It's official in Florida too. Obama carried the election in Florida in spite of the governors attempt to rig the election and purge some 900,000 voters from the list of eligibles. Now, Democrats have seen what we can do together. Now, the Koch Brothers, are stooping to purchasing little state reps like Ron Ramsey's and David Hawks. U otta remember folks, as stupid as these little people are, they can make laws. They made it illegal to wear baggy pants in Tennessee last month. They also tried the tricky little VOTER ID thingy. S, the billionairre Koch brothers, as low as they are, don't really want a Ron Ramsey. They need even bigger idiots. People that are right of right. TEABAGGERS. And then they pump some $100,000 into their little elections and BAMM, you lock up a state with these little state reps. Next election, they will do blood tests or something like that.

Anyhow, cheating by little worms won't work on the federal level of elections, but it darn sure will on the state level. Ad there might come a time when the Feds can't even help us. Just yesterday they added another one of these Hill wimps into the cronies that run this wasteland called Tennessee. I don't think there's enough manhood in all of the Hill brothers to construct a small schoolgirl. They would be so easy to manipulate. You could wave anything on front of these little minds and they'd bite any carrot.

Beware, the Koch Brothers can't get the White House, so their after the small town crooks

Oh im sorry did you think for a second, that your vote mattered as far as the presidential election?

I love how some claim to even know this and still go vote, that says a lot about this lovely land of americans" out there. They know their opinions are right, cause other people share them, which I remember how well that works out to. Remember Jim Jones and the punch, that quenched your thirst forever, they all believed him, cause all their family/friends did, so he HAD to be correct.

Ok, so now I know that Obamacare is real, I have read the first 500 pages of this bill. Took me three days. What I quickly discovered is that I have to start reporting what I pay for my employees health benefits on their W-2's. What this tells me is they are very close to having to pay taxes on what I pay for their health benefits. This ultimately makes healthcare more expensive for them. And this bill is called "the Affordable Care Plan." As I continued reading, what I also quickly discovered is that this plan only makes healthcare more affordable for people who are getting healthcare for free. All others will end up paying more. I also discovered it is more affordable to me as an employer to cease and desist health benefits and simply pay the fine. This will cause more employees to lose insurance. But, they will be fined if they don't purchase insurance so they will have to get it on their own. Purchasing insurance on their own will cost a lot more than the group insurance I can get. In short, they will be paying a lot more for insurance causing their healthcare costs to skyrocket. How does this bill get to have the name "affordable"?

If you are a business owner its 100% tax deduction so you get your money back for providing it to your employee's. What else did you read ??

With all due respect sir, it is not a 100% tax deduction. Even if it was, how does a tax deduction on the employer's part help out with the added cost to the employee in the form of an additional tax? The bottom line is the employee's healthcare is going to cost more whether he or she take part in the employer based plan or going out on their own. I have the plan right in front of me, and even though some parts of it are unclear, this part of it is very clear.

My hat is off to you for Atleast trying to read it before you condemn it. I must admit that I'm for it, having never read it. S there's my confession. Let me start by saying, I am for Universal Healthcare. It's just too crazy to think that we live in a nation that can't provide that basic necessity for ourselves. That's what made me a democrat. In a real simple way, I just didn't want 44,000 Americans to die each year without access to healthcare. It seemed to me that we could ALL pay into one single account, and the doctors are paid from that. Cut insurance companies out all together. They are Wall Street DO NOTHING'S and middlemen. Rates and procedures are set, payment to the doctors is quick and easy. Don't put a illion stipulations on EVERYTHING. Make it simple. Fraud? Well, that's an easy one. If somebody defrauds, they go to federal prison. Not many doctors go to prison. I was hoping that we could leave you out of it too.(employer). Ys, the is a tax rate for it. Perhaps the employer could split it with them? It just seems to me in very algebraic terms, that it would be cheaper for both, by not having to carry a darn insurance company thru the process. What do I need united healthcare for? And you wanna know something else. United has elected officials in their pocket that would never let us DO WITHOUT THEM....... So people continue to die, and people continue to be overcharged. They are billing us for killing us

That's the difference in the Republicans and Democrats.. You are quite quick to discredit all the years of medical school and just tell the doctors to be greatful and take what the Government decides to pay them. That's b.s. Socialized medicine at his finest.

Maybe it's time for a little socialism when the goal of doctors, hospitals and insurance companies is to rake in as much money as possible for themselves and their shareholders while allowing homeless veterans to die in the streets. Something needs to be done as the current system obviously isn't working!

I have said before it will take forever for us to get out of this mess that Bush the dumbest President in history has put this country in. If you can read and look at the economy threw history you will see how when the other party gets in you see the economy goes down hill.. It takes the other party years to get it back up and going.. just stating facts.. If you don't like it here in America move.......The smart American voted for the most qualified candidate..

ALL OF YOUR ANSWERS ARE IN THE FEDERAL RESERVE.

That outweighs any god damn issue, your silly politics could ever throw at you. You ignore what you dont understand and keep going on, about shit thats going to slowly cripple, when the federal reserve is already beating the shit out of it.

I respect your opinion. I don't agree with it, but I do respect it and I fully understand what you are saying. Even though I don't agree with it, you at least explained your opinion very clearly and sensibly without simply spewing derogatives towards those who don't agree. I think we both agree that we can improve on what we currently have.

It doesnt become affordable or have a "good" ending scenario.

IF you take the current rates at hand, not counting the "extreme" policies and you boost up these rates, there is going to be many of insurance companies, that will never be able to match larger companies and their rates, whether it be for group or personal.

It will once again create the beautiful monopoly system and leave 1 or 2 insurance companies left standing, especially ones that comply early and have the "backing" of the government. This will lead to full control for the government, no matter how you try to look at it. I imagine there will be just 2 companies left very quickly, one for companies and one for personal. Or what I think it will come to, just like everything else. One Insurance company for all and it will have just as much "pull" as the world banks and other massive private companies outside of the law and prosecutions "eye".

No matter WHO got the presidency or majority in the senate, this was a "end game" scenario and already decided. Just each party has little fun "play a longs" for the majority who loves to dabble in politics.

It will take that long if the President that came after him continues to make the situation worse.
