They're not whining. The whining is coming from people like you who don't agree with them utilizing their right to option #2. They also expressed interest in utilizing their right to option #3. That brought more whining from people like you.

You're wrong and clearly don't know what is going on. They are not wanting to provide the required coverage for their employees, i.e. they want to eliminate parts of the coverage they don't agree with based on their so-called religious reasons. They also do not want to pay a penalty, therefore, are suing. You really should try to understand all aspects of a situation like this before you try to defend a side.

I know the facts "duuurf". A court will decide what they will ultimately decide to do, If HL loses in court, he will simply shut down. Guess what, that is his right to do so. It's his investment. If you had investments, would you like for people to tell you what to do with them? Of course not.

They're not shutting down whether they win or lose. And nobody is telling them what to do with their investments, they're just being made to comply with the law, its that simple!
