up in a CRISIS and cut 5 trees up that had fallen in a huge storm!We got him 2 other jobs on the street in good faith! After cutting the trees up and PROMISING to come that week for the 5 LARGE stumps, we paid him. He never came back! 5 months later and NUMEROUS CALLS, NO Dwayne!!!! We had to pay a stump grinder to come and take care of the stumps and of course pay him for worked DWAYNE HOILMAN said he would do!!! BEWARE OF DEWAYNE HOILMAN! He is a sweet talking scammer!!!!!

Good thing I didn't pay him any money upfront. He started the job but never shows up or calls after making promises to return. He solicits many jobs and works two hours on each in order to keep everyone on the hook. There was a big storm yesterday so I'm sure he rushed to drum up more business before he thinks of coming back to finish mine. And he makes excuses like a kid whose dog eats his homework.

Dewayne showed up 5 hours late to cut one tree and then didn't finish the job because it was dark. He had asked for cash up front. Fortunately I only gave him half. I've called him 5 times and he won't show up to finish the job. DO NOT USE DEWAYNE HOILMAN OR ALL THE ABOVE!

I believe that Dewayne Hoilman is asking for cash payments in order to avoid paying taxes. If you have paid him or All The Above Tree Service in cash please email me at [e-mail] and let me know the specifics - i.e., date you paid him, amount you paid, do you have a written receipt, and if you are willing to provide it - your name and the address where the work was performed (but obviously not finished.) I will gather the information and forward it to the IRS. Thank you.

I had a large tree removed & a second tree trimmed.
We got the request for cash also. It's funny how
it is always the same. As you can guess, the stump
to be removed in a few days is still there after
several months and half a dozen calls. "All the
Above" (tree experts) did cut down & stack the
brush/wood at the road, but once Dewayne's group
has payment in full - they won't be back. Like
others above he got 2 more jobs from my neighbors
and still hasn't come back to grind my 2 ft high
stump which is in my front yard.
What a jerk.

We just moved into our new home at the end of August & needed some tree limbs cut. Dewayne Hoilman was cutting trees behind our house so we thought that we'd ask him if he could do some work in our yard as well. He came over with his crew & asked what I wanted done. After showing him what I wanted he quoted a price & asked for partial payment in cash up front to take care of his crew. I paid him almost half of what he quoted and his crew worked to do the job. After 2 days he said he was almost finished & asked for the final payment, stating that he needed to go to another job but he would leave a couple of guys behind to finish the work & clean up. After paying him his men gave every excuse as to why they couldn't complete the job at that time but that they would soon return to finish. I've called Dewayne several times & he's promised to return several times but has never fulfilled his promise. He even stated once that he needed to return because our neighbor wasn't satisfied with the cleanup job his guys did at her house. Now Dewayne doesn't bother to return my calls & has even resorted to changing his name when I do reach him by phone. Once he probably didn't recognize my number & called me back but remained silent when I answered. If you do use his services I suggest that you hold back the largest payment & don't pay him until the job has been completed to your satisfaction. Also, pay by check & ask for a receipt so you have a paper trail. He did do a good job for what he did do, but he didn't finish the job after he was paid in full.

All of The Above is a business that I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy! He never finished the job we paid him to do and he now won't take my phone calls. He is a liar and a loser and has no integrity as a business owner or a man. If I had seen all of these reviews I would have never used him. I wasted my hard earned money for a guy that is a jerk and a loser!

Do not, for any reason, use Dewayne Hoilman or all the above tree experts! They are expert scammers. Dewayne asks for payment up front and will not finish the job! He is a loser! He will give excuse after excuse and promises to return, he wont! Something needs to be done about this scammer! Im taking him to court!!!

All of you are adults and your being pathetic so yeah u got screwed over that is no reason to say u want Dewayne hoilman in jail or to fall out of a tree that's ridiculous grow up its life ur going to be screwd over by more than one person!
